Good morning. Good morning. It's so early here that it's dark. Our morning videos are probably all going to be dark now. My children start school today, which means I had to get up super early to be able to create this. And I'm so grateful. I was so worried that I wasn't going to be able to get up in time to be able to make this video for you. And I asked my angels to please help me to get up at 5:30. And at 5:29, before my alarm even went off, something woke me up and I wasn't tired. And I was like, I wonder what time it is. I looked at the clock and it's 5:29. I was like, oh my gosh. My angels woke me up. I have the energy. I'm here. So just being here is a miracle. It's also just part of this work, right? Like, we don't have to do things by ourselves. We get to access our spiritual team. We get help. We get. And it creates magic and it gives us energy. And that's what we're going to do here today. We're just going to create some magic and a space to give you energy. And let's play. Are you ready? Let's play. Let's play. All right, so we're going to start with sound like we always do. We're going to use my big bowl today, so I want you to take a nice deep breath in. And if you can listen to this with your earbuds, you'll hear the sound so much better. And the sound is going to go in, is going to move through your body and it's going to clear out any blocks that you have. So take a deep breath in. Breathing in and out. Breathing in and out. Letting go of any leftover exhaustion, letting go of any noise in your body, Letting go of any noise in your cells, your back of the head, breathing in, Waking up some fire in you today. Waking up your purpose, waking up your gifts. Stretch, move, breathe, whatever you need to do to help your body feel right. Like, oh, see you body. I see you. So much of entrepreneurship is we forget about our body and we push too hard and we don't sleep enough. And we do all the things we forget about the body. And these practices, part of their magic is that we bring you back into the body, we remember the body. We use sound to help us clear the energetic space in our body around our body. So it feels like there needs to be some stretching today. So I want you to just take your arm up and we're just going to push over the side, Breathing all the way into the side here. And over here. This is my dance teacher life coming out as a dance teacher for, I don't know, 20 years. Do chin up and chin down, shoulders up and down, Just welcoming the energy to the body. All right, so we're going to start with the sacred creative process. We're going to use our oil and breathe it in, breathe it out, breathe it in and out. Oh, there we go. From this space, we're going to ask the divine light to pour through you from the top of your head all the way down to your toes. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the pathway, creating a beautiful shield of light around you, sealing it up at your toes to be an added form of protection. We're gonna infuse your body with this light. We're gonna infuse the cells, the skin, your energetic body with light. And then we're going to call in our team, our angels, our guides, those who are here to help lead us, to help support our work. Those who are here to support us in healing, those who are here to give us ideas, inspiration, support in, in all the creations and also in pulling in clients and in building our work. We're going to call them all in and into the divine light to come and sit and be with us. And then we are going to prep our bodies to receive. So we're going to ask that light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye, that we'll have access to all of our spirit spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. So take a deep breath in and breathe out. Here we go. We're going to actually expand it a little bit. The prep to receive. We're going to ask that light will touch our hands, that today our hands may serve, that our hands will be God's hands, that we may be able to serve and impact in our highest way. We're gonna ask that light will touch our feet, that we may walk only where we need to walk, that our feet may be feet of service, and that we may be guided and directed in every footstep that we take. So take a nice breath in. Oh, the prep. It's just gets growing today. We're gonna also ask that light will touch our hearts, that our hearts will be soft, our front heart, that our front heart will be soft. And then we're going to ask the light will touch our back heart, that any old wounds and old Pains that are keeping you stuck will be released from your body. So this is a different practice that I do every morning. And maybe one morning I will walk you guys through that. But I actually bless every chakra in my body. So maybe we'll do that in one of our days. Or is that today? Okay. Okay. I think it's today. It's here. So here we go. You ready? Okay. So this is the practice that I use every single morning. It is how I clean the chakras in my body. So you have seven main chakras. These are energy fields. I don't even know exactly how to explain it because everything I know about chakras I've just been spiritually taught. And also when I heal people and I do healing work, their chakras speak to me. So these are just things I've learned. I don't. I'm not like super educated on chakras like from books. I'm educated from chakras from being in them. But they are energy. I don't. What do we want to call them? I know there's like an actual definition, but if you can imagine the crown, the third eye, the throat, the