How This Entrepreneur Went From Fat to Jacked in 105 days

In this 105‑day testimonial interview, coach Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck talks with his client Blake, a 47‑year‑old father who once weighed over 300 lb. Blake recounts his journey from losing 100 lb and battling hernias to achieving visible abs, weighted pull‑ups, and 70‑lb weighted dips. He credits Lucas’s program for delivering not only physical results but also a profound mental shift: a "superhuman vision" built around five personal pillars, daily journaling, accountability, and a focus on recovery. Blake highlights specific program elements—a 3‑day split, the ABC “around the world” workout, and the importance of small, consistent actions. He praises the tight‑knit community for motivation and peer support, describing it as a brotherhood that fuels progress. When asked what would convince skeptics, Blake urges listeners to stop over‑thinking, trust the process, and view the investment as an exchange of money for accelerated knowledge and health. The interview blends concrete performance metrics, mindset frameworks, and persuasive messaging, illustrating how the program integrates body, mind, and community to transform a client’s health and identity.

This is definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, the strongest I've ever been in my life. I'm pretty damn strong. It feels good. It feels good. The results feel good, man. The receipts feel good. A lot of the YouTube— I watched a good portion of videos on YouTube and I went, wow, this guy really knows. I like the way that he's laying it down. This is fantastic. I only saw a surface level and I was like, well, everything's right here. What do I need anything for? I can just look on his YouTube, you know. There's so much more, you know, that, that doesn't meet the eye, you know what I mean? Plus the one, the one-on-one, and I've gotten so much more value. More than a hundredfold value has come back in all ways. It's come back. So It really is. Even, even I remember, I remember, I remember telling you, you know, gosh, you must have so many people signed up. Are you gonna have time? Or, you know what I mean? Like, um, you know, and you're like, well, I'm not really in it for the money, Blake. You know what I mean? It's not about that. You know, it's totally true. You've helped me to reprogram my subconscious.
What specific thing is it like where you feel like this is This makes it all worth it.
There's too many variables. There's too many things. Just join. You know, it'll be the best thing you ever did. It'll be the best decision you ever made. It was for me.
Welcome everyone. I'm joined by Mr. Blake. What's up, Blake? How are we doing this lovely Sunday morning?
It's a beautiful morning. It really is. It's a great day.
Yeah, it's good. Blake, jumping straight in, tell the people, who are you? What are you doing? Who are we here with? Who are we joined by today?
My name is Blake. I am a father and a son. I have 3 kids. I've been on quite a journey for the last few years. I've been— it became obvious to me that, you know, I wanted to live longer and I want to have radical health in my life. It's something I definitely struggled with. I was over 300 pounds, well over 300 pounds, and I had—
300 pounds?
Chiseled off a lot of that weight, and I really desired to go to the next level. I found Lucas's YouTube channel, and I quickly stopped watching anything and everything on YouTube and Facebook and any, any other areas that basically existed. I realized instantly that this is the guy. This is somebody that knows his, his beliefs are already in alignment with a lot of the things that I have found to be truths and laws of nature. But then I also had the awareness to say, wow, he knows a lot of things I don't know. I don't know how this guy did it, but I want to learn. So that's basically how we got connected. You know, that's how, that's how that, that's how that started. Um, in that way.
Yeah. Where, Blake, before you reached out the first time, where were you at then? Obviously you, you'd had— you'd already started your journey, as you just said there yourself, but maybe got into a point where you were a bit stuck progress-wise. I want to remember roughly, but talk them through. Where were you when you first reached out? And, um, Yeah.
