The excerpt captures a segment of the live performance of Naturally 7’s song “Tell Me What You Need” in Davos. The vocalist (Speaker A) adopts a conversational, almost pleading tone, addressing an unseen interlocutor. The lyrics explore themes of longing, offering, and the promise to fulfill desires: the speaker claims to hear voices, to understand the listener’s needs, and to provide exactly what is wanted if the listener is certain. The passage reflects the song’s narrative of a responsive, perhaps manipulative, figure who positions themselves as a solution‑giver, while also hinting at mistrust and the complexity of desire.

Like you were waiting for me. I see you everywhere. So tell me, what's your story? What can I say? I got voices calling, searching for something I pray that you ain't heard before. Just to impress you, show you I ain't a monster. That you might trust you, pay you no concern. And I see you and you don't like what you see on the next view. Tell me, tell me what you want. Tell me what you need. Press a face switch and I'm the chef in the kitchen, and I know just what you're thinking. I can give you what you wish for. Just tell me if you're sure, and I will give you all.
