Sacred Writing with Keira Poulsen and Amanda Loveland

Oh, my goodness. It's raining here.

Is it raining? No. It's so sunny today. It's so sunny.

I'm a little jealous. Well, I cannot believe we're almost. We're less than two weeks away.

Yeah, we are. And I'm so excited because this is the first time I have opened up a retreat to the public. So for the last few years, I've had these powerful retreats, but you have to be in my mastermind or my mentorship to attend. This is the first time I'm opening them up to the public and partnering with you and your brilliance. So I'm really excited about that.

Well, I think it's kind of a funny, cute story because I was at. You came to Utah to do a day experience. I can't remember what you called it. Do you remember what you called it at Katie Jo's?

Something about maybe sacred writing or write your book or something like that.

And it was such a beautiful experience. And as we were sitting there towards the end, you said, I'm realizing I need to have this be more of a retreat. And I looked at you and we just had this, like, yeah, we're doing this together.

It was like this beautiful moment. And, you know, I really honor you, Amanda, because you are such a profound healer. And that's why I really wanted to partner with you on this retreat. Because what I have found is that sacred writing tools make all the difference in someone learning how to write their book powerfully, to channel it. But there's a secondary piece, which is the healing aspect. We have to heal through the blocks, the blocks of letting ourselves be seen, like, letting ourselves be heard. These pieces are what create the blocks in our body. And then even though we're doing spiritual tools, we can't bring the book through. And so that's why I. I feel like our partnership in this retreat is so magical because we're going to bring in both aspects to help authors get clear once.

And I appreciate all that. Thank you. And I. I mean, you. I've been in a private mentorship with you for six months. We just finished. We're pretty much done. Today, I think, is our last.

Yeah.

And that has been an amazing, unexpected experience for me to work with you and your knowledge, and especially, like, not only the knowledge of your spiritual gifts and leaning into. Okay, what gets to be experienced today. Because I know I've had a few times where for me, I just thought it was just normal life of why I wasn't writing. Right. My last book. And it. And as I worked with you, it's like, oh, no, what are you resisting looking at? And so I so appreciated working with you. And the gifts and the tools that you have brought into my life have made my writing so much more in flow and easier. Because I think when the thought of writing a book is so overwhelming. In fact, I have a friend that is about to start writing a book and she's like, oh, my gosh, I don't even. This is going to. It like you think it's going to consume your life. And that's one of the things that I've loved about working with you. It's like, no, do 30 minutes every morning. Do like we get. And then your life actually opens up more because you're spending time creating this beautiful work of art, really, that gets to go out into the world. And it not only blesses me, it always blesses me first. This is why I do it. I'm like, I gained so much from writing. And then outside of that, one of the things I really, really love, besides your spiritual gifts, is your mind, the way your mind works of. Okay, that's great. We're doing this book. And this book is not what's going to bring in the money. Because people think I'm going to write a book, it's going to be a number one bestseller. That nine times out of ten, 9.8 times out of ten, that doesn't happen. Right. And so you're publishing skills and how to build the funnels and how to do all these things that it. Like, I love how you're working with both sides of the brain, you know, the feminine and the masculine side of the creativity and then the. Okay, now how do we. How do we go and create these things? So it's been such. You've been such a godsend to me in my life because I. Yeah, it was when I met you. It's like, oh, I need to work with Kira. How do I do that?

It has been a total joy. And I really. I feel like this is such an important piece because I know I have friends who are New York Times bestsellers. They are. They're on that. And they tell me, I didn't make any money from that book. They're on New York Times bestsellers, but these authors are millionaires. Why are they millionaires? Because they took the message of their book and they put it into courses, into masterminds, into programs. And so the reason why it's not about the money, but millionaire means they've reached millions of people. And that's what it comes down to. It's not about the money. It's about if I'm a thought leader and I'm here to change the world, well, it'd be cool to change 10 people's lives. It'd be way more powerful to change 10,000 people's lives. Now, it all begins with learning how to channel the message. When you learn how to channel the message, now you've got the Golden Nugget. Now we can put it into all the areas that it needs. So my hope for this retreat, except I kind of hate the word retreat, so I like to call it something else. This immersive experience experience that we're going to be doing is going to be life changing. And I watched, and I bet you would say the same for all the retreats that you've held is they're like wormholes in time. When people show up, it's like we're there for 49 years. That's how much work we get done in such a short amount of time spiritually, like down to the cellular level. People change. And that is what I know is going to happen at this experience experience. Because we're not only going to be in a sacred location, which is helpful. Being in science is so sacred and beautiful, but between your work and my work, people will leave shifted, changed in all areas of their lives. And the message that they're here to bring is going to become so clear and so potent that they can't ignore it anymore.

