Hi, my name is Lindsay McMurray and I'm the founder of Kiehl's in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm that focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency of the middle and senior level management. I want to talk a bit about the collateral damage or effects of bad management or bad leadership. We spend most of our waking life at work. It impacts not just our life, it's all around us. And it's frustrating when we find that organizations tolerate or accept because that manager is good in certain areas, the collateral damage that goes around them. And the collateral damage is attrition. And often it's your best people that leave first. And those that stay, they, their effectiveness or their engagement drops significantly. I always say people don't leave jobs, they leave managers. We have ways to work with you and your organization to assess and identify and work with those people to improve and enhance their current capabilities. They've been put into that position for a reason, so let's leverage that and build off of it and help your organization grow. Love to have a chance to talk with you about some of the services we can bring. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
