What's up, bro?
Okay, welcome everyone. I'm here joined by the one and only Cooper Sipos.
Yes, sir.
Cooper, how are we feeling? Tell me.
Feeling good, man. In Bali with you. Just did a workout, recovery, ate some good food.
Yeah, it's a good start to the day.
Very good.
Pretty random, we just, um, you booked a flight here yesterday.
Yes, just randomly.
And I'm going tonight, so just a random We'll link up, but that's also always the best, the unexpected, unplanned.
Yes, sir.
And now we're here.
Here we are.
Cooper, at the beginning of this year, you reached out.
I did.
Run me, run me through who you were in the beginning of the year when you reached out, and kind of tell them the struggles that you might have been, or that you faced back then.
Okay. I just got out of a relationship and, uh, I was not locked in at all, eating like shit, not going outside. Also, uh, just started with my, my e-commerce journey as well, so I was very locked in and not— I was locked in on the business side but not in on my health. And I wanted something to change because, yeah, I was just doing the same shit day in, day out, training 6 days a week, not getting any success. But then I saw you on Reels, I believe. And I like the way you eat, and I also, uh, I prefer eating like more of a holistic diet. Like, I like that, not that I was doing it. So that's why I was really drawn towards you. So then I just wanted to reach out and see how you can help me take it to the next step. But yeah, I was pale, overweight, inflamed, just not optimal at all.
Yeah, I think one thing to mention there, so like you had obviously, you already had a pretty good foundation. I think you've been, you know, clearly working out for a good amount of years, probably.
Yes.
But maybe just not really seeing the, I guess, return on the time spent?
Correct.
What do you think was the biggest struggle or the biggest thing missing back then that, you know, we later on came to do different?
Well, previously, like, I had like looked good and ripped in the past, but I was never consistent because whatever I was eating, it just wasn't like, you know, doing this, you know, track this macro with this and this. It just, to me, I was like, I don't want to eat like that. I just wanted to Like, have a foundation of things that I know I can and can't eat and still eat it consistently and, you know, enjoy what you're eating. And if you may want to eat something bad like once a week, not that you should, but you're not going to have a massive effect compared to what I was doing previously. So it's something that's maintainable and also, yeah, it's maintainable consistent— consistently.
Yeah. What main thing, if we specify it, do you think we did like different compared to what you had been doing previously?
I would just say like the, the approach to the whole nutrition side of things, to be honest. And also the supplements. That was the— honestly, as well, the supplements were such a big change because previously, like, you'd hear on maybe internet, take ashwagandha or take this or take that, but there's just too many things that you don't know what to do. So, uh, yeah, definitely the nutrition. Like, now I'm just eating steak, eggs, raw milk, papaya. Like, I actually enjoy eating these foods every day. And also the supplements. Like, now, like, my testosterone feels like it's through the fucking roof. Sleep's a lot better, for everything, just work. I don't have any brain fog. When I reached out to you, I was like, if I have something, I'll be fucked the whole day, like brain fog, like just I wouldn't even be able to work properly. So now everything's like a lot more optimized for sure.
Yeah, I think, or some of the— one of the things I recall as well is like you have had a lot of like digestive issues previously as well.
Yes.
Problem with food. So in your case, it was always a matter of, you know, Okay, having someone that clearly has like real problems, not just, oh, I'm a bit bloated.
No, literally.
Like you had real problems.
I did.
Obviously you have to always take a bit of a, um, like I wouldn't want to say extreme approach, but always keep in the back of the mind, you know, if we slip up, it's always going to affect.
So literally, yeah. Um, yeah, which I think that was because I, I don't know, I just From ages of 18 until now, I've been experiencing brain fog all the time. And it really, like, let's say one day I want to eat, like, I don't know, any type of, like, a burger, I'll feel fucked, like, the next few days, like, just completely fucked. So yeah, it has to take it with precaution, and it really worked out well.
Yeah. Outside of just, like, a fitness and health perspective, what are some other, like, I guess, improvements in other areas of your life that you've been seeing from dialing in the health? How's business for you?
Well, when we first started working together, I was literally broke. I maybe had like a few thousand dollars to my name. I moved to Dubai in a maid's room, and I guess since then my business has like shot up. I'm now living in a penthouse in St. Regis, doing e-commerce, traveling the world. I was just in America, I was just in— where was I before this? Thailand, China, India. Not a random— that was for business purposes, but just able to live my life to the fullest, I guess, and There's still a lot more to go, but yeah, it's helped me achieve that.
That's actually something that I want to compliment you on as well, because I feel like you're a very sharp guy. It's like, that's what I feel as well. You also, and I noticed this as soon as like the first time we spoke, like you understand that if I, if I'm gonna be able to perform at my peak, you know, dialing in the health is probably one of the most important things. That is gonna once again get rid of the brain fog, get rid of all these things. That it's going to do so I can operate at a better level, you know, from when it comes to a business or career perspective as well.