heart. If you can see the rest of these here, front solar plexus, sacral is lower, belly root is the base of your spine. So these are really powerful centers. They're centers, there's energetic centers in your body. And when they're clean and clear, they move really quickly, right? Like they just start spinning and they create abundance and all these miracles. But when they get blocked, imagine if a, if a big rock got stuck in your bike spokes, the bike wheel can't move anymore, right? And this is what happens inside the chakras is when they get blocked, they don't function. And that's when we get negative results. That's when we start dealing with self doubt. That's when we can't receive, that's when we feel blocked. And so what I do every single day is I go within my chakras and I cleanse them and then I activate them. And I actually have healing cards that help people do this. I'll link those below. And I also sometimes do it with, with water and sometimes I just do it with light. So today we're going to use just light. And it's very quick and it's very simple and it's something that you can do every day that's going to keep you in higher alignment. So mark this, bookmark this video if you want to do this on a regular practice. So I'm going to walk you through all the chakras, and we're going to just use light to clean them and to activate them. So I want you to take your focus to the crown chakra. Take a deep breath in and out. Okay? We're going to ask that the divine light will touch our crown chakras. So I'm going to speak like I'm you. Okay? So I'm just going to speak it the way you need to speak it. So I'm going to ask that light will touch my crown chakra, that it will be completely cleaned and cleansed and cleared, that my crown chakra will be opened, that it will be available, that I will be available to receive from God, from the divine, from all of my angels, and that this crown chakra, my crown chakra, will be fully activated in all of my gifts. And then I'm going to wrap it in so much light to keep it protected as it is open, that it will be safe, that I will be safe, and that it will now be a pure funnel and channel for the divine to communicate. Communicate through me. You may feel some energy moving at the crown of your head. If you don't, that's okay. But you may, and if you do, that's okay. That's beautiful. All right, so we're going to move to the third eye. I want you to picture this divine light coming and touching. Almost like if I could come and touch your third eye. I want you to imagine the divine being able to come and touch your third eye. So who's the divine God? The divine mother, Christ, universe? Whoever you work with, we're going to ask that the divine will come and touch your third eye, opening up this beautiful chakra. So first the light is going to go in. It's going to clean out. It's going to clean out any old beliefs. Anything that says it's not safe for you to have spiritual gifts, anything that says you don't know how to use your spiritual gifts, anything that says you don't have spiritual gifts, anything that's been wanting to hide your spiritual gifts from you, hijack your spiritual gifts. We're gonna ask this divine light to clean all of this out completely, that it will be disintegrated and gone. And then we're gonna ask that this light will activate your third eye, activating your spiritual gifts of seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing, and all the other spiritual gifts that are yours. That are yours. We're going to invite this light to clean and cleanse and awaken the third eye. To the highest. The highest of your good. So I'm going to speak it for you. Sorry, the highest of my good. I'm going to ask that my third eye will be opened to the highest of my good. And then we're going to wrap it in this beautiful shield of light that is completely protected, sealed, and also activated. Breathing in. Now we're going to move down into our throat chakra. So we're going to ask the divine light to touch our throat chakra. To cleanse the throat chakra. To cleanse all of the walls around being seen. To cleanse out all the walls around not having a voice. To cleanse out all the walls around not not speaking your truth. We're gonna let it all disintegrate and be gone. No longer having space within you. And this divine light is going to pour through the throat chakra, healing it completely. Activating. Activating. Activating the gifts within you. Ah. So I'm going to ask that this light will heal my throat. Heal it and activate it. I'm going to ask that this light will wake up my ability to speak truth. Always ask that this light will activate my ability to feel safe in being seen. Seen in my gifts. I want you to just repeat after me whatever I'm saying. You're just going to say it after me so you can feel it. Okay. I'm asking that my throat chakra will be activated in the highest vibration so that. Let's see. So that I may lead, that I may create, that I may be who I was designed to be in this world. Breathe in. We're going to wrap this beautiful light around your throat chakra, allowing it to be safe, but also allowing it to stay unblocked and unlocked in this light. So now what we're going to do is we're going to move down into the heart. So we're going to ask the divine light to touch my heart, that it will be completely cleansed, that the walls around my heart will be broken. We're going to ask this light that it will soften my heart. Reminder. Just repeat after me. We're going to ask this light to now activate my heart chakra. That my heart chakra