Hi, I'm Leo Bottari, and I hope you're all having a wonderful Sunday. Just over a week ago, I actually created this site that was literally meant to be a concierge site, right? A concierge site essentially being that little place where you can go and figure out in this other massive site where there's just, you know, so much content and just so much to sift through, this can kind of just point me in the right direction and tell me where I need to go and hopefully make this whole topic, I think, much more approachable. So with that, I am going to just share screen briefly and just walk you through the site as quickly as I can, really. And I'm going to start at the beginning. So here we are, Peer Innovation, right? The word peer, people like me, and innovation, creativity realized. And what this really is about and where this comes from is a decade of study on peer advisory groups and look at what peer advisory groups do so brilliantly and how they can be applied to your teams, right? So you can go to the welcome message on the main site, you can scroll down, get a little more information about some of the models that drive peer innovation, like the learning-achieving cycle, the 5 factors, and the leadership accountability triad, you know, among others, with a CEO World article which can kind of, kind of think succinctly walk you through some of the main points of what this can look like in your company. Next, what's in it for you? Quickly point you to if you're interested in podcasts, you're interested in having a program that we can bring to your organization, or you just want a ton of content and media and really want to take a deep dive into the subject area, it's all there for you. Next is the peer innovation trilogy, right? There have been 3 books. Co-authored the first one in 2016, the second one in 2018, and the third one, Peer Innovation: What Peer Advisory Groups Can Teach Us About Building High-Performing Teams, in 2020. So they're all there for you. Read them in whatever order you like, read them in whatever chapter order you like. It's really very much designed to be for you and what you're interested in and what your needs are. Next is, you know, it's exciting too that peer innovation isn't just a phenomenon that is catching in the US, but in China as well. And very excited to be launching not only the book, but the content in a very big way throughout China. Again, podcast. All of these little pages have some links that can take you to get just a little more information about what it is we're looking at here. And basically, it's, well, how can you work with us, right? Well, you can subscribe either to our newsletter or to our podcast. You can just simply go through that bigger site and absorb the tons of content that's there for you. And I absolutely invite you to do that. And then you can also, of course, engage us more directly. And that'll, of course, be reaching out to me, and let's talk about keynotes or workshops or other programs, webinars, what would really work best for you in your organization. And you can contact me just right here. So there you are at my leo@leobattaglia.com. You can connect with me on LinkedIn, on Twitter, and just invite you to do that. And so with that, I hope that was helpful. Let me stop sharing screen here so I can stop recording and give you a few minutes of your life back. And you all have a great rest of your week. Thanks. Bye.
