I know. Well, let me tell everyone who you are to me. So I don't always know people that I'm channeling. I know you because, one, you came to my writing retreat in St. George in May. That's the first time we met. And that was like. That retreat was like deep dive, really powerful, really sacred. And then I was able to be a speaker at your event, you and Jennifer's unstoppable event. Which, by the way, I still get messages every week telling me that that event was one of the best events and that people have been to.

And so. You know what, Kara? I keep getting messages about how you have changed people's lives. People are obsessed with you. What? And I'm me included. I honestly have been in a little bit of burnout. That's an understatement. And so I've been at the park reading your book for the last three days. And I'm just telling you, I just. There's just no words like, I am. Like, God told me we were going to partner three years ago and it's not looked anything like I thought it would. I know he's going to make this story so much better than I ever thought it could, but it doesn't look like I thought it would. And so thank you. Thank you, thank you for your book that is just like meshing what I know and what I feel and what you know. And it's just bringing some clarity to me while I'm in this, like, serious weird space of I don't know what's next for me.

I'm so glad. I'm so glad. And that book that is completely unedited, like, mess ups everywhere, but it's going to be live on my birthday. I turned 40 on October 22, and that's the day that hits the world.

Oh, what an amazing birthday gift. Like, honestly, who, like, edited, not edited, who cares? Like, it has to be in this world. It jumped out of the bag at me. It was like, you need to read this. And so I literally, I've been in the park with my feet in the grass in the holy space reading your words that are so, so divine, Kira. Like, I don't understand how you do what you do. And I'm so, so grateful.

You make me cry, girl. Thank you. Thank you. I needed. I needed to hear that today. Today is a really Huge day in my world. Today. Today, today I'm getting into my very own house with my kids. So today is a big day in my world. There's a lot of wobble for me. So thank you for speaking that truth into my heart.

No, it's a non negotiable for me. My work is my lifeblood, you know, so thank you and I really just honor you. Burnout is so natural. So natural after you have put yourself to the maximum capacity of expansion. And you did. I mean, you pushed yourself beyond borders that you didn't even know were there. And I just, I honor you for that. And this piece right here is just the nourishment for your skin, your cells to recalibrate after you were at that high expansion level. Okay. Yeah. So this place right here though is, it's like, it's two ways when you hit this place. You can either go back into the old shape or you can move forward into the new. So let's drop in today and let's see whatever shows up. Right. We're going to bring in your book, but really we're also just going to recalibrate your system. I love it. Okay, cool. So I want you to take a nice deep breath in and breathe out. And you're going to breathe in and out. Why don't you take your shoulders up to your ears, roll them back, soften your heart. Breathing in, Rolling back and softening your heart. Let's move your neck. There's a lot of tightness in your neck. So just ear to shoulder, ear to shoulder. Moving it down. Okay, so I want you to imagine above the crown of your head, you're going to breathe this divine light in. It's going to move all the way down your system. It's going to clean and clean and clean and clean all the way down. Out to the soles of your feet, into the earth. So it's like a waterfall of light that's going to clean out. We're going to ask that this light will come and clean out the burnout. So we're going to ask that it will clean out the burnout from your cells, from your coating. And we're also going to ask that it will clean out anything and everything that just wants you to quit. So I want you to breathe in the light and this waterfall is going to move through your body. It's just going to clean it out, clean it up, clean it out. All the way down, all the way down, all the way down, all the way down. Out through the soles of your feet. There we go. So we're going to bring in. Let's bring in our angels. So let's call in our angels and our guides. Let's see who we've got for you. Do you know anything about Kuan Yin?

Okay, let me tell you about Kuan Yin. So Kuan Yin is this beautiful goddess. They say that she was birthed from the. She's, like, birthed in the lotus, right? And the lotus is the flower that is planted in mud. So lotus only grows in mud. And this is, like, the symbol of Kuan Yin. And Kuan Yin is the goddess of creation. So she is the goddess that helps us take our ideas and bring them up from seedlings to creation. Okay, so this place right here, right now, it's like you're in the mud.

And.

And what I'm being shown is that the mud is what's birthing your flower. Okay. But like all flowers, we don't choose the color. We don't even choose their shape. Right. Like, I have a bush of the most beautiful chrysanthemums. There's, like, six chrysanthemums on it, and every one of them is a different shape. Every one of them is a different. Even though they're all in the same plant, they're all different color of pink and all, like, different how many petals they have. So what I'm hearing is, like, it's time to let go of the borders on how you feel the creations are meant to be because they want to show you and surprise you. Okay. I love it. Mm. So we're gonna call in Kuan Yin to come and help us with this beautiful creation. And it feels like a little bit of Kali. So I love Kali because Kali comes in and she clears out all this shit. Like, she's, like. She is, like, fierce and divinely nurturing. So it's both. It's like, clear out the shit, also be nurtured. Okay, so there's something about this that we're going to clear something out. So what are you hearing?

