13 Years of Bloating and Joint Pain. Gone in 4 Months.

In this YouTube testimonial, 35‑year‑old Davidas Počius from Lithuania (now living in the UK) recounts a decade‑plus of severe gut and joint problems, including H. pylori infection, leaky gut, chronic bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, and debilitating joint pain that limited his daily activities and confidence. After spending thousands of dollars on multiple functional‑medicine practitioners, extensive supplement regimens, and repeated testing—none of which alleviated his symptoms—he turned to Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck after seeing Lucas’s videos. Lucas’s program focused on holistic lifestyle changes rather than endless supplements: daily sunlight exposure, grounding, box‑breathing, seasonal and diverse whole‑food eating, accountability calls, and simple, nutrient‑dense meals. Over roughly four months, Davidas reports dramatic quantitative improvements—joint pain dropping from 8‑9/10 to 0.6/10, bloating from 7‑8/10 to about 1/10, the ability to perform 50 push‑ups in one set, deep sleep rating 10/10, and a renewed sense of mental confidence and energy. He praises Lucas’s authentic, caring approach, the money‑back guarantee, and contrasts it with the perceived “scam” tactics of many online health influencers. Davidas emphasizes that health should be prioritized over money, and he encourages others in similar suffering to try a guided, accountable, lifestyle‑first method.
Chapters
Take my own money and let's give my gut back. I had really huge gut problems. Tried a few of those functional medicine practitioners. Whatever I tried, you know, whatever I did, the bloating and the gas and constipation and diarrhea, it didn't come off. It was so bad. I'm telling you, it was so bad. It's like a clock. So I didn't know what to do, you know. And always every meal, it's like bloating and gas and toiling. And I couldn't, you know, relax. I couldn't socialize. I couldn't do any proper, like, normal life, you know. So that's why I started doing functional, spending thousands, fucking thousands, spending thousands. And it couldn't help because they say, oh, take this pill. Oh, you have mold in the room, take a candle. Try sell things, you know, try sell things, distract from the main problem. Or take this another test. Okay, I'll take another test. And then like, what do we do? Oh, take this powder and, and you will be fine. I'm like, nothing changed. No, it's so many months now I'm waiting. No, no results, nothing. Oregano oil, yeah, you just spending, spending, and you have a hope, and you see there's no result. There's nothing changed. There's completely nothing. Every problem I had is still there. And 4 months with you, it's back. Joint pain, like bloating, gas, vomit gone. In these 4 months that we now almost— we will start soon 5th. So in 10 years of suffering, and once I met you, I need to try. I don't know, I just need to try because I don't lose anything, you know. What can I lose? What, you know, some man-made paper?
Yeah.
Which the health is more important. And this is, this is the— Lucas didn't pay me to say that. I'm just clarifying. This is the real, guys. If you have pain, gut issues, this guy.
Yeah, it's not normal.
It's not. You have to— yeah, you have to be fixed. You have to be fixed because you cannot live like that, like I lived. It's, it's not, not, not— it's not good life.
Yeah.
And we want good life.
So, okay, let's do it then. What's up everyone? Welcome to this little interview, I guess, or yeah, call testimonial, whatever you want to call it. I'm here with Mr. Davidas. Davidas, tell them who are you, where are you from?
So I'm Davidas Počius, I'm from Lithuania, at the moment living in UK.
Quite—
I'm 35 years old. Just, just as you said, a regular guy.
Yeah.
As I can describe myself. Living busy life, professional life, doing climbing, up sailing, try, I'd say, to create a better world, you know. Yeah, so that's why I'm short.
Short introduction. Yeah, introduction is good. Uh, Davidas, we just, we just spoke, uh, before, before we started here, but, uh, do you want to tell them a bit where you were before, before, uh, before you found me and before we started working together? Together, yes, because obviously you'd been struggling with, with some stuff for more than 10 years. We, we just confirmed that. Please tell them, where were you before we started?