Mm, absolutely. Absolutely. And I think. I love that you talked about how people will. You're. You will be changed to the cellular level. Like, there's no. When I work with people, that is how we operate. When you hit the mental, emotional, and the physical body with different aspects that we do. Because when you're writing and when you're creating these sacred. These sacred texts, it's like there's something that changes within you. And then when you get to lean into. Okay, what am I resisting? Because one of the chapters I was resisting writing and I had no idea I was resisting it was around Sacred Sexuality. I had no idea that was going to even be in my book. And I think that is one of the funnest things about writing is the things that come in that get to flow through us that are so unexpected. I will start out with an idea of a book, and it completely is something different by the end. But not knowing how to navigate some of those pieces. If I didn't have you, I. That book wouldn't be getting published right now. I would still be like, I don't know what's happening. I know, I'm waiting for the.

I'm so excited about this book. And I think, I mean, I'm in the middle of writing a book. That's actually commitment that I have is that I will always be writing a book because this is the way I see when we bring sacred text through, we are spending time with the divine, which means the vibration in which we are receiving. Receiving at. We're at a divine vibration. If we can do that three days a week, we're taking our vibration up to a divine level, which means everything in our life has to go to that level. That means relationships have to up level, finances have to up level. And so this is more than just learning how to channel a book. This is you channeling at a higher vibration so that life changes and it becomes this magical momentum that happens. So this morning I'm in my sacred space writing and I'm writing a book called the Codes of Alchemy. So I always like take a topic to God and I'm like, teach me on this topic. And I never know what's going to come through. And that is for me being someone, I love surprises. This is like Christmas to me to sit down and be like, today I was like, give me the codex on self doubt. Because this is a piece that really holds authors back is self doubt. And so today I was like, I need this codex. As I work with my authors today in the mastermind and the things that came through. It was like, I didn't know any of this stuff. And this is so fun and easy and it. And my whole body changes because I learned something new.

Yeah, it awakens that cellular memory that's hanging out there. I just posted about this yesterday. Anyway, I just had all this stuff coming through. It's like writing is one of those things when you do kind of get out of your own way and let the information come in, it starts unlocking all these codes. And this memory within you that's always been there is one of the most beautiful, beautiful experiences. Now you, Kira, you published how many books now do you know? Two.

Two of my own.

I mean, through your publishing house. Yeah.

I'm curious, how many publishing have. I don't even know. I need to add that up. You would think that I would have that number down. But this month in itself, I think we've got five books going through this month. We have a lot of books birthing this month, so it is just so much fun. We have like four new collaboration Books that are happening right now, which is so exciting. What I find to be really impactful for the authors that I work with is that writer's block is the thing that everyone says they're stuck on. Right. The thing I hear all the time is I've been writing my book for 10 years.

Oh, yeah.

I've been writing my book for, you know, five years. I can't seem to get it through. Well, it's because we're trying to figure it out with our brains. And when we try and figure it out, that's what creates writer's block. And what you and I have done and what we're going to do at this retreat is we're opening up into the realm that we don't know what we don't know. And that is where we get to channel and flow information through us as a vessel. There's no writer's block there.

It's the hollow bone. Right.

It's like this is where people get to write their books in 90 days because all of a sudden it's like they got out of the way. They stopped trying to figure it out and then God just gets to work straight through them.

Yeah. Oh, I love it. I can't wait. It's going to be magical. The home that we're in is this beautiful 8,000 square foot home right at the hill, like the. Right at the base of right outside Zion. So it's like all these windows just like had these beautiful red rocks. The energy, everything. They're just sitting in this space. Like, even if you and I didn't do anything, just going into the space just to write is like, it's magical. And of course we're going to add our magic into it because, you know, we're not going to just sit back and do nothing. No, that's not. Our personalities.

No, that's not. Here's also what I love about where it's located is that we get to spend time on the earth, on the rocks, on the dirt. And there's something about when we channel books, it actually activates our nervous system really, really, like high. And so I love that we're going to be able to do such high powered vibrational work and then go back out into the land and do some earthing, like really getting into the earth so that we can come back into our bodies, heal our nervous systems and then go back in it again. And that is why on my last retreat, five out of the 12 women finished their books. This was only five weeks ago. Right. So it's like this is the energy that we're playing in. We're not playing in the energy of like, maybe, maybe you'll get something that. No, no, no. Like this is the place of miracles. And with the healing work and the space and the sacred tools, people will not only leave change, but their books will start to really come alive. Heck, they might even get finished. There's just a place of who knows what's possible, but everything is possible there.

Well, I can't wait. I'm so excited.
