You can personalize your profile, earn HRCI credits by completing webinar evaluations, and download full presentation materials. The portal includes an Experts tab for direct contact with specialists and a support section for help.

You'll be able to fill out your profile including your picture, your bio, your personal development plan including learning resources, on-demand webinars that you want to view, case studies, research reports, and more. Edit your skills and practices for easier search capabilities throughout the portal. You can now search the full library of resources including articles, case studies, research, online learning, over 350 on-demand webinars. Find an on-demand webinar from the library. First, you'll be able to download the full presentation materials and PowerPoint slides. You can also provide feedback, and if you would like to receive HRCI credits for viewing the on-demand webinar, you can do so by filling out the quick evaluation form to answer these questions, which will allow you to showcase what you have learned, applied, and practiced within the webinar. This is your chance to show off your personal best practices and thought leadership. Click Watch and Discuss. You'll now be able to view the webinar streaming directly in the portal. No large file downloads, just click play and enjoy. Click on the Experts tab on the top nav and you will now have access to over 900 BPI-validated experts. Click on the one you are interested in connecting with and you'll find all their resources on their page, and you can email them directly from this page on the portal.
