Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. How are you today? It's a little bit late morning for me. Oh, I'm excited. Let's move our bodies. Let's get into our hearts. On the side, breathing in. Right here and out. Let's breathe in and out. Open your arms. Hands in prayer. Put them behind your back, tips down, shoulders up. Let's see. It feels like you're a little close. Here we go. All right. Breathing in. And out. Breathing in. And out. Open that heart. Open that heart. Oh, it's so hard to keep the heart open. It just is. But it's the practice. It's the work. The softer the heart, the more power you live in. The more you make an impact, the more joy you experience. The heart is the thing. The pain always wants to shut the heart down. So we're just gonna soften the heart, soften the heart. Keep it soft no matter what. We're gonna pour this beautiful light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Waking up yourselves, waking up your light. Waking up your magic. Create this beautiful shield of light around you to protect you. To infuse light, We're going to pour light through you to activate your gifts. Your gifts of seeing visions, your gifts of hearing and knowing truth, your gifts of feeling. Let's wake it all up in. Into this divine light. Let's go. Let's go. We got some powerful work to do today. A little bit. Let's get a little salsa in here. All right. Let's call in our spiritual board of directors. Let's call in our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support us in and through the divine light, to come and be with us. Ooh, I think I'm pulling a card today. I think that's what we're doing today. All right. Let's bless our bodies. Let's ask. That light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye. They'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. So we're gonna pull a card from my. One of my favorite card decks. This is by Megan Watterson called the Divine Feminine. Yes. There we go. This is fun. So if we ever do a slumber party, which means, like, you come to my room, my retreats, which I don't know when I'm holding another retreat, it's not actually on the calendar for 2023, but this is what we do at my retreats at nighttime, we pull cards. This is my slumber party fun. Okay. All right, so let's get some energy moving, moving and flowing. I'm gonna pull a card that is gonna just be the perfect guide for you today. And somehow it's gonna work for every person who watches. So what I do is I put my hands over the cards and I feel which one is hot. Oh, we got some interesting energy here. Maybe because I'm pulling it for so many people, but the energy is different. All right. Shekinah is the presence of the divine feminine. At the center of everything, there is light. And I am that light. Oh, that is so good. I'm going to read this to you today. Okay. I want you to close your eyes and just listen a little story to start your day. All right? The Shekinah represents the omnipresence and the imminence of the divine feminine. The word Shekinah in Hebrew means to settle, to inhabit, or to dwell. It represents an experience of the divine presence right here in the body and in the world. And in Kabbalism, mystical Judaism, the Shekinah is the feminine aspect of God. And she's depicted as a piercing, radiant light. She is the experience of the presence of God within us as the soul of God. To the Kabbalahist, let's say. I'm saying that right. Honoring the feminine is of the utmost importance. That is why the red thread of protection is worn on the left wrist, which is the receiving, feminine side of the body. In Kabbalistic teachings, the Shekinah is represented in the tree of life as the pillar of balance. She is the force that unites the opposites to bring heaven to earth. She unites the body and the soul. And because of her, there can be a direct path of communion between humanity and divinity. Because of her, we could experience God right here in this moment, right here in the body, when your soul selects her card. In the Zohar, the main sacred text in Kabbalah, the Shekinah is described as being a world within the world, as a bright radiance at the center of everything, all life on earth, all consciousness is a part of her life and is therefore sacred. The metaphysical theory of imminence is that the divine presence is manifested in the material world. So there isn't actually any matter, whether organic or inorganic, that isn't also part of the divine. The Shekinah is light that inhabits your body, your cells, and is in the cells of all the people and objects you see around You. She's also about pure experience. And she is the message, the truth, that there is a light at the center of everything that happens to us, both the good and the bad. And the Shekinah is the reminder that we are not just this body or this pain we might be going through or this confusing moment in our brief light we are light. We can experience the light we are, and that can be enough. That can be the miracle and the answer we actually need. No words or meaning, but simply and more profoundly, pure, radiant being. Ah, that's a good card. The meditation is, enter the heart and repeat this. This mantra. I am light. At the center of everything, there is light, and I am that light. So let's go in on that. Place your hand on your heart. Take your focus into the heart. I want you to say three times, I am light. I am light. I am light. I am light. I am light. I am light. Expanding the heart, expanding the light within your body. Whatever you are inside reflects those around you. So as you are more light, those who are in your vicinity, those who interact with you, they become more light. You are the activator of the light within others. You are the fire starter of those who are around you. You are the one that breathes and is light in all that you do and all that you see and all that you say. I am light. I am light. I am light. This is a beautiful mantra to begin your day with. I invite you to say this all day long, especially in moments of confusion, especially in moments of pain, especially in moments of exhaustion. Come back into the heart and quickly and efficiently activate your energy. I am light. I am light. I am light. Mmm. What a beautiful, beautiful practice. So much fun. I don't know if I showed you the picture of her. Shekinah. Look how beautiful that is. So beautiful. All right, my friend. Wrapping you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet with so much love. Inviting your angels to open up pathways for you to see your own light, for you to expand your light so that you can be light all day, every day. I will see you tonight.
