Hi, my name's Lindsay McMurray, and I'm the founder of Kiehl's in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm that focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency of your mid to senior level management. I want to talk a bit about assessments and personalized assessments. I believe it's a bit of a lost art. Organizations are relying a lot more on technology to be able to drive these assessments, and although it is much more cost effective, it doesn't ultimately give us the results or the true underlying challenges that are blocking or holding your organization back. What we typically do is we work around the targeted area and start to dig in within a 360 approach and looking at, with open-ended questions, addressing and nailing down the true underlying challenge that's creating that blockage. I'd love to have a chance to talk with you more about our solutions. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
