What I really love to do is talk to our board members and our other clients because really the value of the BPI community is when we put them together. When you have the opportunity to not just read about it in a book or to read a research report, but when you can put that together on a conversation with peers that are going through the same thing you're going through, when their organizations are going through the same thing, and that they don't want to settle for the status quo, is really when the full weight of the BPI experience is brought home. When people want to look at what they're going to get out of BPI, what it really comes down to is not only access to our experts, and there's thousands of them, but it really comes from our leadership, from Lou, from the 11 books that he's wrote, from the works that he's done in hundreds of organizations and from the work we're currently doing with our board members and our other clients right now. Louis had a saying for a long time, "Knock out the noise," and it's true in so many ways, and I see it with the work that he does with his clients. Too many times we get distracted by what doesn't matter, and when Lou works with his clients, he focuses on what really is at stake and what matters, what the mission is, what the vision is, and how to get there. And that's really the value that the clients see. I get asked a lot about what the, the biggest benefit of being a BPI member is, and it's really the hardest question I get because there's not one thing. It really relates to what you need, and that's really the benefit of being part of BPI. We'll create what you need. You may need more time with peers and leveraging the experience of others who are going through the same thing you want, or you may need more research, and we have a team that's at the ready to develop that research for you. It may be a combination. So really That's why it's the toughest answer, but what you will get when you're part of BPI is we will meet you where you're at now and deliver what you need.