I had lost about 100 pounds, so I was probably 220. I had 3 hernias. I was probably 47 and turning, so I was a little bit older in figuring this stuff out. Yeah, I wasn't having huge momentum. I was— I wanted to get muscles, man. I wanted to be strong. That's something I desired was true strength. I couldn't do a pull-up. I could do a handful of push-ups. You know, I was— I did have a personal trainer for 2 years and going twice a week, but I absolutely hated it. I mean, he was a fantastic personal trainer, but I myself, it wasn't something I enjoyed doing, but I wanted to enjoy it, you know. And that whole transformation has shifted my mindset and perception around those areas, has radically altered since then. It's something that I love to do. I can't wait to go Um, into the gym. That happened. Um, I mean, I— you remember I had sent you that in the WhatsApp, is that there was a day where it was like, I'm going to the gym. You had me on a 3-day program, so I would go every other day. And I was like, I asked myself the question, like, I don't know if I like— which I like more, my rest day or my workout day. And then all of a sudden, I answered, like, 2 days later, I answered myself and I was like, I definitely like my workout day better. Um, and that's when you, you put me on a whole nother program, uh, which was, uh, fantastic. Now we're on a brand new one. So I mean, it's a lot to soak in, man. Uh, it's really good.
Yeah, I remember now when you say it as well. It's so good. Do you remember? I remember you said to me like, okay, Lucas, what's my— what's my goals here? You wanted to do— I think you said you wanted to do one pull-up. Do you remember this? And I told you like, what the fuck is this? Are we setting the— are we really setting the bar? That low? Come on, we gotta do it. We gotta do more than that. You remember?
Yeah, yeah, I think, I think I might have said 2 pull-ups, something like that.
Yeah, how many did you do today?
Uh, I did 6 yesterday, was in the pull, the pull C, and good ones, the real ones, you know what I mean? Where you, where you really pull up all the way, full extension down all the way, and just You know, nice and slow, dialed, good pull-ups, you know what I mean? And that's with my left arm has a little bit of strain with it. So there was probably another 1 or 2 in the tank that I could have done, but I didn't go further than I needed to go, which is something that you've taught me as well. You know, you don't need— you do want to push to failure, real failure, But respect the injury too, you know what I mean? You got to have respect for where you're at in the process.
100%. But I know, I remember that was so fun. And we're going to dive more into that because one of the things that you said as well, I think it was last group call or something as well, Blake, where you was like, I came for the body, but I left with the mind. But these small things where I remember this so clearly when I called you out on, like, I wanted to do 2 pull-ups or something. I was like, no, we're going to do we're gonna do 10 and we're gonna do it with added weight when we're done. Like, that's, that's where, that's where we're setting the bar. And I remember you, you were like, yeah, let's, let's fucking go, let's, let's do it. So obviously we're well on our way there. I mean, we have a good amount of time left, Blake. And then also just looking at strength gains in dips as well. How many could you do in the beginning? I think it was like just barely any body weight. And what are we doing now? Like 70 pounds. Absolutely ridiculous.
Yeah, yeah, I did, uh, 6 dips, 70 pounds hanging. That was, that was one of the, the inspiring things that I, I really remember before we ever did a call and before I reached out. I remember going, this guy's doing pull-ups with this plate hanging from him, like, this is insane. He's got 2, 3 plates hanging from him. I remember thinking like, this is the strongest guy I've ever seen, you know what I mean? I've never seen anybody do that. And I remember thinking, I want to do that. That's something I want to do.
Yeah.
You know what I mean? And so now to have done that, I got a 45 and a 25 plate hanging from my waist, you know what I mean? And just being able to push that weight. And then when that weight is removed and I do dips, dude, I can knock out a ton of them. You know, it feels great to have that strength in my body. And if somebody had told me a long time ago that you'll get smarter, if when your body gets stronger, you'll actually get smarter, I would have done this a long time ago. I've been a reader. I've been a learner. But I've let my body go in the past. I haven't given that, you know, my temple the respect that it deserves, you know. Yeah, so it's just been, it's been strange to see that, that shift. Yeah, of conscious, of consciousness.
