Kumbalah mo magbenta ng tiramisu? This is the perfect recipe for you! No mascarpone, no egg, and no cream cheese. Hello po, ako po si Leslie and this is my negocio-friendly tiramisu recipe. Simulan natin kawatayo ng coffee soap. So mayroon ako dito 'n 125ml or 1/2 cup na hot water. To this we add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules. Kasi alam niyo na may cream layer yan, so kailangan lumalaban yung coffee flavor. Kapag masma-baba dito, medio parang anana, kung magana tataglo niyo yung coffee, kaya It's the amount that I like, the proportion that I like. 1/2 cup is to 1 tablespoon, or 1 cup is to 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules. So 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules is about 5 grams. Then we'll add 1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar. You can also use light brown sugar or white sugar. I prefer dark brown sugar for the added flavor. And last but not the least, we'll add rum. This is 1 tablespoon of dark rum. I prefer alcohol. So I recommend rum, pero kung ay nito laga yung lassa or iba yung target market ninyo, then you can skip yung inyong rum. Coffee or sugar, okay, set aside to cool. Next, cream layer. So the low one part, you add in cream layer. Para makaron pareng thickness ang inyong cream. So we have here 1 cup or 250 ml na evaporated filled milk. I use Angel evaporated filled milk, hindi Angel na evaporated creamer. So mas okay satin to kasi mas milky yung flavor nito. Yung mascarpone kasi milky yung flavor nya, so eto yung mas prefer na tingin natin. To this we add our cornstarch. This is 3 tablespoons or 24 grams na cornstarch. Etto yung magbibigat thickness of our cream layer. Then we will add 1/4 cup or 50 grams of white sugar. I prefer white sugar, not light brown or dark brown, because the cream will not shine. So if we will use dark brown sugar, it will be a little bit darker. But it's okay with white sugar. Chapos. Very important, a pinch of salt. To balance the flavors, to enhance the flavors as well. Okay, this is good. In microwave for 1 minute, tapos halu in, tapos 30 seconds, plus 30 seconds until makita nyo na thick na sha. So after 1 minute, ganito yung itura. So from here, 30-second increments lang para hindi kayo masunugan. So this is the second 30. Yeah. Smooth. So after cooling down our thickened milk mixture for 30 minutes, so 15 minutes at room temperature, tapos 15 minutes of freezer, Cream or all-purpose cream. So that's a go-to all-purpose cream. I Nestlé, the hell's that? Um, it's an Alaska, so it's not metallic aftertaste. But I tried it, so it's not that much of an aftertaste. So the gamut of Alaska is more richer. And I just have a hesitation with Alaska, the packaging, because it needs Squeeze out. Oil component. So must prefer this. But to be fair, I'm thinking, compared to all-purpose cream, so anyways, at highest speed for 3 minutes, or hangang double or a little more than double your cream. Halfway through, we scrape the sides and bottom to make sure it's equally whipped with our all-purpose cream. Check it again. So right now, soft peak. A bit more, then it's firmer. There you go. But to be sure, or to avoid clumps, because as you can see, the texture of this, so if you just mix it, it has a tendency to clump. So just mix it and then tap it. By the way, this recipe has a secret weapon, because it gives milkiness, it gives thickness, and it's Scrape lang din natin. So, whipped cream, low speed. By the way, this mixture can make 2 to 3 loaf pans. I've tried it with 3, okay, but I'm recommending Gawin nyo for this amount para talagang mas premium yung lasa. Okay, magalala dahil yung costing nya. Ay, very practical. So 425 grams. Marquise, tapos, what are they called? Loras. By the way, this Loras and this Broas are similar, just a little bit different. This one is irregular in sizes, this Loras. So this one, if you want to use it for your hair, you can use it for your hair when it's wet or damp. So this one is Broas. It's just a little bit bigger than this one. Ah, when it's damp. And, um, texture, yeah, soft, soft texture, yeah. Okay. Tender. Creaminess, no cream layer. So must type contrast in your texture, then go for something like a Marquis, or your sapang brand, your Margie's, uh, 85 pesos for 180 grams. SM Hypermarket, pero talagang mas mura, asin, kalahati yung precio. So explore nyo rin yon. And the balita, anko meron din mangana bibiling ladyfinger or broa samang a panaderia, and mas mura dihamak kese dun sana bibiling samang sa supermarket. So explore nyo po sha. So di to tayong maglagay, of course maraming packaging na peding yung gamitin, peding mas malete na ganito, mi manga mas malele et na parang pan. Aluminum type. Rectangular pans, but for this video we're gonna use this. This is equivalent to about 2 slices in a rectangular pan. Again, it's a Lora's. So what we can do By the way, be very mindful of the edges because they are your first impression or first impression on your customers. So make sure that you layer it well. Okay, so I'm adding a cream layer. So since it's for a business, it's consistent. So the cream layer is not that thin. 150 grams per layer. Okay, next layer. So as you can see, spaces. Now, broas. Perfect. Next layer, 150 grams of lead. So, I own baguño ilagay saref kailang nyo kasing itil eto for Overnight, best, but if you want to leave it in the freezer like an hour, so it will firm up. But best, 4 to 8 hours in the fridge, so it will develop flavors, firm up the cream, and soak in the coffee flavor in the ladyfinger. So lightly dust it with cocoa powder so that the Tap layer na yan, medyo mad infused na sha with chocolate flavor from the cocoa. Tapos, sa kanatin talagang ibonga yung pagdust ng cocoa powder kapag isoservinatin or ibebentananatin sha. So in total, about 4 grams lang ng cocoa akakailangan niño cada isang pan na ganito. Kenyan lang, so lightly dust pa lang, okay? Tapos, pedinatin sha ai refrigerate para makfirm up and then tikman natin. After overnight, so Cocoa powder, I recommend, highly recommend, good quality cocoa powder like Hershey's, Benzdorf, JB15. Ayan, so please use your high quality cocoa powder. So again, isang— you will just need about 4 grams of cocoa powder. Taste test. Mm, cream is light, but thickness— Again, interested, please comment down below. Hope this helps.
