Hey, good morning. This is Leo Bertore with another episode of the What Anyone Can Do Minute. Today I'd like to talk about the launch of PeerNovation, which we just got started today and very, very excited about it. The primary charge of the company is going to be working with leaders and their organizations to help maximize learning and development. I think we can take peer groups and use these groups as a mechanism for helping companies and people apply what they've learned each and every day. We're gonna work with companies to help with employee engagement and alignment towards strategic initiatives. We'll be working with CEO peer groups, helping members maximize the experience. And maybe what we didn't talk about quite as much in the announcement, but which will be important for us as well, is really charting a course for the peer groups of the future and what this is all gonna look like down the road and how they're gonna benefit you and your organization going forward.