I think, uh, you're very funny, funny as well, Blake. Kind of back to this, what we just said, like, this is also a reframe that we have been, uh, having to make. Obviously, you coming from kind of the, the business, uh, entrepreneurial effort, effort, effort side, you, you're always to me like, I want to do more, I want to do more, tell me what else can I do, what am I missing? It was like There comes to a point, obviously we've talked about this so much, but there comes to a point where you have to like chill out down a bit. Health unfortunately is not exactly like business where it's just effort, effort, effort, you'll get to your goal. We gotta stay within the, within the, um, within the frame as well and not overshoot, which is one, uh, one massive thing as well. I guess talk, talk to listeners through that as Blake. The statement that you always say is like, I came for the body, but I'm leaving with the mind. What does that mean?
Well, to, to me, you know, when I came in, um, and you remember I had the hernia surgeries, I, I literally wasn't able to do anything. Um, I was so eager to get started. I knew the date that, hey, I'll be allowed to start going to the gym. I had to wait like 6 weeks. Um, I called in and you, and you said, and I called, I said, hey, I know I want to do this. I want to start, but maybe there's some content that I can start watching. Maybe, maybe there's a way I can get involved in the program and start learning while I'm waiting. And, and you were in a red light sauna. I happened to be in a sauna that day. It was my first day I'd ever been in the red light sauna cold plunge, um, area. And we did that call and you're like, yeah, you can, you can go ahead and get started now. There's plenty to do even before we start working out. There's a lot of information, you know, and, um, I honestly, I didn't realize there was anything at all for the mind. I thought it was all going to be workout, personal train. Um, this is how you build your body. I had no awareness, no clue that there was this whole entire infrastructure Of mind building, vision building, um, you know, gratitude habits, uh, you know, the 8 different things that we can do every single day to radically increase our health. And those all expand into deeper facets. I mean, I had no, um, awareness that your pro— I, I received so much. So I was like, Before I even started on step 1 of my body, there was all this new information that was— that flooded my mind. It was brand new. I had no idea that— so it was like, I can't even believe that this has happened. You know what I mean? Like, my whole world has changed from the inside out. And it's not just body. You know what I mean? I've heard you say that a couple of times. It starts with the mind. You know what I mean? And, uh, yeah, it's, it's really amazing. So I was, I was very surprised.
Yeah, I love, uh, I love to hear that. Obviously, it's as I say all the time, like, it's like training and nutrition, that's, it's, that's so surface level if you just focus on that. That's what majority of people are doing. That's what the average guy is doing. And the average guy will always get average results, right? But, you know, I think you and me are very similar in mind. We don't want the average. We don't want good. We want We want great, we want the best, right? And in order to do that, we have to take a different approach. And that we do that through, through all these small things, focusing on the other 80% of the equation. I guess in your own words, what have you found the most valuable so far in the program? What specific thing is it like where you feel like this is— this makes it all worth it?
You know, Um, there's, there's too, there's, there's too many variables. There's too many, um, things. Uh, one, one, okay, but, but if I, if, if I have to narrow it down to just a handful, um, small actions lead to big results. That was a big one. Um, the pillars. You have, uh, these pillars that you recommend early on when we're designing an identity or a vision, um, the superhuman vision, I believe, is what you call it. Um, I had to get clear on what my most important 5 pillars that are for me, for, for my life. I had to understand what those are and why those are and who I am becoming. I think we've shared on the call before, the man behind the mirror.
Yeah.
I've seen myself in the mirror, but then there's this glowing light behind the mirror of the man that's coming out. And that has, that has been huge. And then something that you say quite a bit, which is input equals output, you know. And so those small actions every single day Where the consistency compounds. Those are some, I would say, some major keys, some major unlocks. Something that is counterintuitive is, yes, work out hard, give it everything you got, but recover even harder. That's something that I don't think many people would know. Um, to that, hey, you're always telling me you need to rest more. Go ahead, skip that, skip that workout. If, you know, because I have, you know, that was hard for me the day that you told me, hey, it might be good for you to not do it this particular day with everything that's going on, if it causes you more stress. That was very difficult for me, um, because I don't want to, I don't want to miss it.
Yeah.