I have really quick. I set my intention when I go to sleep now and ask for my angels to show me. And yesterday, my angel, I woke up and it was like, stop complaining about the past. Stop. It's enough. It's not what you thought it was, but it's like, you got. You've got. It's time to stop focusing on what didn't work and focus on everything that did work. And so that's. That's my message.

I love that. I love that. And I also. I'm going to send you my video from yesterday. My morning prayer video. Yesterday? Was it from yesterday? Yeah, it was. So I'm going to tell you this quick little story, and then we'll dive in and do some work. So I've been trying to get a house, and as an entrepreneur and a woman who has never rented or, like, really owned anything in my name, it's been insane. It's been the hardest thing ever, right? And on Wednesday, I woke up and I was like, God, like, you gotta pour down a miracle. Like, I need you to give me a house. Like, I do everything. Like, this was my conversation with God. I do everything that I'm inspired to do. What the hell? Like, show up for me. Like, let's do this, right? And so I go into my tent, and this is what I hear God say. Your vibration is at the vibration of hopelessness. No miracle will come to you in that state. And so this video, I mean, I made it for the world, but it was just mine, right? Like, God took me on a journey of how to move up vibrational frequencies to hit level seven, which is the level that I was shown, is where miracles happen. So exactly what you're saying is if there's this place that complains about the past, it's like that level of hopelessness. No miracles live there. They can exist in that frequency, right? So I'll send you the video. I think you'll really like it. I think it will shift you. And anyways, I did that on Wednesday, and on Wednesday morning, I got the text that I got approved. And today I get my keys, right? Like, two days. That's insane. But it was because I couldn't receive a miracle in the hopeless energy that I was in.

Yes, agreed. You know what's so amazing, Kara? Is I still am receiving miracles, but I know there's even more. Like, the miracles just come because God loves me so much. But, like, I. I want more. I want it all, you know? I want it all.

It'S like miracles drop in. Because, like you said, like. Like miracles were dropping in every single day. There were miracles, but I needed this big miracle and to receive that level of a miracle, like, part the Red Sea miracle, right? Yeah.

Really?

What happened? Like, the impossible happened, right? That creates. We have to be at a higher vibration to be able to create that. So already can you feel in your body like it's already shifting? Oh, yeah, yeah. Like it's already moving. Okay, so let's do this. We're going to just clean the ears. So we're going to ask. Okay. We also want to just call in any other angels that are supporting you, your work, your purpose, your mission, and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold this space for us. That this space will be safe, shielded, and held at a higher vibrational frequency to be able to match the. The work that you're here to do. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice deep breath in and out. All right, so your book is, like, two miles behind me. Okay, so what we're going to do is that we got to go in and we got to do a little bit of work on your nervous system for your book to be able to come. All right? So how I work on the nervous system is I work with the Divine Mother. She has this golden nectar, Honey. So imagine. Do you remember. I don't know if these even exist, because who watches commercials anymore? But do you remember there used to be this Pantene Pro V commercial where, like, it would show the follicles of hair and they would show the conditioned hair. Right? So this is what I see when I work on nervous systems is that the nerves are like that really frayed follicle, and then the nectar comes in and it nourishes it. So that's the visual I want you to see while we're doing this work. Okay? So when you take a nice deep breath in, and we're going to picture this divine golden nectar coming into the crown of your head. And it's going down through. First, it's going to move down through your. This central, like, column that's from the crown to the root, this really beautiful space inside of you, we're just gonna allow the golden nectar to go in and fill it up. So right now it's got a few holes, and it's kind of like leaking a little bit. So instead we're just gonna really hold it with this nectar and then allowing the nectar to fill it up. So if you imagine honey fil fills up holes, right? Like it goes in and it fills up holes. That's what this nectar is going to do. It's going down and up through the center of your being, just filling in any holes. And now we're going to ask that this golden nectar will start to move through your nervous system. So moving and nourishing every nerve within your body, taking some deep breaths in, all the way into your lower womb. Okay, now the nectar is starting to move down through your shoulder, down through the heart, down through the system, all the way down to the feet. There we go. We're going to just continue to do that through the right side and we're going to just ask that this golden nectar, love is also going to ground you in your body. So there's been something where you just keep wanting to leave the, the physical body. Like just like the spirit just keeps wanting to, like, pop out. So this is going to bring you back into, like, wholeness because that's where your power lives. Your power lives. When the spirit and the body are whole together like their partners, they participate as one. So just breathing in and breathing out. There we go, there we go.

