Hi, my name is Lindsay McMurray and I'm the founder of Kiehl's in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm that focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency of your senior and mid-level management. I want to talk a bit about what drives me and what drives our organization. Personally, I hate hearing people say, "I hate my job." When you spend over half your waking life at work, it's not just your work that suffers, it's the collateral damage around you. It's your family, it's your friends, it's your colleagues, and I'd like to have an impact on that. The other key drivers for me are accountability and authenticity. Authenticity. To me, those are the foundation of what good leadership is. A third one is communication, open communication, having those conversations that really go beyond and make that difference for change. And the last one is the power of choice. When you understand that you have a choice about what you're doing, that opens up possibilities. So I'd love to have a chance to talk with you more about your organizations and ways that we can support you. So please don't hesitate to contact me.
