Hi, this is Leo Buttari with the What Anyone Can Do Minute. Probably talking about what you may consider a rather mundane topic, which is meetings. But interestingly enough, I talk with people at different companies where on one hand an employee may say, meetings are the bane of my existence. I can't stand them. If I never had to go to another meeting again, it would make my life because all they do is keep me from doing my real work. You go to someone from another company, however, and they say, "Wow, our meetings are incredibly valuable. They're what keep me connected. It's where my voice is heard, and it's where I get clarity on what our steps are going forward." Well, if you're going to get people working together, you have to give them an experience that they believe is enjoyable and productive. And it really, in many respects, can start with meetings. So even though it's a topic you may not think about all the time in terms of how do we go about running better meetings, Now's the time to think about it. As we get into the back half of this year and we look at what can we do better by the end of this year so that we can go into next year, put meetings number one on your list.