Okay, now we can bring your book in. How are you feeling right now?

So, full disclosure, I had four hours of sleep. This is where this is. This is why my body and my soul are struggling. But I'm feeling calm, I'm feeling grounded.

Yeah, yeah, totally. Much better. It feels so much stronger and it's almost like the book needed you to find that before it could come in. So we're going to invite your book to come in and in through the divine light, let's see how it shows up. Now remember, anything you see here, feel and know, share with me. Okay? Because you are. You're communicating as well. Oh, this is so interesting. Okay. I gotta tell you what I'm seeing.

This is so cool.

So the book is. The book didn't come in like, an entrance. Instead, the book showed me a vision for you. Okay. And the vision is this. You trying to walk on stage.

Stilts.

All right, so you trying to walk on stilts. It's, like, really wobbly, and it's really shaky, and then the stilts fall, and all of a sudden, you realize that you just knew how to fly.

Wow. Yeah.

Breathe out your mouth.

What is coming to you? Everything in my soul wants to fly so bad, And I have been weighed so heavily with feelings of inadequacy, and I don't know enough, and I'm not. I don't have this and that training. And there's so much I want to do. There's so much I want to understand. There's so much I want to know. But I also know that it's already all in me. Like, it is in me, like, burning like a fire that just, like, wants to come out so bad. It's in me, like, my gifts and talents are so unique, and so I. The word is precious. And I want to share them so desperately. Like, I. And I just feel stuck. I just feel. I feel stuck. And the. The event was so incredible in so many ways, and it also just threw me back in a lot of ways. It showed up. It brought up all of my insecurities, all of my strengths, all my weaknesses, like, blown up. Yeah. But there is, like, something in me that is just, like, It's. It wants to come out so, so desperately.

I can feel it. I can feel it. And it's like this. This feeling of, like, okay, how do I walk on stilts? How do I do this? How do I not fall? How do I not fall? And then when they fall, you're like, holy shit. I actually can just feel fly. It didn't need the stills. And the truth is, And I'll tell you this, as. As a business coach, when I coach people in business, there is never going to be a certification. There's never going to be a degree. There's never going to be anything that launches you fully into the world. Like, none of it actually matters. Those are the stilts. Those are the things. I watch people time and time again, almost launched their program. They're like, wait, wait, wait, I need to go get one more certification. And they almost launched their book. Oh, wait, wait, wait. Let me do, like, three more edits. Like, hell, no. Every time we do that, we stuff our power down in again, and then it throws us backwards 10ft. Now, I. I value education. I take courses, and I spend thousands of dollars a month on coaching. And all the things. I'm not saying don't get those things, but when they become the barrier to what you want to do, that's when they become the stilts. That's when they become the thing that's going to hold you back. Does that make sense? Yeah.

The other thing that's really coming up for me strongly is that my husband and I have this dream to. To own a piece of land where people are going to come heal. Like, it's very clear, very strong animal therapy. Like, I'm gonna cook out of my garden for people. I'm gonna heal people with sound. Like, it's gonna be the most sacred, beautiful space. And I want it right now so badly, and it's not coming right now. And so me being patient, me. Me, like, trying to figure out what is the next right thing to move to that place, letting it flow, but also me wanting to have. Like, I want to push. My natures don't want to push. And I just want to receive. I want to understand just how to let it come in and let it receive. That is a piece that I am. Am. I'm calling in.

Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so let's talk about this for a quick second. So I'm going to share it. I'm going to share it with you in my parable. All right? So two weeks ago, I found this house that. It was like, this is the house I want to bring my kids to, right? Like, it just. It just was like, I walked in and I started crying, and I'm like, this is where I want to bring my kids.

And.

