Hi, my name is Lindsay McMurray and I'm the founder of Kiehl's in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm that focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of your mid to senior level management. I want to talk a bit about executive coaching and what it is. Most people, I find, don't fully understand what executive coaching is and the impact or the power of it. There's been recent research that shows the return on investment for coaching is 5 to 7 times, which is significant for an organization or even an individual. What executive coaching ultimately is, is a true partnership with you and your coach and helping to unleash and uncover those areas where you're feeling blocked and unleash the potential that comes from that. It's about keeping or holding that person capable and building from there. It's not about fixing or glossing over any of the uniqueness of the individual. Again, it's about holding that person capable. Typically, An executive coach will use a questioning technique to help uncover and really dive down to where are those potential blocks happening, and open up and create that possibility. I'd love to have a chance to talk with you more and potentially give you an opportunity to experience it. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