will be open to receive my heart chakra will be open to receive miracles. That my heart chakra will be open to receive love. That my heart chakra will be open to receive wonder, magic and support. And you can always put whatever. What else do you want to receive right now? Right. Opening up your heart chakra to receive connection, community, Love, lots of love. Opening up your heart. Opening up my heart chakra to be a space of giving, of deep, true giving. Ah, there we go. Now we're going to ask this divine light to wrap my heart chakra, to protect it, to infuse and insulate it with love. So the back heart is a sub. A sub chakra. We're not going to do. I don't know if we'll do all the sub chakras. We might. But we are doing back heart. It's very important. So I want you to picture right across from where this heart is, is your back heart. Okay? We're going to ask the divine light to touch our back hearts, to clean and cleanse the back heart. So I'm going to ask that the divine will touch my back heart, that it will be cleaned, cleansed and cleared, that all the old pain and all the old wounds that have been stuck in my back heart will be completely broken up and then dissolved and cleared out of my back heart. And remember, your angels are here helping you, so you're not doing this by yourself. Going to really call them in right now and help pull out this pain. Because the back heart is like the closet that you stuff things in and then hurry and shut the door. This is what the back heart is. Okay. The back heart is where you've been stuffing some pain and closing the door. So we're just going to ask your angels that they will pull this back heart. Back pain, the pain out of your back heart. We're going to ask that they will just continue to pull this out. So we'll expedite the. The process. And I'm being shown that they're just going to keep working on that while we go through the other chakras. We'll end up at the back. So we're just going to allow your angels to continue to pull out this back pain. It actually might be back pain that you feel. Maybe that's why I keep saying that word. Or it could just be emotional pain. Either way, I can feel it in my left rhomboid and it's like tingling and I also feel a little bit of a stabbing, so. So there's definitely stuff being pulled out of my back heart. If you don't feel anything, that's okay. I've worked in my body for so many years that I'm very in tune with my body. So if you can't hear it yet or feel it, that's okay. You're just learning this language. So we're gonna invite them to keep working on that. While we go into the front solar plexus, if you can feel your sternum bone right in between your ribs, there's this spot right here. That's your front solar plexus. This is the place of action. So if you can't take action, you always come here. This is the space you always want to come in and clean out the front solar plexus if you're feeling laggy, if you can't get traction on anything, get in and clean that front solar plexus. So we're going to ask that the divine light will touch my front solar plexus. You repeat after me and cleanse my front solar plexus. I'm going to ask the divine light to clean out all the molasses energy. Anything that's making me move slowly, anything that is holding me back from full potentiality, anything that is blocking the way for me not taking action, we're going to ask of this divine light will then activate the fire of purpose and passion within my front solar plexus, activating the space of taking energy and turning it into action. I like that. I'm going to ask the divine light to activate wholeness in my front solar plexus and flow full, unbridled, passionate action. Oh, I love those words. Yes, yes, yes. All right, so now we're going to wrap that front solar plexus in so much light. Ah, protection. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. We're going to move into. Oh, we are doing a sub chakra. We're going to go into your navel. This is a sub chakra. This is not one of the main sevens, but it's an important one. So we're going to ask the divine light to touch your navel chakra anytime you feel like you have an unhealthy attachment. An unhealthy attachment to money, to work, to kids, to spouse, to partners, to business partners. Anytime there's unhealthy attachments, you got to get into that navel. Okay? Also, anytime you want to choose life, like, to really live, you're going to come into the navel. I don't know if you can hear, but my kit. My kittens are literally jumping on my tent like. Like they're bouncing off of it like it's a trampoline. So if you're hearing that, I don't know what's going on today. All right? So we're going to ask the divine light to touch my navel chakra to clean out all the unhealthy attachments. Inside of my body. Clean out all the unhealthy attachments in the energetic field. Letting them go, letting them go, letting them go. Now we're going to ask the Divine Light to pour so much love through my navel chakra that all of my attachments, my attachments to my body, my attachments to my spouse, my attachments to my children, my attachments to work, my attachments to my business partner, my attachments to. To my purpose that they will all be activated to the highest vibrational frequency of healthy attachments. Taking a nice deep breath in, pouring light through the navel, activating it throughout my whole entire body. There we go. Wrapping the navel in light. I do two more chakras. I know this is kind of a long video. Stick with me, because this is going to change how you feel