And someone is saying that they have a space for you. So you're going to message Camila after this, okay. Because she wants to talk to you. Okay. About the space. So I find this house, and I'm like, this is it. And then I get super grabby, right? Like, I was just like, oh, my gosh. I was fighting tooth and nail. I was going to get this house for my kids. This is it. This is it. And the energy was so panicky and fighty, right? Like, I was just like, this. I'm going to fight like hell for this. And like, 15 minutes before it all started to fall into place and I got all the things I needed. Somebody else grabbed it 15 minutes. And this house had been on the market for two months. Like nobody had wanted this house. It got pulled right from underneath me and I was just so frustrated, right? So then I went the next day to God and I was like, these are the requirements. I need this, I need this, I need this, I need this. And I need you to bring it to me by next Wednesday. Like, if this is it, like, I need this. And now it's in your hands. Like, I have fully released control. And then that day it came to me, that exact day. And it came in a way where they're like, we rent to entrepreneurs. Like what no one does, right? Like all of a sudden it was like all the things came into place. So here's what I'm hearing is one, put up the list. Like, God, this is what I want. I want this. I want this, I want this, I want this. I want to be able to serve in this capacity and then wrap it up and put it on the altar and be like, and it's in your hands. And this is the piece I missed. And what is one action I can do today, right? So that Friday morning, last Friday, when I told God what I needed, I said, what's one action I can do today? And I heard, go look at these houses. So then I went and took my action. It's a two part deal. We get to put on the altar what we want and then we ask, what's one action I can do to get me there? Now we're in partnership with God, right? So what I'm hearing, what I'm hearing is that you, you put this up to God, you let God know that this is what you want. But there's something right here, right now, Minda, that you start serving in that capacity now, right? So it's like, let me see if I can find the words for this. So the woman, the Minda, the version of Minda who owns this land, the version of Minda who owns this healing place, that version of her, you get to be her now. So when you embody her now, that vision will come to you quicker because you are vibrationally already her. So that means you start opening up and offering sound healings, like start charging for sound healings, you're going to start opening up and you're going to start being her. And that's going to call forward the vision. Okay? Yeah. Okay. So let's see, let's see. If you're like, it's like, is the book here today. That's the thing I'm trying to feel into. It feels like. Okay, all right, hold on.

Okay.

It's like talking really, really fast. I'm trying. Slow down. Okay, hold on. Like, lots of images and lots of visions all at the same time. So the thing that I'm hearing is it's time to strip away the outer layers that are hiding your magic. It's like you let your magic seep out in little pockets, little, like raindrops. But, like, no, it's time to let the whole thing pour. But to do that means, like, all the outer clothing. Like, I mean, I'm not asking you to go, you know, strip naked, but you get what I'm saying? Spiritually, the outer clothing, the things that have, like, held you, bound you, it's like, it's time to let this go, because your magic, that's what wants to come out. Like, we want to feel Minda's magic. What do you hear? What do you see?

Oh, It's hard for me to say this out loud, because once you say it out loud, it's done, you know?

I feel like. I feel like a lot of people offer to the world the. The happy ending, like, the we arrived, we made it. And then they talk about all the. That they went through. And I feel like I need to talk about the middle. I'm in the middle. I'm in this space that is so unpredictable. I mean, I've moved five times in the last three years. My son doesn't live with us anymore. My health is just, like, been the biggest roller coaster. My work has been unpredictable. And I'm in the middle, and I feel like my message is to share with people what it looks like just to be in the middle and have a vision and have a dream and have them, like, let them watch me create this miracle and be, like, in that journey with me.

Yeah.

Not knowing what it's going to look like really, on the other side, but knowing that it's something so spectacular and so magical and that God has a specific, specific mission for me that only I can feel. And I'm. I'm. I am. I'm calling it in. Like, I'm just. I'm calling, calling, calling it in.

Yeah. I love this. And Poppy. Poppy is magical. She was at our event. Do you remember Poppy? She says magic in the messy middle. Yes, Poppy, Yes.

And here's the. Like, can we just name this truth? That there is no. There is no mountaintop. Yeah, Right. Like, you know, like, we have mountain tops, right? Like, I have a mountaintop that, like. Oh, my gosh. Like, I never in a million worlds would have thought four years ago, when I started my publishing house, that it would be what it is. Like, the magic that I get to, like, witness this every single day sitting with beautiful humans like you. I would have never imagined that. And I'm going through, like, a lot.

Of personal shit right now.

There is no freaking mountaintop.

There's none.

And that's right there. That's the message. It's like we're all running after some insane mountaintop that is just an elliptical. It's just an illusion. It's an illusion that keeps us unhappy because we think we haven't gotten there. And that's what this message that you have, this is a message that people need to hear. Screw this whole wait till you get to the top shit. Like, let's bring it into. Can we be in the magic of the mess, right? So here's what I'm hearing for you, is that you gotta start opening your mouth all the time. So can you get on and make some YouTube videos? Can you do some lives on Instagram? Like, we need your magic. Keeping your magic here behind a closed door doesn't serve a damn thing, okay? Like, we need Menda's magic in the world. So it's time. And you can be in burnout. And I will tell you this. Yesterday, I spent four hours sleep sobbing, and then I went and took a shower. And then I, like, hosted probably one of the most powerful summits we've had for Freedom House. It's like, you can be in the shit and show up. You can be in the hell and show up. That's where the magic actually is, right? So you can actually be in burnout and serve humanity. I love that Mendez magic. I feel like that's just like. That's the title of today. Minda's Magic. It's like a recipe. I just really want to try, you know? Okay, so what's coming to you right now?

