David Knorr and John Baldoni are looking for CEOs who are building resilience and investing in talent during COVID-19, not just cutting costs. They want to hear from leaders treating people as a strategic asset and share how they're planning for what comes next.

Along with my colleagues David Knorr and John Baldoni, I am on a quest to find CEOs who are deploying resilience practices. These CEOs are dedicated to finding innovative ways to deploy talent as they are now. Instead of thinking cost optimization or cost cutting, they're thinking talent optimization. And using resilience as a way to respond to the pandemic. We all know that Dr. Fauci came out today in a White House press conference and said that we will get through this and this will end. And indeed, we are seeing that happen. While we do still realize there are over 10,000 deaths and upwards of 350,000 cases in the United States, it will come to an end, as Dr. Fauci said. In fact, the National Research Institute came out with a study about post-pandemic planning. That's why we're here today looking for the CEOs who could see far into the future, who do not just see the here and now, and they're able to open up their lens to the far, to the beyond, and think about how do I become resilient and become antifragile so that now I can do the best with what I have so that I'm positioned well for after the crisis? The decisions you make now will have major effects on the economy systemically, as well as major effects on thousands and thousands of families and lives. I encourage you to stop, look, listen, and think about resilience and what will be happening in the future post-pandemic. We are looking for CEOs who are thinking like this. If you are one of them, let us know. You are a part of our future, our positive future and vision for where we must go in America and indeed around the globe to keeping our talent and optimizing and becoming resilient in any crisis. Let us know here in the comments. If you're one of these CEOs, we want to know about you, and we want to know about your practices, because you are the CEO heroes of this crisis and beyond.