Yeah, at the beginning, uh, I had really huge gut problems, and when I was in Australia, I found that it's, it's, uh, H. pylori. Because I did a test, try to you know kind of do medications a bit here and there, try few those functional medicine practitioners, and whatever I try, you know, whatever I did, the bloating and the gas. And constipation and diarrhea, and and even the vomiting. It didn't came off. I'm I remember always I have this like every two three weeks. Like I couldn't I I have to vomit. You know I have to vomit. And I remember I was driving in the morning in the bus. I've been morning, you know, like traveling to work, and I spit everything in a— it was so bad, I'm telling you, it was so bad, like a clock. So I didn't know what to do, you know, and always every meal it's like bloating and gas and toiling, and I couldn't, you know, relax, I couldn't socialize. I couldn't do any proper, like, normal life, you know. I have to have toilet, I have to have— think about, pre-plan, you know, be strategized. So it was really difficult. It was really difficult, um, life, you know.
Yeah.
Poop 3, 4, 5 times a day. It, it really messed up. And later on I found that I don't have any more H. pylori. I don't know how, but now I have a leaky gut. So yeah, the problem didn't end, you know. The, the vomit stopped, the vomit stopped, but still bloating, still toilet, still joint pain. I couldn't do push-ups properly. I couldn't do back bridges like a kid, you know, because I'm quite mobile, like quite flexible, you know. I still couldn't maintain like splits front and back that I do every day, but it was so hard. And once I met you, I remember YouTube watching Watching you too, I thought I need, I need to try. I, I don't know, I just need to try because I don't lose anything, you know. What, what can I lose? What, you know, some man-made paper? Yeah, which the, the health is more important. So I thought, okay, makes more sense because you sound to me like real, like not Polish, not you know fucking some fake real real Polish man. You know, as you say, I'm just regular man. Me too. I'm just regular man. What do you want from me?
You know.
So I try okay like a truck like so and we start and we start.
Yeah, we started and where are we now?
And now and now we are at the point that. Basically, the joint pain almost got off. So since then was like, if you calculate 10 out of 10, so the joint pain was 8 out of 10, 9 out of 10, and now it's 0.6 out of 10. So I basically now, after so long time and years, probably More than two three years when it kicked my joint pain before Australia. Now I can do push-ups, and I did fifty push-ups without training in one set, like like smashed. So it's nice, and and the pull-ups goes nice. You feel how it it goes you know through I don't know the back. So when you do, it feels nice, and. So the joint pain, then the gut bloating as well, it was 7, 8, 9 out of 10, and now it's like 0.6 up to 1 out of 10. Depends if I'm not screwing up our plan.
Yeah.
But yeah, if I really stick It goes to zero point. So it's, uh, in, in this 4 months that we now almost— we will start soon 5th. So in 10 years of suffering, which I was lost, and I thought it's normal, I feel okay, you know. But I started thinking of, no, no, this is not okay, because I remember myself when I was a young That I didn't have any shoes.
So yeah, I guess on that note, Davidas, what were you seeing in others that made it more even like frustrating for you, you know? And why did you, why did you realize that something has to change?
I think, um, I just couldn't perform as a functional, as a biology— how to say— from biology perspective, from anatomy, from physics, I couldn't properly walk. Because when you walk after meal and you breathe the air, you start pinching the pain in the liver side or whatever. here. And it's just these small things start annoying you every day. I'm like, this is enough, you know, like this is completely— I need to change what I'm doing and try something, whatever, what I can. So that's why I started doing functional, spending thousands.
Fucking thousands.
Spending thousands. And it couldn't help because they say, oh, take this pill, or you have mold in the room, take a candle. Try sell things, you know. Try sell things, distract from the main problem, or take this another test. Okay, I'll take another test. And then like what do we do? Oh, take this powder and just send your money. I'm like that's fine. So he it didn't help. I I felt I felt I couldn't properly walk. I couldn't you know properly perform. just functional as a normal day.
Yeah, being a normal human.
Just be a normal— I'm not, I'm not doing Ironman. I'm not doing, you know—
Not yet.
Not yet, not yet, but probably will do. Yeah, so I couldn't, you know. Yeah, that's why I decided I need to keep going and try new things, and I found you on YouTube.
Yeah, what would you say, David, because obviously you've been working with multiple functional medicine doctors, if we compare that to like what they wanted you to do and all the whatever, the tests, all the bullshit things that they put you on, all the supplements, right? What did we do different that led us to actually fixing these things? What do you think that we did that they didn't?