I don't want to let myself down. I made a promise to myself. I made a commitment to myself. As much as I also— the accountability, that's probably the biggest, the biggest moving lever is the accountability and the awareness. I feel like you're there when I'm in the gym. Lucas is with me when I'm out there doing the run. You're behind me saying, one more step. You can do this, you know what I mean? And I do report to you, even though sometimes you don't respond. It's because it is a— it's a— it's a conversation with myself too. And whenever I do ask a question, you're there, you know, you let me know and you give me the input and the advice, um, what, you know, what I— what I need to hear, not necessarily what I want to hear.
No, 100%. I think it's as I Told you, I think that was one of the first things I told you, Sal. But like use our chat as a journal for yourself. Don't even think about me being there. Like you want to use use this as your like you constantly throwing receipts out in the universe. Like every time you send a good meal, every time you could do something good, you once again you send you said this in a voice note to media like check the box, right? We're checking the boxes and then you're stacking so much undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. And of course you're worthy of the results because you do all the inputs, right? You're, you're literally creating the environment for results to, to, to blossom, and you're doing all— you're throwing all the, this, this proof receipts out in the universe. And that's exactly what it's for, right? It's not necessarily just like for me, it's for yourself as well. Um, so yeah, I think it's a It's interesting. It's it's as you said sometimes it's like you're you're you're journaling with your with yourself almost, but it's very powerful to do so, and I think you can agree on that, Blake. Yeah, if you or Blake, I want to hear as well. Like why did you decide to to go to do this with me over anyone else? Because obviously there's a million people out there. Like why? What was the specifically with me, do you think?
I just realized this guy knows. He knows something, not necessarily something I don't, but he has the proof, he has the results. You can look at his body composition, you can look at his mindset. I said, this is a man that know— I mean, obviously You're much younger than I am. You know what I mean? I had, I've been on the earth, I don't know, 25 years more. You know what I mean? I've been, I've been around. I've got kids and a family and, you know, I'm a, you know, I, I graduated top of my class at a, you know, a keynote speaker, et cetera. And all these things, I have a lot of accolades. So when I, when I looked at it, I said, I could probably reverse engineer this. I could probably figure this out myself. I could probably. Um, there's probably 50 people I could go to. Why? Yeah, why, why this guy? Why Lucas? And I was just like, your authenticity, your spirit, the way that you see the world was in such alignment with the way that I see, and that I could see myself adapting and adopting The things that, that you were, that you were saying. There wasn't anything that you were saying, and I liked the clean and clear, crisp way that you would say, this is bullshit, that's bullshit, this is real, this is what it is. And I was like, dude, he's got it. Yeah, sunlight. Yeah, Earth. Yeah, you know, like movement. Yeah, um, you know, this. And then I had no idea that it goes so much deeper on the inside. I only saw a surface level and I was like, well, everything's right here. What do I need anything for? I can just look on his YouTube, you know. There's so much more, you know, that doesn't meet the eye, you know what I mean? Plus the one-on-one and really being able to drill in, um, to the, you know, different facets. So yeah, that's, that's why in a nutshell.
Yeah, I guess one thing—
My, my intuition, my intuition told me.
Yeah, it's good, good intuition. No, but, uh, I think it's good. One of the things that, that I usually don't really talk about as well, Blake, that I also just kind of want to hear your opinion on, but the community aspect? Obviously we have such an amazing community. I wish people could get an insight into that. We have a very, like, I want to say brotherhood, uh, like, uh, community with all people. Like, what, what is your— what are your opinions on, on the community aspect of the Superman Protocol? All the people in there, you know, tell me.
