This video is going to be on exactly the steps that you need to take to get to $10,000 a month from trading. Now, $10,000 a month is a very conservative amount of money. The amount of money that you can make from trading is stupid, but we want to get you there as quick as possible. But not only as quick as possible, we want to get you there making sure that you are doing the right thing. Because as you know, with trading and in the trading space, there is a lot of misunderstood information, and there is a lot of information that you simply do not need to know. So by the end of this video, you will understand the exact steps that you need to take to become a profitable and a real day trader. Now, the reason that I'm making this video is because I recently had a new one-on-one student. He has been in my trading course for around 6 months, and he has made over $100,000 in that 6 months. And I think that is just incredible. In the space of 6 months, that is more than $10,000 a month. That is close to $15,000 $10,000 a month within that 6 months, and it is only going to be going up from here because, as you know, in trading, the more experience you get, the more that you can compound the money and the more money that you can make. You can use prop firms, which I'll be talking about, and you can incorporate a live account into it as well. So let's jump straight into this video. What do you need to do to get to $10,000 a month minimum? And we need to get there as quick as possible. Step 1, you need to understand the basic knowledge, okay? This is extremely important. A lot of traders, a lot of traders miss out this point. They don't really understand what trading actually is. You don't understand the importance of psychology. They don't understand what futures is, and they don't understand the importance of discipline, okay? So starting off, what is trading? If you're getting into trading, this might sound, this might sound stupid, but you need to know what you're actually doing and what you're looking for. You need to understand the different positions that you can take, that you can short the market, that you can long the market. If you don't know that, then you really— you're going to struggle when it comes to identifying the concepts. And farther down the line, then what you also need to understand, in my opinion, to start with is prop firms. What is a prop firm? Because again, at the start of trading, you want to set out a plan. You don't want to just blindside it, try and learn all the concepts that you can learn. You want to set out a clear plan. So So you want to understand what a prop firm is. At this point, you won't purchase any prop firms, but you do need to understand what a prop firm is. Of course, I personally recommend Apex. And if you don't know what a prop firm is, all a prop firm is is basically where you can use other people's capital and start trading for it. For example, with Apex right here, you can buy a $50,000 account for around $30. You pay for that account then you get access to a demo $50,000. If you make $3,000 on that demo account, then you pass the challenge. If you lose $2,500 on that account, then you lose the challenge and you lose the $30 that you paid for it. If you pass it, then you go on to a PA account. This PA account is $50,000 that you can, can potentially make profits on. So if you make more than $2,000 in unlimited time. It doesn't matter how much time you do it in and you follow all of the rules, then you can start to get payouts. And where it gets serious is you can not only have one account, you can also have up to 20 accounts when you are trading. So if you take a $250 win, which is 0.5% of your account, you're going to make in around $5,000 just for a simple 1:1 risk-reward ratio. So that is what we'll be utilizing when you're trying to get to at least $10,000 a month. And We'll be talking a bit more about this down the line because you really don't need to rush into things. You don't need to be taking trades every single day. The best traders in the world, they're not taking trades every single day. And also, of course, with Apex, you need to make sure that you understand the rules because with every prop firm, every prop firm has different rules. So if you don't understand the rules, then you will have a problem understanding Apex. And then understanding the importance of account management— what are you going to risk potentially? This falls under rules as well, just the different rules with Apex, okay? So So yeah, this is under the basic knowledge. You also want to understand the importance of psychology. In my opinion, psychology right here is the most important lesson that you need to learn before you even start trading, because if you go into trading with the mindset of I need to make $100,000 in 2 months, I need to make $50,000 in a month, then it's only going to slow your progress down, okay? You need to go into trading and you need to go into the market when you do start trading not expecting to take a trade. And if you do take a trade, and if you do see a trade, then you take a trade. If you don't see a trade, then you don't take a trade. What a lot of traders do— this also falls under discipline— what a lot of traders do when they try and learn how to trade is they go into straight boom, I need to take one trade a day, I need to take two trades a day. And it is also not how you should trade, okay? Another thing that I haven't actually put under basic knowledge, which is very, very important, is understanding when to trade and when not to trade. So this falls fall under— it doesn't actually fall under anything that I've wrote. So yeah, understanding when to trade and when not to trade. So in my opinion, the best times to be trading is from 9:30 AM New York time to 11 AM New York time, or from 2 PM New York time to 4 PM New York time. Okay, you should understand this when you do some research about what trading is and when you should be trading. And also futures— you should be trading futures. Do not trade Forex. Okay, futures are 100 times better than Forex. But the likelihood that you've heard of futures over forex is very low because, you know, forex is just the big thing, or trading gold or crypto. Futures is not really talked about enough for how good it is. With the different— the main difference between futures and with forex is futures, everybody is trading the exact same price action. If I'm looking at a chart and you're looking at a chart, we are looking at the same chart. If you're trading forex and I'm trading forex and we're looking at the same chart with different brokers, then we're seeing different price action, and ultimately that will just lead to manipulation in the market. Okay, so once you understand the basic knowledge, you kind of know what you're getting yourself into, you set a rough plan, we need to go on to step 2, which is learn the trading. Learn the trading and