So you guys double-checking and making accountable They don't, they don't do much that, that in my, what I experience, because they have, uh, they have this like a plan and you have 6 calls and that's it. And in those 6 calls, whatever they say, you say how you feel. They say, oh, uh, let's, let's try this another supplement. How much cost? This amount. Okay, send me. Bam, bam. So it is more about supplements, more about try this new supplement. Oh, it didn't work. Oh, let's do another test. So it was not about the real your daily life lifestyle habit things like you nailing like sunlight and grounding and breathing. And do box breathing and inhaling, exhaling, and make sure now we're training and make sure the food— it's like, you know, explain the food philosophy behind and training behind and more coming down and more, you know, relaxing. Because yeah, we adults in this, you know, world, we We're doing too much, in my opinion. We're doing too much with too much, you know?
Yeah, I think it's very interesting. One thing that comes to my— on the top of my mind, I know, because that was one, one thing that I know you said in the beginning as well, or I think you, you mentioned to Anton that you had like— you said, oh, I'm watching Paul Saladino, I'm listening to all these, uh, these people, but nothing is working, right? I'm buying all the supplements. Remember that you said that?
Yeah, yeah, I follow him. I follow him. And thanks to you again, I removed fearmongering. That, that thing is real. And this guy, you know, I don't, I don't blame and whatever, just, you know, I try to learn. But he's— he has a lot of fearmongering. And I jokingly said to my family member I said, he can go around because he has the money. If I, you know, don't have money, I cannot bring organic cow from fucking somewhere on a helicopter and say, this has to be this way. And I have to somehow, you know, figure out how I can live in this, you know, whatever, where I am, you know. And he put a lot— I didn't know that I have fearmongering, but I felt that I always fear this, this, this, and that, and that. And thanks to you, I completely clean it.
Yeah.
Clean this.
Yeah, you were already— when we started, Avrás, you were already eating clean, you were eating good food, right? You were buying all the best food.
Right. Yeah, I had everything grass-fed, everything raw, organic honey, raw A2 milks, whatever you name it. It was, yeah, that all it was fancy stuff, expensive stuff. No BS, no bullshit, no fake, real Mother Nature warrior warrior warrior.
And I think that's a very interesting thing because a lot of clients that come, they do that, right? They're just like you, they're already spending all this money on all the best food and all these things, but yet they still have digestive problems, you're still getting bloated even though you're buying the best of the best meat and all these things.
Correct, yeah, 'cause that's what I did. I followed Paul Saladino, MD, And I thought that could be the best, the best diet. And you know, in the journey you learn that there's more you need to, to, to, to reach and find out and find your holes in, in the bucket. Um, more adapt, more change, more try things, and you find that, oh, this is I'm missing seasonal eating, let's say. I'm missing— oh, now it's mushroom time coming, you know, September, pumped, you know. You eating, you know, ice creams on January, it's— or bananas on February. Like, I'm— I forgot this. I forgot this. When I was child, I'm more like that. Yeah, like seasonal either. Oh, there is no strawberries. There is no strawberries. Well, what can you do? Oh, now it's strawberries. Whole foods. Whatever you want. Pam, pam, pam. It's so messed up. The evolution is so messed up. The technology messed evolution. And that most of people are lost.
Yeah. There's so many variables to it. But as I said, it's usually just simplifying things rather than making it more complex. That is the actual solution in most cases, because I mean, looking at it where, I know you took, I don't even know how many supplements you were taking in the beginning, and it's a joke when you look back at it, how many, and all the functional medicine practitioners that told you to take all these things.
Yeah, I spent a lot of money. Oils, some Regular, I don't know, this—
Oregano oil.
Oregano oil, yeah. You just, you spending, spending, and you have a hope, and you see there's no result. There's nothing changed. There's completely nothing. Every problem I had is still there. And 4 months with you, it's back. Joint pain, like bloating, Gas, vomit gone. Yeah, before that I remember, but the most— yeah, now I've said 50 push-ups, no training, no problem. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's good.