And also on a confidence level, like you walk in a room, people see that you are confident. If you're not, they're going to be like, okay, like maybe you don't trust this guy, I want to connect with this person as much. But like once your confidence rises and you rise as a person, like it's just how you present yourself in a room, especially like when you get to even bigger levels like with CEOs and stuff. Like it's how they're going to respect you and if they're going to see you as a, as an A-player or Fucking D player, for example.
Yeah, I think that's, that's a super interesting take as well, because obviously we're very quick to, to judge someone, like, the first second we see someone.
Yes.
So presenting yourself in the, like, in the best possible way, you know, confidence, like, being in shape, that's a receipt that this guy is consistent, he's putting in the work, he's not, like, fucking himself over, basically.
Yeah, well, you walk into a room, you see a fat person, it's like, okay, You're lazy motherfucker. Yeah, you might make money, but like, look at you, bro. Come on. Yeah, you can you can do it all if you just lock in.
Yeah, I know, and it's a pretty it's a pretty controversial take. I've said this on my Instagram as well, but you know, I personally would you know not prefer to maybe do business with someone that is completely you know overweight because once again it kind of proves your values. Of course, if this person is actively trying to get like change and become a better person. That's a whole different story, you know. But if someone isn't prioritizing themselves, they're accepting that this is like their life.
100%.
You know, it's, um, it's values.
Yes, sir.
Um, what was your favorite thing about working with me?
Um, my favorite thing, probably it's just mostly the food, food aspect, but also the workouts as well. You made it like fun. And not boring, and I enjoyed doing it every day, to be honest. So, but if I have to say the biggest thing, it would be the food and supplement aspect of it. Yeah, for me personally.
Why did you decide? Obviously, you said you you found me on a on a reel or something, but why did you decide you you wanted to reach out specifically to me? Because once again, there's a thousand different people out there. Why me?
Because there's a lot of people online that are like, you know, you got to take this type of protein, you got to have this thing, and it's like it's. It's just not natural, like, with the stuff they're putting in their body, you know? And like, on the back end, yeah, you might have results, but what's happening to your gut, your digestion, your brain? Like, it needs to all fucking work. Like, there's no point in looking like a fucking god if you're gonna feel like a fucking piece of shit inside. You need to feel like a god on all aspects, to be honest.
Yeah, I love it. That's once again, that's one of my big values, I guess. Feeling, focusing on health. From the inside and letting a good physique come as a byproduct.
Yes. You see a lot of, a lot of those, uh, like gym guys that take steroids probably like always get depression and commit suicide because they're not feeling good on the inside. But now like with us, like, you know, I'll go outside, sun in the morning, I read, have my nice routine, I go to sleep correctly, have my magnesium. It's just, I just feel good, feel happy, feel excited to wake up the next day.
Yeah. If, um, I do want to remember it was not like crystal clear, oh, let's, let's do this in the beginning. I think it was some, some hesitations when, when you talked the first time.
Yes.
If you, if you can give yourself some advice, like now standing in the future to previous Cooper, you know, sitting there and kind of hesitating, should I do this or not, you know?
Yes.
What would you tell him?
Well, at the time I didn't have much money and it was From the funds I had, it seemed like a lot, but I'm so glad I took that deep dive because that literally helped me take things to the next level. Without that, I don't know where I'd be. Maybe still, you know, having brain fog, not thinking optimally, not like speaking confidence, just everything. So my advice would be just, just fucking do it. Just take that leap of faith because you won't know unless you try, and it's better to live trying something than to live with regret.
Awesome. And to continue on with that, if someone is, you know, You know, listening to this, they're kind of in the same situation maybe as you, and they're ambitious, they have high ambitions from themselves basically. They feel like health maybe is a lacking variable in their life. What would you tell that person?
I would say you need to lock in and speak to Lucas.
Yeah.
Or unless you want to study and do years of research yourself, but you need to focus on your business, so you probably can't.
Yeah, yeah, that's a good— that's also a good thing to take. As I say all the time, it's not, you know, at the end of the day it's not rocket science, but what you get with working with a coach is just the trial and error taken away from it.
Of course.
The blueprint.
Like with my business, I want to focus entirely on my business. I don't want to spend hours and days testing this. Actually, before even working with you, I saw some online free PDF that I just stole from somewhere, and I ended up like taking all the supplements in one day, and I was sick for like 3 weeks. I was super fucked. I felt anxious the whole 3 weeks. So it's like better instead of trialing and error, just like put a bit of money like towards what you want to achieve and let the expert help you get to that next level.
Yeah.
Yep.
Awesome. Any final words to wrap it up, Cooper? Anything you want to leave the listeners with?
Any final words? Yeah, don't be a bitch and go and do it. That's what I'd say.
Yeah, that's good. I appreciate it, my man.
You too, bro.
Appreciate it. Hope you enjoyed and, uh, take his advice.
Yep, don't be a bitch.
Good stuff.
