Hang in there and look for one moment a day, just one moment a day where it's okay. And I'm saying that because motherhood is so hard and there are no breaks. And when I was going through my divorce and I had all these kids and I had no money and no job, I remember asking the creator what I would call God, as I would say, please just send me one moment a day where I feel okay. And I would look for that every day. And as I think about postpartum and like, I'm emotional saying this and like child loss and divorce and it's so hard to just hang in there. And I just want to say, do not give up. Just look for a moment a day. Look for one moment in the day. And I promise it comes and hang in there. And you are not alone. And there are others who have felt just like you feel.