If you— obviously we've talked about this, David, but can you describe a bit also what your sort of— if I think about your situation when we started, right, you were obviously dealing with sort of a bit of Leaky gut, I guess, you were also very, you know, your body didn't absorb the nutrients, you were very lean and very pale because your body didn't absorb anything, right? You had the joint pains and whatnot. How did that make you feel in your day-to-day life? Insecure.
Like, weak, you know, like, I'm a man. You don't want to go outside, show the world that you're weak and insecure and fragile. I mean, it affects everything, you know, the mental. Once the physical is completely destroyed, it affects the mental. And then you have a lot of fears, you know, you have a lot of fears. Um, what I do if whatever starts, whatever fight there, if here, or if he attacks you, what will you do? You're weak. How I can defend myself? How I can feel confident? How I, how I can just go into the city, just enjoy city, you know? I can't because I need toilet. I need toilet. I need this. I need that. Oh, sorry, I have to go home. So it was, yeah, very— it was not good. It was not good. Couldn't enjoy life. Life. I just couldn't enjoy life. Yeah. And now when I'm with you, honestly, I'm I'm telling honestly, now after when I eat, I just can't— I walk because— and I know now I can more relaxed because I don't need toilet, or it doesn't blow that much, you know. So this, this is now when I'm with you. And this is, this is the— Lucas didn't pay me to say that. I'm just clarifying. This is the real, guys. If you have a pain, gut issues, this guy.
Yeah, it's not normal.
It's not. You have. Yeah, you have to be fixed. You have to be fixed because you cannot live like that. Like I lived. It's it's not not not it's not good life.
Yeah.
And we want good life. So yeah.
If you if you think about it, because a lot of a lot I think David has a lot of people listening. They're always like ah. how this is, you're some scammer, this and that, this is not gonna work for me, blah blah blah, whatever, it's like the sort of a bit limiting belief. Give them, from your perspective, sort of what, in your own opinion, what made this different, like the whole approach and how we do things, how I work, what made that different from what you tried before with all the other, with the functional medicine doctors and obviously doing a bunch of research yourself and whatnot? How could this fix it?
It's those small details that your life, when it's on the highway, you miss them. And this is how I noticed just recently. I sit in a— like, usually I sit in a quiet room and thinking, you know. So, and this, the thinking is you reflecting your life. What you missed, what you can learn, how I said next time this thing. So, and with you and those people who think skeptically or cynically or whatever, is those things that the, the devil's in the details, which you will— you don't see or you don't know, or you don't know things you don't know, which will destroy you. So the things you can speculate, try, and whatever. But even in myself, who I clarify is professional, you know, I sit in the quiet room and analyze my life. I reflect, I watch the window, the mirror, and say, you fucked this here, fucked here, we need to switch. So even I am professional, I'm— I have a limit. And the people who have that problem, and people like you who've been there and fixed that problem, knows probably more than I am. So sometimes some people have arrogance problems, like, you know, you know, or they can't— they— or maybe they're insecure, they cannot speak, you know, whatever. They feel fucking— Somehow threatened or weak or whatever, or I don't know. It's it's it's those small details, the unknown unknown things that will destroy you. And when you don't know, you don't know until you find somebody who been in the hell and walk out of the hell, saying there's a jungle, my friend, and there's snakes. So if you do this way. you probably, you'd be fine. So I, I didn't know things. I didn't read books or, you know, study about the gut, how it works. It was a living busy life, really busy life living, very, you know. And that's why I say, I don't care how much you— I'll give you all my money, just guide me from the Amazon jungle and tell me where is the snakes, where a leopard, was an alligator, and I will sort it out. So that's, that's why it was those small details that I don't know which destroyed me.