today. And I ask that the Divine Light will touch my navel or my sacral chakra. This is your lower room, your lower belly. Right in that lower belly. Okay, we're going to ask. I'm going to ask that the Divine light will touch my sacral chakra to clean it, to cleanse it, to clear it. I'm going to ask that my navel shock. Oh, my gosh. I'm going to ask that the Divine light will activate my sacral chakra to the highest vibrational frequency, activating ease, joy, pleasure, light, love, expansion, divine creation from within, around, above, below. Sorry, I'm talking really fast. When I channel it through, though, it just comes through. So if you can speak what I said, you'll feel it in your body. I'm going to ask that my sacral chakra will be healed, that all the old wounds and pains that have been stuck within my sacral chakra will be dissolved and cleaned out. I'm going to ask. The Divine Light will then heal my sacral chakra, activate it, make it whole, and then surround it in this beautiful shield of light to protect it and to keep it unlocked and unblocked. We're going to go back into the root chakra. The root chakra is at the very base of your spine, your tailbone. We're going to ask. The Divine Light will touch my root chakra, cleaning it out completely. Cleaning out any. Any feelings, emotions, experiences, generational patterns of lack and scarcity. Clearing out everything that says you have to do things by yourself that you can't be supported. Cleaning out any fear and doubt. Ah, cleaning it out completely. And now we're going to ask the Divine Light to come and touch my root chakra, that it will be completely activated. Activated in the highest vibrational frequency possible. I'm going to ask that the Divine light will wake up. Up. Abundance. Abundance of finances, abundance of support, abundance of joy, abundance of love, abundance of wonder, abundance of connection to the divine. We're going to wake up being rooted in the divine, rooted in God, rooted in your. Your spiritual team, rooted in those who are here, who love you and hold you in this space. We're going to wake this all the way up, tether you into this powerful source through your root chakra. Then we're going to wrap the root chakra in so much light. Take a deep breath in. Here we go. Now we're going to go back up to the back heart. It's almost done. So we're actually going to move into one of my favorite sub chakras, which is your back solar plexus. So this is front solar plexus. Back solar plexus is on the spine right behind it. And we are going. I'm going to ask that the divine light will touch my back solar plexus, Clear out all of the victim, to clear out all of the doubt, to clear out all of the fear. That's what all lives here. Okay? So we're going to clear it all the way out, that it will be completely dissolved, disintegrated and has no space within my body anymore. So just speak what I'm saying, breathing in. I'm going to ask the divine light to then touch my back solar plexus that it may be activated, that it may be awakened, that it may create and be activated in the realm of belief, the realm of faith, the realm of being a victor, the realm and activation of a manifesto of magic, of miracles. Waking all that up in my back solar plexus. Ask the Divine light to now surround my back solar plexus with so much love and protection. Take a deep breath in. We're going to finish with that back heart. Been pulling out. We want to thank our angels. We're pulling out all that pain. We're going to ask the Divine Light to now touch the back heart. Touch my back heart. That it may be healed, that it may be activated in love, that it may be sealed up, that it may be made whole and into the Divine light. I'm going to ask the divine light to activate. To activate. What do I want to activate? Safety. Oh, I love that. The back heart, when healed is a space of safety. Yeah, I want you to feel that. It's like. It's like this warm blanket around your shoulders. Blanket of safety and protection. We're going to ask the divine light to now seal up my back heart that it will be continually continue to have this work be activated and it will be protected. Now take a deep breath in. From the crown of your head all the way down to your toes. I want you to visualize this beautiful swirl of light. And it's spiraling all the way down your body, all the way down, all the way down, all the way through the soles of your feet. And I want you to feel the vibration of your body. Oh, my gosh. Isn't that miraculous? Now guess what? It doesn't have to take this long every time. It does not take me this long. Once you start to move through your chakras, you can do it so much quicker. Also, my healing cards actually do really support you in this. So I will link those below and I want you to know that you can come back to this video every single day and do this, and your body will feel so good. But your energy is going to be so clean that you're going to have the law of non resistance poured over you. So. So Florence Scovel Shin teaches the law of Non resistance. The law of non resistance is that you don't get hooked. You can't get hooked if there's no Velcro. Nothing sticks. When your chakras are clean and clear and in alignment, you can't get triggered because they're clean. Old wounds trigger new wounds. Work on your old wounds. You don't have to get triggered. Okay. This is a powerful practice. I love that this showed up today. What a beautiful thing. Let's. Let's drum you out. Take a deep breath in. There we go. All right. Dear friend, what a beautiful morning.