Oh, the community is awesome, man. It's— it just fires you up. You know, I mean, it motivates me like crazy, you know, seeing these guys, their support. Everybody's— it's like you're in the game. You've got all your— I don't want to say players, not cheerleaders, but you have the guys that are in there with you rooting you on. They want you to succeed. Your success is their win. So it's, it's just a, it's a, it's a place where we, we ask questions, you get 10 different answers. I've been asking for, for music and soundtracks and albums and, hey, what do you think about this? And I just got, uh, you know, I, I call him— I've never said it out loud, but I call him Uncle Frank. You know, I just got these barefoot shoes, man, and my My daughter's like, what are those? You're crazy with those. You know what I mean? Like, like, uh, you know, my toes are being separated. You know, I'm like, you know, I'm the guy in the gym now with, with the, uh, you know, it's just, it's, it's strange, but the community is absolutely awesome and everybody is at, in different places, but we all have a similar goal and mindset. And I, I personally thrive in that kind of environment, you know. So it's, it's been expanding actually, you know what I mean? It's not getting slower. I don't miss any— like, I see there's a lot of, um, wow, there's like, you know, 13 new messages. So I look at it all at once later on and get to see what's going on. I mean, it's, it's cool. I'm not even on— I'm not even on Facebook or these other communities, you know what I mean? But this private, this private contained area is perfect for me.
Yeah, I guess it's especially when you know that everyone here is like on the same path. It's like I, I kind of get to— I'm actually so proud of like the, of the, once again, of kind of the brotherhood that we've been able to create there with like everyone. Just like if you go into the Wins channel Just like every single day there's people getting PRs and setting— yeah, it's, it's insane and it's so nice and everyone is like, uh, just uplifting each other and, and, uh, yeah, I think it's, it's really cool. Um, yeah, it's nice. Also, if you, if you think like, what would you say right now is the thing that we have been doing like differently compared to what you did prior which has then led us to where we're at right now? What is the things that we've done that you weren't maybe even aware of, and also just completely different to compare, compared to what you had been doing before?
Well, definitely the, the vision, the vision, the vision board, um, superhuman vision. That was, uh, that was massive. The accountability— I wasn't having a conversation With anybody. I wasn't having a dialogue around my fitness, around my health. I mean, I'm not even talking about, you know, here and there. Every day, all day, you know what I mean? It's on, you know what I mean? So that wasn't there. I was journaling, but not to the levels that That I am now. In fact, I've been a journaler for probably 25 years, but never have I gone this deep or this far with this area of my life. So it's been the relationship that I've had with myself has grown massively and A lot of the relationship I have with myself, it's, it's strange because it's, it's with you. You're there and I'm there. It's also with me. So when I'm, when I'm speaking to you, I'm also like having this relationship with myself. But then you come in and throw also these wisdom, these wisdom, you know, gold pieces inside and they just come shining down. You know what I mean?
Yeah.
And I'm like, oh man, another piece of gold, you know what I mean? In fact, I can— I, I'm trying to think of, uh, it was, uh, it was something small. It was like, um, it was, uh, tuna. I was having tuna, you know, and you said, uh, you know, have—
Try sardines.
Yeah, it was something so small, but then it ended up like expanding into something so big, you know what I mean? And now it's like, um, You know, this instead of this dry tuna. And, and sardines was something I was afraid of. I was like, oh dude, that's too fishy for me. I don't like how that looks and smells. And then I said, you know what, put your fucking big boy pants on, man. Try the damn thing. You know what it is? I peeled open the can and I put a little salt on it and I'm like, this is the best thing I've ever had. So even my taste buds have changed in the, you know, like going through this. So I just, I crave health. I crave radical health now, man.
Yeah, I love it. Also, Blake, run them through, like, what has— obviously, if we zoom out, first of all, in your own words, what do you think we've been able to achieve, like, in this, in this first period working together? What, what do you feel like this is what we have achieved? Both from a physical but also from like a mental, mental perspective. Obviously we've talked a bit about the mental. Let's, let's hone in on the physical.
