Hi, I'm Leo Bottari, author of Peer Innovation, now in its second edition, forged by CEO Forums, perfected for teams. Book has been out a little less than 2 months, both the physical book and the ebook, and of course the audiobook just dropped within the last week. So first of all, I just want to thank you all for the incredible support, whether it's been online, whether it's through, you know, Amazon reviews, or many of the, you know, calls I've received, you know, from so many of you, just in terms of how much you've enjoyed the updated version. So really happy to hear that. You know, with that, there's a lot that we're trying to do to extend the reach of this work because it basically, as you know, takes what peer advisory groups for CEOs and business leaders around the world have been doing so brilliantly for so long and how to bring these principles and practices into your, you know, organizations. And one way to extend this reach is through our peer innovation certification program. We had one cohort go through it. We've got people across 5 continents. You can go to a team section on our website and see, I think, the caliber of people who have made peer innovation part of their coaching practice. And I think it's ideal for 3 important audiences, I believe. If you're a chair or a forum leader who wants to bring the principles and practices to your group and maybe extend that to the teams and your members. Certainly, that's one way you can do that. If you're an executive coach who are coaching individuals but would like to, again, add another arrow to your quiver in terms of your practice so that you've got something that you can rely on that can help your clients' teams as well, would be, I think, really advantageous for you. And then last but not least, I think it's for anyone— if you're an HR professional, for example, who wants to bring this into your organization, I don't know a more cost-effective way than to become certified yourself and then be able to deliver that content as you wish. It's designed in a way that does a few things. One, there's a one-time cost for the certification program, and I will tell you it's $3,500. But with that, you don't have to get recertified. You'll always have access to material. You'll have access to a peer group of fellow certified facilitators to always bounce things off of. You certainly have access to me in terms of anything I can be helpful with going forward. And I think it just provides you a lot of opportunity. And by the way, if you're an executive coach and you start creating a lot of income around this for yourselves, that's yours to keep. So again, it's a one-time cost that I think gives you something that you can use for a lifetime. The second piece of it that I want to point out is, and this happened right at the beginning of the first cohort that I ran, where before the first course even started, someone voiced a concern to me and said, "You know what, Leo, you created a lot of this stuff. I don't know how I'm going to deliver it in the same way you would." And it was an interesting idea because we've all probably experienced having to present someone else's PowerPoint or something of that nature when we didn't create it. Then it becomes a little more challenging to be able to deliver it and do so credibly. So one of the things that's been embedded in this program from the start is really based on the philosophy that I don't want you to deliver it as I would. I want you to deliver it as I never could. So, from the beginning, we're going to take the models and frameworks we use in peer innovation and connect them to your experiences, your stories. And once we do that, it not only makes it a heck of a lot easier for you to deliver the program, but I think much more credible for the audiences as well. You think about who we have as certified facilitators. There are people, for example, who have more international business experience than I could ever amass in 3 lifetimes. There is a US Navy captain. There's You know, a woman in Europe who has an incredible communications background who lends that perspective to peer innovation and what it can mean for her clients. So for everyone, I think each of you brings your own special gifts to the table, and the idea of the way we run the course is to make sure that all of that comes forward. So with that, we are starting our next cohort on June 16th. And if you have any questions about, you know, wanting to be a member of that first cohort, I want to keep it to no more than 10 members. So please reach out to me, connect with me on LinkedIn, of course message me there. Happy to walk you through what we're doing, how we're doing it, and how I think it may meet your needs. So with that, thank you so, so much. I really appreciate the few minutes of time that you gave me to explain what the program is all about. And once again, thanks so much for all of your support for the work.
