Hi, at BPI we've been managing remote teams, and I wanted to create this article for you so you could see the things that we do to manage dispersed teams throughout the globe. How we excite them, how we get them ready, how we get them into order so that people really need to be managed in these remote teams globally, because without management there's chaos. So managing virtual remote teams requires preparation, Planning, checklists, enabling orderly fashioned facilitation. This isn't something that you should just go on and expect to happen out of nowhere. Just being a transformational leader and everybody can take care of it. This is not an open circle. This is facilitation. This is task orientation. It's a little bit like, well, flying a plane. You have to know how to take off, begin the lesson. Enable people to have specific roles, and you got to be able to stick that landing so you know what's happening now and next and have next steps. Read this article. I know you'll think it's really great for your remote teams, and I hope it'll help you. If you do, say something in the comments. Tell me what you do in your virtual teams. Add on to the best practices. Thanks for listening.