Okay, physically, uh, my six-pack is starting to pop out of my body right now. So I've been— I, I mean, I, I do just a tiny bit of breathe out. I mean, it's there all by itself. And it was only like, I think, 2 weeks ago, 2 Sundays ago You said something, you're like, you're like, Blake, this is a massive change, dude. You got washboard abs under there. And ever since you said that, I've been walking around going, I got washboard abs, I got washboard abs. It's only been 2 weeks since then. And literally, like, when you see the pictures today, listen, because I put them in the morning, dude, they're popping out like, like crazy. So, um, the abs are coming, my shoulders, my back. I mean, it's, it's totally— and it hasn't been that long, you know. My, my patience— and that's something I wanted it fast, and you showed me early what's— is it going to hurt anything if the scale doesn't say this? So the mindset around my weight has changed into, um, you know, and not even how it looks, because I'm not— I look, I have my wife, I have my significant other. I'm not out in the dating market. I'm not I'm not doing this for, for somebody else or for, for the world outside to see me some way. This is for me. This is something I want. This is something that's important to me. I don't even know why it's important to me, but it is. It came into my mind that I want to be strong. I want to be healthy. And I want to live a long time. I would love longevity. Well, all of these things Inside of the teachings that you have, they do that. They accelerate that process. And those are all things that I desire. So as far as the, as far as the mind goes, total, total change, because that's something that I journal every single day. I write down consistency compounds, smiling from the inside out. Childlike wonder, carpe diem, memento mori, sayings that are very important to me, things that I've learned from you, like consistency compounds and small actions lead to big results. Every action counts. So when I think about, yeah, but do I really have to do the breathwork? And I'm about to go to sleep and I don't have to check the box, it's going to take me 5, 6 minutes to do that. How can I not check that box when every action counts? So I check the box, you know what I mean? It's not a, you know, so it, it, it happens basically automatically now, but that's because you've helped me. To reprogram my subconscious. And so it's gone from having to have to think about it all the time to, you know, you have something in it called the war map. I had no war map. I had no place that organized all of this. I had no vision board. So there were a lot, and there were a lot of areas that I did have that were similar with what you have, but they weren't expanded and they weren't dialed, and now they are.
Yeah, how, uh, how has like this mindset shift, this subconscious mind shift, but also from a body composition perspective, Blake, like getting absolutely jacked— I mean, you forgot to mention your arms as well, they're getting absolutely huge— like how has these things, um, affected your life or changed your life outside of just like Training? Like, tell me.
Well, I was, I was already a pretty confident guy, uh, to be honest. Even when I was big, I was very confident. Um, you know, I was— when I was over 300 pounds, that's not what I saw. I was okay with it. Um, but I was, uh, I was ashamed inside. I think deeply inside, if I went really inside and, and And had a conversation with my own heart. It wasn't, it wasn't the form of like if it was a statue. It wasn't nicely chiseled and the sandpaper could have been on it and it really could have been, wow, it's so beautiful. It's so radiant. And why wouldn't I deserve that for myself? You know, so I would say that this has been the chisel and the sandpaper aspect of my life. It's been very, um, it's an— it's— but it's not like you've chiseled it and you sandpapered it. You said, hey man, here's the chisel, here's the sandpaper, here's the tools. You know what I mean? It's up to you to pick them up. It's up to you to do the work. It's up to you to do it, you know, um, because you talk a lot about that victim mindset, and it's like, yeah, there's, there's no, there's no, uh, there's no victim here, man. Total accountability. It's all up to me. If I'm gonna get results, it's on me to get those results, you know what I mean? But I'll tell you, it really helps to have somebody that's done it. That's walked through the battlefield where all the grenades are that are going to explode, all the mines are there, and he says, hey, step here, step there, step here. It's a lot easier to go through that field and not get blown to smithereens. Because I don't want to get blown up. I want to go through smoothly, quietly, softly into that good night and then wake up tomorrow And hit it again.
