Important Trade Recap 6,206$ (2026 Trading Wins)

Kai Davis recaps a $6,206 trade using his Silver Bullet entry strategy after a market-structure shift. He avoided trades during red-folder news at 10 AM and emphasizes internal liquidity and higher-timeframe bias. One of his Discord students withdrew $29,000 from prop farms in four months.

Hello, welcome back to another video. Now this is going to be a full trade recap, but before we start this video, I just want to say you are not a good enough trader yet. You're not good enough, okay? You're not— most likely you're not profitable, you're most likely not getting consistent trades, okay? And that is because you're not a good enough trader. Now the reason why I'm saying this is because I've been getting so many DMs like not so many, but I've been getting quite a few DMs from people who think that they know what they are talking about. And in the most respectful way possible, guys, I've been trading for over 4 years' time, okay? If you think I'm a this trader, or if you think I'm a that trader, a pattern trader, whatever you want to call it, I'm an extremely profitable trader. And if there's one thing that I know that I'm talking about when it comes to something, it's trading, okay? So as much as you think that you know about trading, the facts are I know a lot more, okay? So with that being said, you should probably pay attention to this video if you want to become profitable, okay? Now let's jump straight into it with the higher time frame. Now the higher time frame, in my opinion, today was more bullish. Now also what I want to say, and the reason I said that was at the start, was just especially people that are not in my Discord I've seen people question why I take certain trades, why I don't take certain trades. Firstly, if you're not in my Discord and you're not active in my communities, why are you watching this video? Okay, you need to stick to one mentor. You need to listen what he says. Don't start taking different information from different people because it will not make you a better trader. It will most likely hinder your process. Okay, I'm just trying to help you out, you know. If you want to become profitable and successful, stick to one person. Yeah, if you're watching this video right now and you have a different mentor, or you're not— you're learning trading from somebody else— stop watching this video and go and watch their videos, because nobody trades the same way and people don't teach the same way. So I'm going to be telling you one thing that somebody else is telling you a different thing, and it would just— it will not help you, it will confuse you. And that's maybe why you're confused on the trading markets today. So the daily bias, we had a daily unmitigated above, we had destroying 1-hour trendline liquidity. We had— what else did we have on this daily time frame here? I feel like I'm missing something big. We had the daily unmitigated, we have the 4-hour— looks like 4-hour trendline here as well. We had 1-hour trendline liquidity. We— let's go back a bit. We had the 1-hour unmitigated 5-wave as well, I believe. Um, where was open? Okay, yeah, here. So this was before market. So this is the— this was the price action we were looking at before market open, right? So we had these bullish fair value gaps. We had that one that which was mitigated. Mitigated simply means tapped into. Then we had this unmitigated fair value gap. Unmitigated means simply not tapped into yet. So going into today, I was more bullish. I wanted this trendline liquidity, and we still have this daily unmitigated above, which I still do want, but that will be for another day as that is Nearly 400 points away. Okay, so in this stream I said I'm most likely looking for long positions. I'm open to taking shorts as well if we get something, and we do have very nice targets below. We have this big 1-hour unmitigated, we have this unmitigated fair value gap. What I also said on the live stream, which was really, really— which happened, was when price actually started to drop here, I said at around— hopefully we can see it in the replay mode. So yeah, at around— why is the prop chart moving so slow here? So yeah, at around this point here, before we have swept this low, I said on stream best case scenario would be— this is after price started dropping at open— I said best case scenario would price be coming to this bullish value gap, this 1-hour, and then get a move up. I said this at the start of the stream, and this is very important because this is one of the reasons why I ended up taking the trades that I took today. So we dropped to the lower time frames. As you can see, we're flirting with this trend line liquidity at the top. We get this big drop down, we create the unmitigated fair value gaps. Another important lesson today is that we have red folder news, okay? That is very important. Reason number one why I did not enter this trade was because we have red folder news at 10:00 AM. Normally when I'm day trading, if we have red folder news, I'm only taking higher quality setups. And if I'm looking at this market right here, I'm looking at NASDAQ, I'm looking at ES, I wouldn't call this a high-quality setup. And I said on my live stream, this is not an awful play to take. If you're taking this play, I would take it lightly. That is exactly what I said on my stream. If I did take this play, I would have entered here. Stop loss would have been the candle close below. My breakeven point would have been this 2-minute unmitigated fair value gap. We swept southside liquidity on NASDAQ. We had the bullish SMT. But for me, again, the reason why I did not take this play, the same reason similar reason why I didn't take the long yesterday, if you will remember, because Trump was talking. So today we had the consolidation on ES, we were in the range, we wasn't as correlated as I would want price action to be, and we had Red Bull news at 10 AM New York time. This play was actually a break-even play though, and again, I said this on a live stream, if you did take this play here, you should have been to break even, or you could have been to break even once ES swept this high. The reason being, as soon as ES sweeps a external liquidity and you're trying to target that same external liquidity on NASDAQ, there's a high chance that you get a rejection on NASDAQ. And that is exactly what happens here. So if you were in this trade, price was around here at the time that we swept this high, then that would have been a nice breakeven point if you took it lightly like I said to. Then, then yeah, you can hold, you know, a light loss is only a light loss as long as you're managing risk. So then we ended up coming down here Long positions