Hi, this is Leo Bottari, author of Peer Innovation: What Peer Advisory Groups Can Teach Us About Building High-Performing Teams. As you may know, conducted a poll recently on LinkedIn to figure out what people preferred in terms of physical books, ebooks, or audiobooks. We had 50 people participate with the promise that if you cast a vote, you'd have a chance to win a copy of Peer Innovation in your favorite medium. So with that, there were actually 32 people that voted for a physical book, 7 for an ebook, and 11 for audiobook. All of course which play an incredible role really with us, right? Because as much as we may enjoy the physical book, there's nothing like having the ebooks, especially when we travel and we can carry 3, 4, 5, as many books as we want and have it, you know, on a tablet or on our laptop or even on our phones. When we're home also, however, We're here, maybe we've got a Peloton bike or we go out for a walk or whatever, and this is where the audiobooks really come in handy. So I love all 3, and I'm glad that you all cast your votes for each of them as well. I'm actually going to be pulling the names out of a carafe that was given to my wife and I by Peter and Wendy Carrington, and they run a barge cruise actually in southwest France around the Bordeaux region, which is magnificent. And I encourage any of you, once we're able to travel again, That's a trip to book for sure. So without further ado, let's select the 3 winners. The first one is B. Duane Farley for an ebook. So there we go, number 1. Second, see what we got here. And we have Ronilyn Riquedo for a physical book. All right. And last but not least, let's get the last name out of here. And it is Mariola Bradelka for an audiobook. How about that? So one of each got picked. That was pretty cool. Anyway, hey, thank you, by the way, for participating. I'll be reaching out. And making sure that I get all of you your respective books in the form you wanted it, and just really appreciate your participation and support. If you haven't read Peer Innovation yet, I encourage you to have a look. I think when you do read it, it'll be something you'll want to share with your group members and your team as well. So anyway, hope all is well. Thank you. Bye.