Yeah, correct. And I think from my perspective, that's what we see, that what— that's what I see a lot of people do as well. Because it's like, it's not usually— it's not like I'm sitting with some— on some information from another planet that I only have, right? It's like, no, it's a strategic— it's as you said, it's like you have to navigate the jungle, you have to take exactly the right step. And if you take the wrong step, well, you An alligator eats your foot and then you're fucked, you know? Yeah, it doesn't matter if it was very close, like one step wrong and then—
Yeah, you're done. I, I've been lost, I'm telling you. Yes, I think yesterday I sit in the train and thinking, if I'm thinking, if not you, I'm like, I'm so lost. Like, so lost in perspective. Seasonal eating, perspective of how to reduce stress, in perspective how to train properly, the timing going, you know, the sunlight, the light in eyes, those small things, the variety. Because I always eat meat, honey, maybe organs, that's it, you know. Maybe Cheese there and here, and that's it. That's my meal. And well, now I'm eating more rich and more diverse and more simply. You know, like the the the the the rice with nice meals. I eat now beautifully. I'm telling you, eat beautifully. Now I got the the berries. You know, I forgot how it tastes berries. I'm telling you. Yeah.
Your meals actually look, it looks super nice.
Yeah, nice, nice. They look really professionally made, really tasty.
Can I do like this? Yeah, here we have it. David does meals.
Looks amazing. Yeah, kefir. Kefir, yeah. This is kefir.
Yeah, looks really good. This also looks really good. It's only good food, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Only good food.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That was— yeah, thanks to you, really. Honestly, thanks to you. I've been so lost.
Yeah, I think you should— I've said this to you as well, Davidas, but you're one of the— like, you have such a good mindset as well of just like— I never had to sort of over-explain something and Just this is exactly why, because a lot of some people always be very sort of question. They will question everything, right? It's like no, but you're not a doctor. You're not this. How can how can this not this will not work? Whatever, you know.
Always like this.
You always just like okay, tell me what to do, Lucas. I'll do it.
Yeah, yeah.
Because.
Yeah, because, you know, the doctor failed us. Even if I go to the doctor who have a certificate, and I've been there, and I've been there, who has certificates and clinics and places where they put you, they couldn't help me. So, you know, the paper, to me, doesn't— you know, if I can take one gold nugget from you, And that will be my win, you know. So I didn't care, are you certified or not? Are you credible or not? I didn't care. I really didn't care. I just— I want— I knew that I need to try, and if it doesn't work, that's fine. I just move to another one. Simple. I didn't— What was your first job? you know, question like, are you— are you doctor? Like, prove me now. You have to prove me. Or you say this, show me the reference. Yeah, of the pages that you back up. Yeah. Oh, like, bro, like, I'm paying money.
Yeah.
And now I'm resisting you. Yeah, that's, uh, like logic fail. It's, uh, completely— yeah.
It's a it's a fair people on fair base basically just yeah yeah but it's like you I still I still get some people because it's like if you've been to the fun you probably felt this at some time as well David it's like you you okay you put your trust to the functional medicine people the the whatnot but and then they they're supposed to be the ones to help you but then they've failed you right so now now what you know then no what no what no I cut my hand what Yeah.
Yeah, I move on. I just, all right, you didn't help, that's fine, thank you. I go, you know, the next one. And next one functional, I thought next, the next functional maybe do a different way. And I found that he does the same way, just different supplements. And after supplements, he said, you have this dietitian in 6 calls or 7 calls, whatever. And that's your— that's it. So I paid thousands, I remember I paid thousands, and we finished. And she said, I remember at the end, she said, stick with the Bone Bro and whatever and you will be fine. I'm like, nothing changed, you know, it's so many months now I'm waiting. No, no results, nothing.
Yeah, and knowing what we know now, obviously you know this now, but you know, the That was doing more damage than good because we were throwing more load that we couldn't handle.
Yeah, yes, correct. So we were just continuing to make everything worse and worse and worse.
And this is the situation so many people are in. That's why, yeah, it's insane. Like, you get these references and they have no clue what they're talking about, and what ends up happening is you just make things worse and worse, right? Because you're not, you're either progressing or regressing, right? You're either improving your gut or you're making it worse. There's no neutral, right? It's either getting worse and worse and worse. And you probably know this as well, David. That's like 10 years ago, it wasn't as bad as it was now a few months ago, right? It's like it's progressively getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.
Exactly. Yeah, exactly. And now I feel like Is now I'm reverting. Yes, from the worst now reverting to the going to the up up up up up better better better because now I increase the cheese quantity. As you see, as we just talk today, the cheese quantity at the beginning was low. You said cut in a small. Then I start small small small pieces of the the cheese with the raw honey, and now I'm I'm in this chunk. Of the cheese, like this chunk.
