Hi, this is Leo Buttari bringing you the What Anyone Can Do Minute. Today I'd like to talk about peer groups, and if you're a member of one, I'd like to talk with you about maybe some simple things you can do to be a better member and actually deliver greater value to your fellow group members. So for the past year or so, I've been doing workshops and conducted over 100 of them, whether it's for CEO groups, you know, key executive groups, small business owners, whatever. And while there's a lot of data around how these groups can perform at a higher level, we use the 5 factors from The Power of Peers in order to help each group assess themselves. What I've really found out is there are really 3 things that you can do that would be game-changing for you in terms of your group. So you as an individual member, think about this: show up, be there at every meeting, step up, be prepared, and be ready to bring your A-game all the time. And third, follow-up. Making sure that you let people know what you're doing, how you're doing, so that you not only, uh, keep yourself accountable, but make sure that everyone learns. Thanks.
