Hi, this is Leo Bottari with the What Anyone Can Do Minute. Today I'd like to talk about factor number 3 when it comes to those that are common to high-performing peer groups, and that is fostering valuable interaction. And what we really mean by that is it comes down to the quality of the topics that you're able to cover, the discipline you have around talking about subjects like that, and then finally, the outcomes that you're able to get from that kind of a conversation, right? To feel that you've been there, spend time on a particular issue, not only did the member who brought the issue forward benefit, but that everyone benefited from it. And this is really important, and if I could offer just one thought to make this part of your meeting, and such an essential part of your meeting, that much more productive, it's essentially nothing more than be prepared. Be thinking before the meeting, not when you show up that morning, but before the meeting about what issue am I going to bring forward, How can I frame it and how can I make sure that I and my members are well prepared before the meeting even starts?