Yeah.
And I eat and I feel like, wow, I'm doesn't feel bloated, you know?
Like, and that if you did that a few four months ago, you would get the craziest bloating ever.
No, no chance. No chance because we tried. We tried.
Yeah.
Yeah. You have you have every proof pictures, everything.
Yeah.
So yeah. So that's the.
Yeah, what would you say, what's the biggest win? If you, if you can only say one win from us working together, Davidas, what would that be? The absolute biggest win?
I think you are different from the market, all social media influencers or people claiming their healthcare, whatever. You are different in a way that you really caring. I mean, maybe it sounds cliché, you know, but when you load the online marketing on your phone or whatever and You see this push that tries to take the money. I see that. I don't know if some people have third eye, they can see that. I have third eye. I see. I see, oh, this guy, next, next. Oh, this guy, no, no, he's fake. So you, when I working with you, or you working with me, You have this care, like, you have this honest care, like, because I know my success will load upon your success, and that's why it's a domino effect. You don't let me fail. You could let me fail, but you don't let me fail because it will affect your career. Credibility, your reputation, and people will start talking, talking, talking. You know, and I'm not that guy who will go and talk whatever. I just move on. I change the channel next. Okay, that doesn't work. All right, next. Boom. This doesn't work. Next. I'm not that guy who going fucking need this. No, I'm just move for. I need solve the problem. You know, I have problem. I need so I don't have this drama bullshit. Next, next. So you have this care, you have this honest care, you know, and most of the marketing people is fake. Because when I talk with you, I feel human. When I talk with somebody, I feel people. No, it's 2 different, you know, things.
Yeah.
And now we're missing this in this world. Because everything is fucking, it's it's it's fake. It's the food fake, the life fake, AI, nannies, fucking this this. You just everything is it's it's all um it's fake. It's fake. And you I speak if if I know if I speak with my mom, I know she's real. If I speak with my best, my friend, get him in this bagage. Link him. If I speak with him, it's real. And I know, I know if I speak with some whatever, you know, then she is pretend whatever, you know, play the game. But you, you're, you're the guy that I want met. Yeah, and I appreciate it. Talk, talk more about life.
Yeah, it's good. I think the last question I have for you, Davidas, is did you have any hesitations before before signing up? Was it anything that was like, ah, should I really should I really do this? And kind of obviously you'd you tried a bunch of things before. So what was the mindset around that?
It was I didn't have hesitation, but I have like. Question between you or somebody else.
Yeah.
So it was like choice. So I didn't have a hesitation. Should I try or not? I knew I need to try and I will try. But my was question you or some lady from whatever background. I don't know. Not disrespect to her, but you know, like example. And I chose you because you I felt just, I felt generally, I felt, oh, you sound real, you know. That's, that's— and I gave, he gave chance because, uh, I, I personally like to give a trust, give a chance to people. And once they screw up or if they play the games, then I just Change channel.
Yeah.
And yeah.
And would you say now, a few months in, was that— was it a good— was it a good decision that you gave me the chance?
Yes. If I bring back time, or even now, if I say take my all money, okay? Take my old money and let's let's give my gut back. No question. I have no question to to to this point.
No, but because it's so important as well. Like it literally dictates your your whole life now. Like now you can finally start to to live again, right? That's and yeah. Like what is a life? Yeah, I think we've said that before when we speak, like, what is the life to, to give if you have all the money in the world or you have the best physique in the world and whatnot, but you feel absolutely miserable inside, right? Then it's like, yeah, it's for nothing, you know?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You, you're missing— you— the philosophy behind is messed up. Those people prioritize the money over their health. You know, they— oh, they say the penny wiser and dollar foolish. That's, that's, that's the saying, you know. Like, the money is, as you said, it's, it's matter. You cannot, you know, neglect that. It's, it's really matter. But who— what's the real thing is? And the real thing is your health at the beginning, because How are you gonna make the money if you've if you inside totally terrible, yeah destroyed, fucked up? How are you gonna continue you know making that money or or enjoying life? It's just everything is is like opposite. People misprioritizing things, you know. And I was there as well when I was younger. I thought, okay, I'll eat beans, I'll save money. That was, I remember, it was my after teenage years. I eat beans, I save money. Oh, I see, see, I'm saving money. Yeah, but you eat beans and have crappy life. So that's the— no, no, it's everything is messed up. So health goes first, and once you fix the health, then increase energy levels and motivation, and all the focus and productivity start building up throughout the day. And you see, fucking, it really works. And now what? And now you want to dream about something. You start making goals, you start making a wish, you start fucking doing Ironmans, you start doing, you know, doing crazy things because you have this energy.
