Morning Prayer I You Have Everything I God is My Business Plan

A guided morning prayer/meditation by Keira Brinton that leads the listener through breathwork, a heart-centered visualization, and a farm metaphor to access inner abundance. The speaker guides attention to the solar plexus/heart area, invokes angels/guides, uses the image of a personal farm (corn, wheat, fruit) to show that nourishment and approval come from within, and closes with a light-breathing blessing.

Happy morning, my friend. I'm so honored that you created the space and time to be here. I'm really excited because the practice that came in is so beautiful. So let's jump in. I want you just close your eyes. We're going to take our eyes into our heart space, and we're going to breathe out. There we go. We're going to do a little bit of sound breathing in and out. There we go. Taking your eyes down even further to the center of your being. For me, that is just right above the belly button. This is your front solar plexus. This is the place of your. Your energy, your action. We're just going to go right into this space. I want you to place your hand right there, right below your sternum bone. Just going to bring your focus to that place. There we go. Continue to keep your mind right there in the center. We're going to call on all of our angels and our guides, and we're going to invite them to hold this space with us, to guide us, to lead us, to hold us in safety. And as you stay here, I want you to imagine this. I'm going to take you through a vision. All right? So I want you to imagine that you have this house on a farm, and you have acres and acres of corn and wheat and strawberries and blackberries, and you have peaches, an abundance of food. But for some reason, you keep going to all of your neighbors farms. You keep eating from their farms. You're always hungry, and you're always hungry, and you keep going over and taking what you think is a better peach or a better apple or the more ripe corn, and you just keep going out and gathering from your neighbors. And yet nothing is actually filling you. No matter how much you eat, no matter how delicious, no how sweet and wonderful it is, none of it is actually filling you. Until you finally come home and look out your back window and you see all. All of your goodness, all of your own wheat and corn and peaches and strawberries and raspberries. And you go out and you begin to harvest your own fruit, your own vegetables. And as you eat them, you begin to become full. The hunger has subsided and you feel nourished. Can you hear the analogy here? If you can't, I'm going to walk you through it. So I want you to place your hands on your heart and I want you to just listen to these words. The only thing that is ever going to fill you up, the only thing that will ever fill the hunger that you feel inside of you, the Hunger for love, for connection, for attention, for appreciation, for approval. We can go and we can get it from everyone else's farms. It will feel good and taste good, but it's never going to fill you up. The only way for you to become full is by going deep within you, gathering and harvesting from within you. You are the only source that can give you the actual nourishment of approval, of love, of connection. It all comes from within. I want you to feel that land in your body. And as you feel it land in your body, everything else just, just peels away, just drips off the body, all the grabby energy, the energy that needs others to be proud of them, the energy that needs to be have approval to be loved. All that energy just clears off your body and. And you go within to your own inner farm. The abundance is within you. The abundance of love, the abundance of approval, the abundance of connection. It all is actually within you. I want you to see, we're going to go back to the farm that as you harvest all your fruit and your wheat and your corn, that you have buckets and buckets left over, and all that is left over, you can give away, you actually go out and you're able to nourish others as you harvest your own farm. So the message this morning is that you have all of the abundance within you, that when you don't have to go outside of you to gather it, you become more nourished. So the practice is, anytime you feel grabby, as you will, we are humans, anytime we feel needy for love, for connection, for approval, as you will, I want you to come back into your heart and I want you to go back into the farm within you. I want you to feel so proud of yourself for how far you've come. I want you to feel so much love for yourself, for all that you've overcome, for all that you've created, for all that you are connecting deep within you, remembering that you have all the abundance here. So I want you to take one more deep breath in. All the way down to the base of your spine. You're going to breathe in again. Fill those lungs up, fill them up and out. We're going to pour beautiful light through you, from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, wrapping you in so much love. And I will see you tonight.
