How To Fix Bloating For Good

Lucas Hedenbäck argues gut health drives 80% of physique results, with bloating signaling dysfunction that leads to brain fog and hormonal issues. His three-phase protocol removes irritants like seed oils and glyphosate, repairs the gut with bone broth and cooked vegetables, then locks in results through meal timing and sleep.

When I started to prioritize my health and started to work out and started to eat good, I thought that just putting in the work and doing the right thing will eventually get me to my dream physique, to my goal, to a physique that matches my ambitions and standards and what I want out of life. I was listening to all these bodybuilders online, these royalty club fitness influencers, and I was copying everything they were doing. I had the perfect macro split. I was eating exactly all the things they told me. I had the perfect workout plans, like to the detail, tracking every single thing. But I didn't see the results that I wanted. I was doing everything right on paper, yet something was not Clicking, and then I finally understood something. And that is that training nutrition—you've heard me say this before—is probably 20% of the equation, and that's probably pretty generously calculated as well. The other 80% regarding your health and regarding your physics come from all these other small variables around gut health, managing stress levels, lifestyle habits, having dialed in hormones, and if all these things. Are not in place, then your effort will not yield any reward at all. So when I understood this and when I came to the you know conclusion myself that I don't even care how I look, I only want to feel good. You know, I only want to feel good because I was doing everything right, yet I have shit energy levels. I had zero libido for a twenty-year-old guy. That should be illegal. You know, it should be my peak years. I had no drive. I had all these ambitions, but when it came to to the point, I couldn't execute because I had no energy. I like It just didn't work. So my whole focus became, I don't care how I look, I just want to feel good from the inside. And funny enough, when I made the switch, I started to get the results from a visual perspective that I had always wanted as well, when I didn't even want them, right? Let's take this as an example. So it's 2 years apart from these pictures. This was last summer. This is 2023, summer of 2023. So I had sure built some muscle, of course, but I'm looking bloated. I'm holding on to a lot of water retention. I'm looking fluffy. This is not looking healthy. And then we compare this to this where, you know, I'm looking laser sharp, zero bloating, zero water retention, and I have my dream physique. And everything started with fixing and focusing on these other variables around just, just the training and nutrition. And one of the key things when it comes to that is your gut health and bloating. And in this video, I'm gonna break down a super in-depth protocol on exactly how to fix your gut health and fix bloating for good. I got a lot of good response from the last video about gut health, so this is gonna be the most in-depth breakdown, detailed breakdown on Everything that affects your gut health and bloating that you will ever find on online on YouTube. Trust me, this is super super detailed. Before we dive in, also if you're new to the channel, if this is your first video, welcome. My name is Lucas. I'm just a regular guy from Stockholm, Sweden, and over the last five to six years I've dedicated all my time and energy to try to solve complex complex health problems that modern nutritionists and modern medicine always overlooks and deprioritizes. And all I do on this channel is break those lessons and learnings down. For you so you can walk away with clarity and easy actionable implementation. So if you watch this video through, you'll have a full laid-out game plan on exactly how to fix your gut health and fix bloating for good, so you can finally get the results and the physique and the energy levels and the mental clarity that you've always wanted. Let's run through it. First of all, we gotta highlight the importance of this. What is it that actually happens if we don't fix bloating? Because you having bloating is a warning sign from from your body, and it should be taken very very serious. If you can't properly digest the food when you're eating, you're always bloating. Massive red flag. So before we talk about actual what actually causes it, we need to address something important because bloating isn't just a small inconvenience; it's a warning sign once again. Your body is telling you that something in your gut is not working properly. And if you ignore that signal for long enough, the problem doesn't just stay the same. It actually usually gets even, even worse. What often starts as occasional bloating can slowly turn into gut dysbiosis, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and where the balance of the bacteria in your gut becomes disrupted. And once that balance shifts, bad bacteria starts taking over. Once again, that will lead to SIBO, where bacteria begin growing in parts of the digestive system where they shouldn't even exist. And