You're unstoppable. Superhuman.
Yeah, they're saying as well, they're saying when you're unhealthy, you wish one thing.
Yeah, yeah.
And when you're healthy, you're wishing a thousand things. So in my Experience this cloth is real. Yeah, it's so it's so real because my daily basis was my my health. How my health? I'm like almost narcissistic, you know. Around like a baby, you know. Around the world, around me, you know. Like fucking hell, how my health is this? And you this is real. The mental it affects you. Yeah, like when you unhealthy, it start like putting you in the set. Central world that everything starts around you like a baby, and like you're thinking how the joint pain, the gut, fuck this, and then you can't relax. You can't think clearly about other things. You just help, help. How I fix this? What I do next? It's just overthinking, and man, like it's it's clearly I don't know. It's a sense you said what what he said? Who said that? I don't know. But it's real, it's real, this cloud is real.
Yeah, I know, it is. Okay, David, if someone is listening, they're in a similar situation as you were, you know, joint pain, they're struggling with a leaky gut, whatever, bloated after they're eating, all the jazz, and they've been struggling for years just like you, and they've been trying functional medicine doctors, maybe they feel like, you know, the hope is hope is lost almost, but then they're watching this and like, oh, maybe there's some hope left. What would you say to that person that is sort of on the fence if they should do it or not?
I'll say the money they will spend for your service to the world you're giving is not changing their lives much. Because they will eat the same, they live the same, they function the same way. The day will be the same if you spend the same money amount this month, you know, the day will not change. They live the same way. So the money they— if they think they lose or you are a scam and somehow it's not going to change their life anyway if they keep the money in the bank, in, in their bank account, it's not going to change nothing. I'm telling you, I live the same way, spending to you enough money. I live the same way, the same. I eat, I eat even more better. I eat even more quality food. I eat, I enjoy more, more, more having freedom to, you know, not worrying about toilet or joint pain or constipation. They, they not nothing changed their life, nothing changed, and they can leave you anytime. Say sorry, I. Whatever, XYZ, you know. So the life will not change. So I don't know, I don't want to, you know, say just do it like Nike or, or whatever. Just if you don't, that's fine. Struggle, have a pain, have a deadline, that's fine, you know. But who really seriously decide to change their life And say this is enough, and I'm not tolerate this these this kind of those feelings and and pain and struggle. Why you not should try? You know there there's a saying as well. It's like like if you're farmer, you know, and you ready to grow some. animals. So try with the 5 sheep, and if it works, you can add it, you know. You can grow 8 or 10 sheep, and then you escalate to 20 and to 30 and 50 sheep later on. So that's my saying, you know, like, if you solve, then nobody comes to save you. Even Jesus not come to save you. I know you, if you pray I'm telling Jesus not gonna save you. You can pray, that's fine. It's okay. I pray myself. But he's not gonna come because he hates you. Because why? You're not trying enough. What I did, I just, I'm a retard. I'm totally retard. I'm saying, look, okay, I'm not that smart guy. I'm not that intelligent guy. That's fine. But I will, I will at least, I'll give me a try. Let me improve a little bit, you know.
So, and I think I'll give my best also is something you do as well, right? You're not half-assing, which is also, it's also important. I think it's, yeah, you summarize it, summarize it good there. It's like if someone is, is fed up, fed up with, with, with their situation. They want to outsource the decision-making. They want someone— I like your analogy of guiding them through, making sure we're not stepping on any alligators or snakes or whatnot.
