Hi, how is everyone? So here we are, week 5. Hard to believe, right? For those of you who were able to make the Zoom call, great. I should have remembered though that we do not record the breakouts, so there is not a breakout recording if you were able to make— if you were not able to make the session. But by the same token, anyone who didn't make the breakout and either wants a small group call or we can do a one-on-one conversation a little bit because basically what we did during the breakouts was dive into what are the things you really want, what are the things that have come out of the self-reflection that you've engaged in so far. And to the extent that, again, you want to have that conversation either in a small group or, you know, together, happy to do that. So just wanted to put that out there. And by the way, thank you for your patience in setting up that meeting with all the craziness with Doodle and all that. I felt like we were dealing with Murphy's Law. Throughout this entire piece, so thank you. I do want to mention, of course, this week is about stakeholders. These are the people who are influenced by our brands and who influence our brands as well. And so obviously it becomes really, really important to understand who our stakeholders are and how we are relevant to them. And of course, we've talked a lot about relevance as it relates to brands and what that means and how important that is. I mean, just think about it in your own companies, for example, where If you're in a situation where you have an idea and you want to pitch that idea to the CFO versus the marketing person versus the HR person, that's probably a very different conversation because you're going to speak in terms of what it might mean, you know, for whatever financial, you know, gain that could come from this investment, right? You're going to talk about it from a marketing standpoint. You're going to talk about what this might mean in terms of inspiring people. And so, Part of this is just being relevant and speaking the language of the people who are, you know, the audiences that you're trying to reach. So that obviously becomes really important. So identifying those stakeholders and then thinking about how we are relevant to those stakeholders obviously becomes huge. And that's an important, critical part really of what we do. It's kind of getting to know ourselves, getting to know our stakeholders, right, and the language they speak and connecting the two. So anyway, with that, we are back on the discussion board this week. Very excited about that. And I'm just, you know, looking forward to continuing to engage with you all. I think you've done a wonderful job on the discussion board thus far. I mentioned that to everyone during the breakout and just appreciate everything everyone's doing. So, and I also mentioned just one other thought during the breakout was that if you do want to reach out to me, sometimes Canvas email is not the greatest way to do it. So please text me, 858-204-8922, or call. I am on the West Coast, just so you know, as far as that goes. But I'll be traveling actually this week to Toronto for a couple of days. We'll be back, you know, here on Wednesday night and back in California and available at the end of the week. But I'll obviously be reading your posts on the on the discussion board. Each of you, of course, would have received all the grades that are now current for the discussion board. So again, any questions, anything comes up, call, text, or of course you can email directly as well, either at leo.botari@gmail.com or leo.botari@peerinnovation.biz. So see you this week. Thanks. Bye.