that's when people start dealing with chronic bloating, food intolerances, low energy, brain fog, and constant digestive discomfort. So it's super, super important to address this because literally everything starts in the gut. All of the root causes, all— everything starts in the gut and your body's ability to digest the food. So Please, if you have some sort of bloating, it's super important for us to actually like address it ASAP. I didn't initially, and that's one of the reasons why everything just turned south for me. You know, my hormones went to the shitter, energy levels— like, I was at rock bottom. And not taking or not listening to my gut and the bloating I was seeing was one of the reasons why everything started going south for me. So please, if you If there's something to take away, like execute on this on this protocol. It doesn't just stop here though. That's the thing because your gut controls a huge portion of your immune system as well and inflammation levels. That's how you said. So when your gut is inflamed, your entire body starts feeling the effect. Chronic inflammation goes up, hormone becomes dysregulated, recovery gets worse, and even your body composition can suffer. This is exactly what happened to me. This is why some people eat the highest quality food in the world and still feel bloated, tired, and inflamed. I've said this multiple times already. If you're bloated, if your digestion and your gut is not healthy, I don't care that you're eating the best of the best quality grass-fed steak, grass-fed beef, the best of the best quality oysters, the best of the best quality caviar. You're spending all this money on food, but that best of the best food in the world can still cause massive problems if your, if your body's ability to digest it and actually utilize it is not there. That's why fixing bloating isn't just about feeling better after meals. It's about protecting your long-term health, and it's one of the most important things we can ever do. Once you understand what's actually causing the bloating, fixing it becomes a lot more simple. So let's talk about what's really going on inside your gut. But once again, one of the other things that people always miss, and this was actually the trigger for me to start making change. I came across a study that showed that 90% of your body serotonin is produced in the gut. So initially, when I made my change, I here I felt terrible. That was the thing that I wanted to address. I was doing everything right on paper, but I felt terrible. How can I just? I just want to feel good, right? And I think also there's a reason why when you are healthy, you look good because health. This screams healthy. This screams unhealthy. There's a reason why we think a good physique like this looks good because it looks healthy. This is programmed in us for thousands of thousands of years, right? Of course, a physique that looks good looks healthy. As I've said before, there's a nuance to this. If you're roided the fuck up and yeah, you've blasted steroids, you might look healthy, but you're not healthy. So there's a bit of context that has to be taken into the equation. But I wanted to feel good. I came across this. Okay, I'm messing up my gut microbiome by eating the protein powders, by eating the by taking the pre-workout, by drinking the diet sodas, and this was the catalyst for me to start making a change. So I was like, I'm just gonna clean everything up because I want to feel better. And I understood that 90% of your body serotonin, which is the happy hormone, is produced in the gut. So if you haven't, if you have a like, if you have a healthy gut, you will feel better. You will have more energy. That was like okay. Okay, perfect. I found my thing. Now I gotta fix this so I can feel better. That was the thing that I that I wanted. So now let's go into what actually causes bloating. Well, most bloating comes from three things happening inside the gut. First, gut inflammation. When your gut lining becomes inflamed, digestion slows down. Food sits longer in your digestive digestive tract, and that creates gas and pressure. Second, gut bacteria imbalance. Your gut contains trillions of microbiomes that can Control digestion and metabolism. If the bad bacteria outnumber the good ones, you get fermentation, gas, and bloating. Third, poor digestion. If stomach acid is low or digestion is impaired, food isn't properly broken down. That undigested food feeds bacteria and causes bloating. So bloating isn't random; it's a signal, a warning signal your gut system is under stress. Someone commented the other day on one of my stories that I posted on IG where I had like basically 500 grams of beef on a plate, and I was like, "How can you eat that much?" Aren't Your digestion getting absolutely messed up. Right now, my digestion is so good to the point where I could probably eat a kg of beef and I can run a marathon 30 minutes later because it's so good. But this is not always how it was. I used to have massive problems, energy dips after eating, looking like a swollen balloon after I ate. So this has not always been the case. But once again, by doing all these things and by focusing on all the things that I'm gonna run