Yeah, that's why, because I felt lost, you know. I knew that I'm in Amazon jungle. I knew it. I knew from the metaphoric perspective, from the philosophy perspective, and looking to the world, you know, like I'm in this jungle Even Paul Saladino claims eat this, eat oranges, eat this and that. I did exactly how he eat, exactly what how he did, and it didn't, it didn't fix anything. Nothing. So I knew that I'm in the jungle and I'm around snakes and spiders and alligators, and I need to find the guy who knows the routes how to get out. and find the village because I'm lost. I'm lost in Amazon jungle, you know, and I need a guy like you who give me a map and compass and say this, this, this, this, and if you walk, you'll be fine. So that's why we're here. That's why I have you, you know. Yeah, that's why. And, and I'll, I'll, I will very I'd say yeah, everything goes positive and everything now goes that direction nicely, smoothly, nicely. Not in one day, not in one night. Nothing— the, the tree doesn't grow in, you know, in one day. No, in one day. Even bamboo, it takes time a little bit. So it, it— you need to be realistic. You need to be realistic.
That was our promise to you as well, Davidas, right? It's, it's as we said, it's like within that, within the time frame, we're gonna get at least 90% there, right?
Yeah, yeah. And now, and now we are 90% in 4 months.
Yeah, so yeah, yeah, that's a, that's an extra, a little extra bonus win.
But, uh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Because I said, I said to you, if you not saw me, you pay my money back. I don't care.
And I said, yes, of course.
Yeah, I know you will pay. I know, I know you're, you're Solid man. I know you respect yourself. I know that you, you, you really care. And you say, that's fine, if I'm not gonna solve, I'll pay you back. I, I was pretty sure. So that's the, the guarantee of people. If you really, really like struggling to trust Lucas or whatever, Lucas will give you money back. Don't worry, you know, just don't be yourself like a Jackass or the guy who, you know, played the game and then, oh yeah, yeah, he's helping you, you say no, he didn't help, and then take the money back and say goodbye. Don't be that, you know. But yeah, I knew, I knew you refund the Amazon. Amazon is Jeff Bezos, you know, he's best customer service. That's why they're best, because they have customer service. And I learned much because I ordered Amazon and I learned from them why they— why do— why I love Amazon. And they basically because of the customer service.
Yeah.
You know, if we take the item, we'll refund you, don't worry. Oh, okay, next order again on Amazon, Amazon. So it's— so yeah, and in 4 months, yeah, we reach 90%, really 90% goals reached. Yeah, yeah, joint pain almost completely vanished. The gut bloating, now we increase a load a little bit more, more and more. It starts vanishing basically to the 0.6, 0.7, sometimes to 1. Sleep, my sleep was so that I couldn't sleep almost ever. I couldn't sleep. I didn't have a proper sleep. And like every third night I couldn't maybe sleep a little bit and then again wake up, wake up, wake up. And the next night's like fully wake up. So imagine cortisol levels, the stress mentally. And I do physical, I'm climber, I'm climbing, you know, I can die. So, so—
And how is this now?
And now I sleep 10 out of 10. If I, if the routine is right. Yeah, if routine is right. If I'm not messing, if I'm not messing, if I'm not overstimulate conversation with my family, with my loved ones.
Yeah, yeah.
Then I sleep. If there is no moon, you know. If there is no moon, full moon, you know. As everybody had this problem that way we spoke. Yeah. But, but yeah, ten out of ten. Like deep sleep goes nicely, goes nicely, nicely. And yeah, that's the that's the thing. That's the thing.
Yeah. Awesome, Davidas. I appreciate you coming on and speaking about your experience.
No, I'm I'm very pleasant pleasant to to honestly and and and tell what's what's what what's going on. What's How really works, what doesn't work, you know how I struggle and things like that. So I'm really pleasant.
And as we said, we're gonna do a when we're now we're ninety percent there. We we have we have two more months to to to get push us to the finish line, and after that we'll we'll do a yeah two point two point zero in when David comes to Sweden, right?
Yeah, correct.
All right, and if you've watched this far, thanks for watching. Hopefully you got some good insight from Davidas, and yeah, just let me know if there's any questions, and if you're interested in working, first link in the description. Good, thanks Davidas.
Thank you, thank you.