here, of course, we do not take because price is still respecting higher time frame bearish fair value gap. So when price drops like this, we want price to go something like this, create their internal liquidity high, and then get a long position around here. This internal liquidity high being your breakeven point, extremely, extremely important. Now look where we, we are reacting from right now as well. Remember this, this is the 1-hour fair value gap. We've now tapped into this 1-hour fair value gap. Shorts here, again the same reason why I didn't take the, the long positions. We just had red folder news at 10 AM. We're very close to the red folder news. This was a simple continuation short. Without red folder news, I would have been extremely interested in that. We create some equal lows that we should always take out there, which we did. We get a bit of consolidation now, which is quite nice here, is that we have this news high at 10 AM with an unmitigated fire buying up above, an extremely strong draw on liquidity. We should at least come up and take that out. Now, consolidation isn't necessarily a bad thing, guys. This is something that you need to understand. Whenever, whenever we are trading, you're always going to get some sort of consolidation. It's just part of trading. You're never going to avoid consolidation completely. Of course, it is nicer if you don't have consolidation or if you're not trading in a range, but we're always going to have some sort of consolidation. Now, this short position right here Again, I said on my live stream it's not something that I would take. I said I was not taking this trade. I said that if you are taking this trade, it would just— you'd have to have some higher time frame narrative behind it, which I did not have. But what I mean by that is you ultimately need your daily bias to be more bearish than it is bullish because it's not a super high quality setup. We're inside of this range. We have Equal lows on ES, which is nice. We just— there's just not any higher time frame narrative behind it. What is very nice about this trade is the fact that this is extremely strong displacement. So with this displacement and with equal lows below, I can see why some people would want to take the shorts here. I personally would not enter anything here, and this would be a breakeven point, simply because I just— my higher time frame narrative does not back this up. So I didn't— I avoided any short positions here. And then we come to the trade that I did take. So now it's kind of— it's a very similar situation. We have an extremely similar trade. I'm just about to post this video, but before I'm putting this somewhere random, shout out to MH, one of my private mentorship students who was— would just withdrew $29,000 from prop farms. He's been in my mentorship for just over 4 months now, and it really goes to show If you put in the time, you will see the results. And I'm so glad that so many of you recently are getting payouts. For the people who are sticking to it, you're disciplined. No matter where you are in your trading journey, just stick through it, ask questions, be curious, and you will get to where you want to be, okay? Just stay consistent. You got this. And of course, if you ever need anything from me, just join the Discord, shoot me a— shoot a message in the Discord. And yeah, Let's go, guys. We have this big bearish fair value gap. Now these are my favorite size of fair value gaps when it gives you room to work with, especially when you have a strong higher time frame bias. And, and ideally, this right here is the best place that you want to retrace from. This bullish fair value gap is perfect. We have 1-hour trend line, we have this 1-hour bullish fair value gap. If you want a long, I was saying it the whole day on my streams, we want it to be from this point in the market. We're extremely correlated with ES. As you can see, we've just inverses far value up on ES, but we have not inverses on NASDAQ. Now this is a question that I got asked, which I'll get to now, is, Louis, we inverses NASDAQ here, wherever you wanted to enter, anywhere after this point, right? But we took the internal liquidity on ES. Louis, why have you took this? We took the internal liquidity on ES. Look to the left of NASDAQ, okay? We have embarrassed these bearish fair value gaps right now with the— well, we embarrassed them earlier, but we, we don't have anything blocking our way to the— this internal high. We're not respecting a fair value gap. We're not doing anything that would necessarily hinder us from going for this external high. Being a fair value gap because we have already embossed all of these fair value gaps to the left already. And then of course on ES, we have not taken this internal high. We have a big bearish fair value gap. And by the way, I'm saying all of this— don't get me wrong, I only took this position lightly. This was not a heavy position, a very light position, purely going off of my higher time frame narrative. If I was wrong about my higher time frame bias and narrative, then this trade would have most likely been a losing trade. So this was my entry. My take profit, which was very important, was my 15-minute unmitigated. What is also extremely important about this trade that not a lot of people will know, simply because again you just haven't been trading as long as me, is the reason— another reason why I like this trade was because it was a perfect silver bullet long entry as well. We had a market structure shift and displacement to the upside, and we tapped into this bullish fair value gap. And don't worry if you don't know about the Silver Bullet strategy. But if you do know about the Silver Bullet strategy, this would have been your entry of that. And again, I also said this on livestream, that would be a Silver Bullet entry. It's just something that I've learned how to do and I can never unsee it. And this was the first strategy, the Silver Bullet strategy, that made me profitable. Now again, don't worry about this too much. You don't need that strategy. Just focus on the Inversion Fabar strategy and you'll make a whole lot of money. And yeah, this was how I played the trade out. And as soon as we took this high, I trailed my take profit to around here, and the rest ended up getting stopped out around this point in the market. Very, very nice. I've— I'm about to upload my full live executions as well to my Instagram. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you are not in my live streams and you want to join the live streams, all of the links are in my bio. We've had an amazing 2026 so far. And we're only going to keep it up. Well done, everybody in the Discord. And yeah, great work, guys.
