Chapters
Really easy things you can do this morning to increase brain-derived neurotrophic factors, which basically creates cell development inside your brain, increases the amount of activity in your brain for the day and get going. I ran back and forth very hard, very large lunges for about 5 minutes. I did shadowboxing, increased my heart rate to a significant level, then reduced it through walking. Then I went over here, I sat down for 5 minutes. That's all I did. Palms up like this. I let any kind of thoughts go in one ear, out through the other, and it completely enables you to increase again that brain drive, neurotropic factor, increase cell development, get ready for the day. Take a cold shower. You're ready to go.