Yes, sir. That's the mindset. Yeah, no, I, I, uh, I love it. Um, yeah, that's always what I say to you, Blake. You have, you have a mindset that I'm sometimes I'm pretty like, uh, amazed by as well. That's also something I told you last time, but a lot of, a lot of my other clients, they, they, they look up to you from like a mindset perspective. They're like They're getting inspired by you because of this. Like, yeah, just mindset and everything you do for the community as well, Blake. So, um, yeah, it's, uh, it's very inspiring to see from, uh, yeah, for me as well. Uh, Blake, if someone is listening, they're on the fence, they're thinking about maybe, you know, doing it, but they're a bit unsure. Ah, should I do it? Should I not, not do it? Is this gonna even gonna work for me? I've tried training and nutrition before, I've had a personal trainer. What would you say to that person?
I would tell them, stop thinking and start doing. It's a no-brainer. I would tell them, get out of your head, lead with your heart. If you think that this is the guy, then there's no reason to think any further. If you think that you have a chance of getting those results, And you want to have an easy path, then this is absolutely the place for you. If you're having like second doubts and second thoughts, if it's anything to do with financial issue and something to do around the money, you'll make more money because you will be more healthy. It'll be easier. You'll have more energy. You don't lose time. You inherit more by doing these actions. It's an absolute, very easy and simple decision. And and look, I don't just go out and and hiring consultants and coaches and trainers and all over the place. It was a big decision for me too. But my spidey senses went: This is it. This is real. There's no doubt about it. I didn't have to go watch. What's really strange? What's really strange is I watched a lot of the YouTube. I watched a good portion of videos on YouTube, and I went, wow, this guy really knows. I like the way that he's laying it down. This is fantastic. I didn't have to watch any testimonials. I didn't need to see any review videos. What happened is in reverse. After joining the program and— You starting to get results, I went, I should look at some of these testimonials. How are these other guys? I wonder. And I started watching it in reverse. So I didn't watch it first. I did it ass backwards. You know what I mean? I had already made my decision. Like, I want, I want to do this. And then I just removed the financial part from it. I removed the other part and I've gotten so much more value, more than a hundredfold. Value has come back in all ways.
Yeah.
Totally true, because money is just a piece of energy that we can exchange for something else, you know. So to exchange that money for wisdom and knowledge and experience and, you know, being able to travel on this road with somebody who's figured it out, you put in that hard work for years. I get to leapfrog over all that because you're in my corner, you know. I like to take the— I like to take the, the faster path.
Yeah, it depends, depends how you are as a person, I guess. But, uh, for— I think, uh, you, you sum it up pretty good there. I think a common thing, Blake, that, that people say, which is, it's kind of absurd to me, you sometimes when I think about it, because obviously I'm the creator of this, but some people always have the The limiting belief that, you know, this is not gonna work for me. Like, sure, like almost like I'm special, you know, you know what I mean? It's like it works for everyone else, but it's not gonna work for me. What would you, what would you say to, to someone that feels that, you know, nah, clearly this can't be, Blake is full of shit, he's not telling the, the truth, this is not gonna work for me? What would you say to that person?
I would tell them they, they need to let go. They need to subtract more from their life. They need to let go of any limiting belief that they have everything that they ever need and ever want inside them already. All they have to do is remember and maybe be reminded and get with the right group of people. I would tell them that They are unlimited, that they don't have any limitations. I really would, I would tell them to let, to let go, to let go of, to let go of that kind of stinking thinking. Get rid of that. That belongs in the trash.
Yeah, I think it's, it's a good— and then you're gonna be pretty, I think you're gonna be pretty confident in that you're not special the, the first day you join in the wins channel and start to see everyone. Absolutely. bombarding that with, uh, with all the, all the results and PRs, I guess. But, uh, yeah, uh, I think you said it very good.
Well, you just made— yeah, you just made me think of— it was like maybe— okay, so I had, I had to wait for that hernia surgery, so I had a good 3 weeks to a month. Um, I did the surgery and then that time went by. Now I'm able to go into the gym and work out. And I remember you have this one part of the program, you know, my ABC workout around the world is what it's called.
Yeah.
