A short spoken guided-meditation/prayer by Keira Brinton inviting listeners to "create a magical day." Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Welcome to this beautiful space, the space of magic. Let's create a magical day together. So you're gonna take a nice breath in. Put your hands on your knees. Shoulders up. Open up your heart. Shoulders up. Roll. There we go. Moving it. Oh so nicely, saying good morning to your body. Hello, hello, hello, hello. Get some fire in your hands. Breathing in, breathing out. Breathing in, Breathing out. Place your hands on your heart. Call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support us, to help us, to lead us in and through the divine light, to come and sit with us right here, right now. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. So I want to invite you to prep your body with me. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. Breathing in, breathing out. There we go. Letting it all move through the body. Sound a little bit here. Take a nice breath in. Breathing sound into your body. I love what's coming in right now. So today is about you waking up magic. Today is going to be a magical day. And here's how we're going to do it. We're going to do a treasure hunt for magic today. Oh, my gosh. This is so fun. I love this. Okay, let me see it. Let me see it. That's all I heard so far. So I want you to drop into your heart, and I want you to imagine that your angels and your guides, your spiritual team, are going to start there today. They're going to be putting little pockets of magic. So maybe they're going to show up in digits like 333 or 777 or 111, right? Like, you might see three of one number. And whenever you do, that's how you know your angels are, like, showing you that they're there. And it's going to be a pocket of magic for you. So just breathe that in. And there's gonna be more magic coming to you today. So I want you to drop into your heart and just think, what would be the most magical thing ever? Ah. Receiving it. Receiving it. Receiving it. The most magical thing ever. And now we're going to ask your guides, your spiritual team, your angels, that they will bring that thing to life today for you, that it will come to life under grace and imperfect ways. Just breathe it in. It's already been done. We're going to wrap you from the top of your head all the way down to your toes so that you may see the magic that is hidden for you, that you may look for everywhere you go today. It'll be like a treasure hunt, or what are those things called? A scavenger hunt. It's a scavenger hunt. So wherever you go, you're going to be finding magic. I want you to look for magic everywhere you go. So we just need to clear something out in your body so that you can be open for this. So let me drop in. Okay. It's just all head. It's just all head. So I want you to breathe in. We're going to ask the divine light to come and gather in all the things. All the things. All the beliefs, all the fears, all the old woundings, all the old pain that tells you you're not safe to dream, you're not safe to look for magic. It's too painful. All the things. We're just going to ask the divine to gather it all the way in place in a sphere of light, take it to wherever it needs to go, that it'll be alchemized and made into light and love, but it will be gone from your body. There we go. We're going to place this beautiful shield of light around this whole. It's like crown, third eye, back of the head. It's like all three of these chakras. We're just going to place a shield of light around them to protect them. Then we're going to drop all the way into the heart. The heart is the place of magic, and it feels like the throat a little bit. Yes. So we're going to just pour our attention to the throat and the heart opening up, saying, I am a yes. I want you to say this out loud. I am a yes. To see magic everywhere today. I am a yes. To receive magic everywhere today. I am a yes. I am a yes. I am a yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Landing it all the way down to the cells in your body, down into the marrow. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, my friend, lift your arms up. All my bones are cracking. Let's move it side to side. Oh, we're gonna do a little bit of sound to start your day off. Ah, this day of magic. What drum do I want to play? I think we're gonna bring out my fire drum. Ready? Let's bring it in. Seeing all the magic, all the magic, it's all here for you. There we go. That is how we start this day, I want you to really feel, for a second, like a little kid. I don't know. Did you ever have someone create a treasure hunt for you or. Scavenger hunt. And the magic. The magic that was in that. I want you to know that your angels, we called them in. They've heard the plan. They're setting up a day filled with magic for you. Let yourself be excited. Let yourself be surprised. Who says life has to be boring? You're here, creating this with me. Today is a day of magic.