I have such an aversion to social media.

I can feel that. I could feel that when I said that. It shut something down. So I'm going to tell you a story from the scriptures that you grew up with and the scriptures that I grew up with, okay? And I love that Poppy says we have to show up when we want to, the least 100%. So remember in the scriptures, when the prophets of old would stand on the mountain, on the.

On the.

The walls they would stand on the walls. And they would preach. People would shoot arrows at them and stone them. And they just two feet stood there and shared their message to me. That is social media. It is our wall. It is where we get to stand and speak truth into the world. It is the wall. Where else is in this world could you stand and have people in Norway? We have a beautiful woman on here, Camilla. I talked to her yesterday. She lives in Norway. Right. Like poppies over in Washington. Right. There's no wall that you could stand on and have people all over the world hear the message that God is telling you to share. But social media is that wall. And so when we let go of. Of having to prove ourselves, when we let go of having. Do I have 5 likes? 500 likes? Who gives a freaking hell? Like, literally. Alma's in London, right?

Oh, I'm obsessed. London. I'm coming. I'm coming to visit.

So I get passionate about this because this is our wall, Minda. This is how you spread your magic throughout the whole world. It is not social media. It is a source. It is a vehicle for you to spread light.

I hear you. I'm gonna need to do some work around it.

Like, if you can stand so deeply in who you are and the work you're here to do, Haters can throw arrows, but they can't hit you. Okay? And when you have nothing to prove, doesn't matter if you have five likes or 500 likes, there's nothing to prove. You're just showing up and serving.

You know what, Kira? None of that matters to me. The haters, that to me is like, oh, you've arrived when people hate you, you're like, you're on the map. And I got plenty of people who already hate me. I got five sisters in law. Okay.

So what's your. What's your hang up with it?

My hang up is, you know, I'm a re. I'm a perfectionist in recovery. Like, that is so.

That's such a.

It will be a struggle. Maybe. Maybe it won't for the rest of my life, but it's in me so deep that I want it to look pretty, and I want it to be. You know, I have this idea of what it should look like. Like, go look at my feed right now. I. I had to stop because I'm like, I. I can't. I can't do this. Like, this is not me. It doesn't. I tried. It's. It's beautiful. It's all. It's all the things that I'm like. I just. It's not. I. I'm done. I can't.

It's not your magic. Okay? Perfection isn't your magic. I know. Okay. And Amma, right here. Can I just tell you, like, I have the deepest love for Amma. She is like a soul sister to me, and she's saying that she will hold your hand and do your life and do a live with you. Please message her.

There have been many times in my life, especially in entrepreneurship, where I just didn't think I could keep walking. But the miracle was always on the other side of that last step where I pushed just one last step, and then a whole new world came through.

Yeah. You got this. Oh, this is amazing. All right. I want you to take a nice breath in with me. Breathe out. We're gonna just pour this really beautiful deep blue. It's like a blue lapis, like, midnight blue blanket around you, and it's just gonna hold you and swaddle you, and it's gonna go in and it's gonna ground you, and it's gonna cracking the perfectionist shell. So it's cracking the shell so that this beautiful lotus that's inside of you that can only be birthed from the mud can rise out through your heart and go out and change so many people's lives. So just breathing that in and out, one more.

There we go. There we go. We're just gonna wrap your. So it was more like your book was here, but your purpose and work was what wanted to come through today, your message. So we're just going to wrap it all in this beautiful golden love, thanking it for being here and thanking all of our spiritual team that came and supported such a powerful session. I just want to thank everyone who was here. Like, everyone today. You just brought so much light into this session. Like, just, like, so much gratitude for everyone who's here.

Thank you so much. I can't wait to connect with people. And, Kira, I don't know what's happening in your world, but I can feel that's heavy. And I honor you doing hard, hard, hard things. Hard things. I know this house is going to be a sanctuary for you and your kids, and it's going to bring so much, so many blessings to you. So. So thank you for who you are. I just love you.

Thank you. Yeah, God. God has worked some miracles and a really hard time. And, you know, I am creating these centers of hope at some point, probably in 2023. And I was told that this house is my first center of hope.

Oh, I love that.

So today is a magical day. Today I invite you to ask God to show you one action that will help you bring this message to life, whatever that action is. And then I invite you to take it. And every time you do that model, you'll expand with so much more ease. Okay.