And you're doing it around the world. And I remember jumping up and hanging on the bar and, and going, I can't, I can't do this, I'm so weak. That was the thought. I didn't say it out loud, but I thought, you're so weak. And I said that to myself, and I was a little bit, uh, not upset at myself, but like, I really didn't like those words coming out of me. But the truth is I was weak. I couldn't do that. You know, I, I, I, you know, I could say that same thing about myself. I can only do 6 pull-ups. Oh, you're so weak, you can only do 6 pull-ups. Well, now my new goal is to do 25 pull-ups, and I'm going to have the heaviest plate hanging from me when I'm doing them. You know what I mean? So I'll get there. You know what I mean? It'll, it'll take a little bit of time. But what had happened was, after it's been a while, uh, I don't know exactly how long, but it's been some good time. I'm in the gym, I'm doing the around the worlds, and I literally came off of that machine, off of hanging, and I just started going, I'm strong! You know what I mean? In the gym, I was saying it out loud, you know what I mean? And people were like, their heads were turning, and somebody's like, that progress feels good, doesn't it? And I was like, it does feel good! You know what I mean? I just remember feeling so empowered, and I didn't even notice until You know, um, a little bit of time had gone by, I remembered that thought, that I had that thought, and now it's been replaced by like, hey, this is the guy that just did it, you know what I mean? And, uh, that was a huge boost in my confidence, man. It really was. Plus the functionality. The fact is I can lift myself, I can lift somebody else, I can save somebody's life if I need to. I can move something heavy if it comes down to it. I am functional now on a level that I've never been. This is definitely without a shadow of a doubt the strongest I've ever been in my life. And I can say in this moment, I will be much stronger than I am right now. Much stronger. But this is where I'm at right now and it's okay. I'm pretty damn strong. It feels good. It feels good. The results feel good, man. The receipts feel good. It feels good to have a, a home that you can be proud of, which is my body that I get to carry around with me. It's wonderful.
All right. Yeah, nice. It's amazing, Blake. I guess, uh, I think I've, I've gone through what I wanted to run through, Blake. I guess, is there any, any last words if someone is listening this this far, surely they must be sold by the, by the man himself over here. Pretty hard to not be. No, I'm kidding. But Blake, is there anything you would want, you would want to add to the, to the listeners and some, yeah, some final words of wisdom from, from you?
Yeah, I would just say, you know, whoever's, whoever's watching this right now and, and thinking You know, should I do this? Should I not? Should I reach out to Lucas? You know, you're a superhuman too. Step into it. Let's go. Let's go get it. Let's go get today. You know what I mean?
Yeah.
We're all superhumans on this earth. You know, we're all— nobody's better than anybody else. We're all created equal. You know, somebody might be a pine tree, somebody is a cactus, somebody is a huge redwood tree. You know, they're all beautiful in their own nature. You know, unlock the very best inside you. And I would say, just do it. Just join. You know, it's it's uh it'll be the best thing you ever did. It'll be the best decision you ever made. It was for me.
Yeah, that's some good words of wisdom. And you'll meet Blake on the on the inside. That's a plus, plus also. Yeah, no, I appreciate it, Blake. Thanks so much for, for, yeah, just talking through your, your experience so far. Obviously, we're far from done. We're gonna— I have this vision of us sitting down in person sometime, Blake, when we're, when we're done, and we're gonna have a proper round 2, round 2 at this. So we're gonna make that, uh, make that happen as well. Uh, but yeah, it's been— it's been amazing. Yeah, our journey so far, Blake, as well. Um, yeah.
Thank you, thank you, Luke. Thank you, Lucas, sincerely from the bottom of my heart. And I would just add that, you know, as iron sharpens and forms iron, a man can help to sharpen and form 100%.
That's a good, uh, that's a good, good statement. Uh, and for you guys listening, hope you found some value, got some more insights into, into everything. And, um, yeah, we're— both me and Blake are excited to see you on the, on the inside. That's probably a good way to, to wrap it up. So thanks for, for watching. If there's any questions, just reach out. And, um, yeah, we're looking forward to see you on the other side.
Thank you.