learn the trading properly. Really start to understand the concepts of day trading. Okay, everything that I have marked on the screen is what you need to make sure that you understand. Fair value gaps— you need to know what a fair value gap is. SMTs— you need to know what an SMT is. Daily bias, risk management— the most important part about trading, risk management. LFG, liquidity, chop and consolidation, displacement, your daily bias. Again, all of these things you need to understand what they are and you need to understand what they are well. The main things that you need to focus on to start with is definitely liquidity and is definitely fair value gaps. If you can really understand these concepts then this one, what will get you far in trading and what will get you to becoming consistently profitable, okay? And whilst you're learning all of this stuff right here, you should be practicing on a demo account. Another important thing about trading is you can't be learning and watching it like it's Netflix. So when you're watching videos, I have videos on all of these things on the screen right here. When you're watching videos and you're— if you're watching it like it's Netflix and you're not really learning then you're never going to get the most out of it. You need to practice. Ideally, you want to start on a practice account, or you can start on a demo on a live account if you understand that that money that you're putting in, you're going to lose. Okay, you're just putting in money. You're basically paying for the live account to get your emotions and education, because a big part about trading, of course, is the emotion side of things, risk management, discipline, understanding when to trade and when not to trade. Okay, so once you learned all of these concepts, you obviously put it into the strategy. I have my strategy which I 100% recommend. The results that I get— I day trade live every single day. It's literally the most simple and easiest strategy that you can use if you combined it together and you use context, okay? So learn all these things that I— that you can see on the screen right now. Of course, I recommend you joining my trading course as well if you want to put all of these things together. I do have loads of free videos on Instagram, on TikTok, on YouTube. If you can't afford to get the trading course. But ultimately, if you can't get the training course or you can't invest into one-on-one mentorship, then I don't know. I— that's why I highly, highly, highly recommend. And then once you have learned all of the basic concepts from trading, you obviously want to start trading, okay? Open an Apex account. What I recommend is start with one Apex account, a $50k account. Again, it's around $30. You can't go wrong. You're gonna get the emotions like you're trading a real account. And try and pass the account. Don't risk anything more than 0.5%, okay? So open up the, the Apex account, don't risk anything more than 0.5% on this account. What I've put here is stay active. Now what I mean by stay active is join a community. Again, I have a free community. It doesn't have to be my trading community. Mine is the best, but you don't have to join my trading community. You could have just a group of your friends Join a trading community, stay active, ask questions, and that is ultimately how you're going to learn the most, is by asking questions, seeing if what you're doing is right so you know what to do when you're doing the right thing. And also, if you're making mistakes, you might not realize it, so share your ideas with other people and then they might tell you where you're going wrong. Another thing, do not rush. If— again, I said this earlier in the video, you can't rush trading. You might take the first 4 months of trading making no money, and on the 5th month you might make $50,000 in 1 month. Okay, that is just the reality of trading. Sometimes it is normally a slower start and then it picks up very, very quick, because once you understand the concepts of trading, there is no limit on the amount of money that you can make, because you can just compound your accounts. You can get 20 Apex accounts and you can go from there. And of course, journaling— you need to journal your trades. This comes back to the point that I said earlier. Do not just watch videos and watch it like Netflix. It's the same as trading. Do not just trade as a hobby. You need to treat trading as a business. When you take a loss, journal it. Why did I take that loss? Did I do anything wrong? Would I take that trade again? Because what you need to get to, you need to get to the point where every single trade that you take in the market, you would take it again, the exact same trade, the exact next day, okay? And then of course then you just build it up. The best thing that will help you is screen time, okay? Just start live trading. You understand the concepts, you understand all of this risk management, you understand the basic knowledge. Now you're just trading, you're practicing, you're active in a community, you're live trading every single day. I highly recommend live trading as long as you're journaling. You can backtest here and there, but live trading is the best way that you're going to learn. And don't overdo it. You only need to trade the AM session and you can incorporate the PM session. Don't trade Asia sessions. You don't have to trade London sessions. Just simply do that and then build one apex account. Once you pass that apex account, then go to 5 or 10 accounts. You get 10 account payouts, boom, you've just made $40,000— oh no, you've just made $20,000 from 10 payout— from 10 accounts payouts. Okay, that can happen in literally a few weeks when you know what you are doing. And then take your profits when you first get your first profits from your prop firm, take them, okay? I know people say build up a buffer, but if you have never taken profits on your Apex accounts yet, just take the profits. Worst case scenario, you blow the accounts, you get the accounts back within a week or 2 weeks, and then you do the same thing again. Take the profits, because once you have enough accounts, you should get a very decent size payout, minimum $15,000 to $20,000 with 10 accounts. And of course Then the goal is just to compound, keep trading the Apex accounts, get 20 accounts, then get the 20 account payouts. Then when you start getting the bigger payouts, put some of that money into a live account, trade your live account and trade your Apex accounts, and just go from there. And this is simply the best way that you're going to get from 0 to 10K a month with literally learning how to trade with only what I have on the screen. Don't overcomplicate it. Join a trading community, get a mentor, It doesn't have to be me, I don't mind, but just learn from somebody who you know what they are doing and what you can mainly ask questions and stay active in the community.
