Good morning. How are you, my friend? I'm excited. I'm excited for this practice today. So I want you to take a nice, deep breath in, rolling your shoulders back, opening your heart. Oh, my gosh. Oh, I love it when my sternum pops. I am a weird human. It's like this cracking of my heart. Ah. Let's move side to side, side to side. Letting this really open up your neck and your traps. All right, I want you to place your thumbs on your third eye. I want you to take your elbows and pull them into your heart. We're going to bring in your power right into the center of your body. And out and again and out. There we go. All right? I want you to visualize this beautiful weaving of light from the crown of your head, and it's moving down in this beautiful cylinder all the way down to the soles of your feet, cleaning, cleansing, clearing you. We're gonna invite this light to infuse you like a pump of light coming into your body. So I want you to feel this, like. Like, infusing of light. That's what I want. It just feels important today. So I want you to breathe in and breathe out. There we go. Okay. Let's call on our angels, our guides, those who are here to support us, to love us, to lead us, to guide us, to come and sit with us. Enter the divine light to hold space. This morning, we're gonna ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye so we'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. All right? Okay. I'm so excited. This might be my favorite topic this morning, is about play. Play is so healing and so beautiful. We're gonna wake up play. So I want you to just breathe in this love. We're gonna wrap you in love. I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to place your hand on your heart, and I want you to feel into. How do you like to play? Is it running through trees? Is it playing in water? Is it singing songs? Is it dancing? Is it telling stories? Like, what is your play? And if you can't remember play, get out of your head and get into your heart, because your heart will always show you how to play. So you're gonna go into the heart and ask, how do I love to play? How do I love to play? Play. One more. All right, so I want you to. We're going to ask the divine to clear away any old. Any old beliefs or patterns that tell you you can't play, that you don't remember how to play. You don't have time to play. It's all bologna and cheese. We're gonna clear it out, okay? Ask the divine. Place in a sphere of light. Take it to wherever it needs to go. That will be cleared off your body. And now we're gonna go into that lower belly, which is your sacral chakra, and we're gonna wake up fire, passion, and play. It's like, all the same vein, okay? So you're gonna place your hand on that lower belly. You're gonna breathe this in, and you're gonna breathe it all the way up into your heart. Awaken a passion, fire, and play. Here we go. Breathe it in again. And out. One more. Breathe it in. And out. There we go. There we go. All right. Open those palms. You're gonna ask to be shown what is one thing you can do today that is going to be play. What is one thing today that can be play? Lay listen in the heart. Listen in the heart. Wrapping it in love. We're going to place it into your heart. We're going to place it in that lower belly. We're going to ask your angels to open up space and time so that you can play today. Play will heal you. Play will activate creation. Play will be where you find your magic. Today is a day of play. I wish I was there to play with you because play is my favorite thing. It is what keeps me alive, keeps me breathing, keeps me passionate, keeps me creating. So today, I send you off with all of my playful energy that it will be a glorious day of play. And I can't wait for you to experience it. Beautiful. Beautiful, beautiful. All right.
