It's officially day 9 of 75 Hard, and today everything went in my favor. I went back to the hospital to check on my ankle and did another X-ray. And guess what? It turned out that the ankle was not fully broken, just a small fracture. The first doctor had got it all wrong. So I got to take off the leg plaster and throw away the crutches. That shit was a pain in the ass, and I feel like a new man now. I will still have to take it a bit easy though. No running and football for about 2 to 3 weeks. But that's nothing compared to the 8 weeks with leg plaster and crutches that they first told me. No one is happier than me, I can promise you that. But anyways, back to my day. My first workout was chest and shoulders. Here's the progress shot. And then I came home for my post-workout meal. Chicken, rice, and a banana. Looks absolutely disgusting, I know, but it gets the job done. And there you saw me chugging some water as well. I'm getting my gallon in. And per usual at this point, the second workout was abs and some calisthenics skills. Unfortunately, I'm not able to be super creative with the second workout yet, but soon. Got through my pages, and that's day 9 finished.