through in this protocol, It's gotten to a point now where I can eat anything. It's the same thing everyone. I usually eat this far out from sleep because if you eat too close to sleep, it's gonna mess up your your sleep because you're digesting the food. I can eat thirty minutes before my before I sleep, and I digest the food so well to the point where it doesn't affect my my my sleep at all negatively. So it's a game changer to actually fix fix this. Now let's run through it. The bloating. Reset protocol once again. This is the most in-depth protocol I've ever seen of someone on the internet. So please bring up your note taker and let us let's go through this together. It's structured in a three-phase way, or in a three-phase phase one, phase two, phase three. So let's start with phase one. According to what I've learned in school, you should you go one, then two, then three at least. So let's do it that way. If you want to fix bloating for good, the first thing you need to understand is this: you cannot kill a gut that is under constant assault. This is where most people get it wrong. They try to add probiotics, digestive enzymes, and random supplements on top of a gut that is still being damaged every single day, and that's never going to work. So phase one is all about removing the things that are irritating the gut lining, disrupting the microbiome, and feeding inflammation. And the first thing in that category is going to be ultra-processed foods. This includes the obvious things like junk food, candy, chips, fast food, and processed snacks, but it also includes a lot of foods people think are healthy— flavored yogurts, Protein bars, low-fat fitness food, store-bought breads, processed wraps, and many meal replacement products. A bad quality sourdough from the grocery store can like can be as bad for you as something like as this, you know. So you have to be very very cautious with all these things that you that you put into your system. Even the things that you think are not ultra processed, you know. Once again, a yogurt. I've said this before, and this is an ultra-processed food, you know, because they strip away all the fat. And what do we have to do then in order to make it taste good? Because fat is what's tasty and brings flavor. Well, they add sugar and they add all this other bullshit in order to compensate for that. This is ultra-processed. So remove everything that is somewhat processed. I have this simple framework and simple rule. If there's a boardroom of people behind what you're about to put into your mouth, you shouldn't eat it. It's not food; it's a product. If you stick to that, that will remove 90% of all the things that will damage you. And if you stick to that simple framework, life will be so much better. Second thing is artificial sweeteners: aspartame, sucralose, and similar sweeteners are a massive problem. Diet sodas, pre-workouts, zero sugar drink, electrolyte powders, protein products—they often look harmless. But they can alter gut bacteria and increase gut permeability over time. Even stevia—that's the question that I got asked all the time. I would never put this into my body. This is labeled as one of the best on the markets. Highly recommend you staying away. Any diet sodas, anything, any pre-workout things like this that has artificial sweeteners and things in it, low sugar ketchup, things like this throw away. No artificial sweeteners at all. This is one of the biggest leverage things for sure. Third, inflammatory food inputs, refined sugars, refined grains, seed oils, in many cases gluten and conventional dairy comes in. For some people, these are major triggers, major, major triggers, especially if the gut is already inflamed. If you're dealing with bloating every single day, this is not the time to be testing your tolerance with foods that are already hard on the system. If you have problems, you should be religious with the inputs, even things as nuts and seeds because they contain High omega six fatty acids, which also is one of these things that causes inflammation in your gut. You know, so the more problem you have, the more religious you have to be with the inputs. That's the simple framework: pasta, store-bought bread, refined sugar, refined grains cut out. That's also game changer. And any sort of things that are going to inflame your your body, anything that is high high omega six legumes as well, like beans. Cut out, cut, cut, cut out. Fourth, alcohol. This is one thing a lot of people don't realize. Alcohol doesn't just stress the liver; it can also irritate the gut lining, worsen inflammation, and contribute to bloating and poor digestion over time. It's bad for a lot of things, so never ever try to stay away from alcohol as much as possible. Fifth, also something people always overlook. Medications. Antibiotics can completely wipe out beneficial bacteria. Ibuprofen or painkillers will weaken the gut lining. Hormonal medications like birth control can alter the gut microbiome as well. So if someone is dealing with chronic bloating and they've had a history of repeated antibiotics, like painkillers, or long-term medication use, that matters. You don't want to utilize painkillers and things like this. It's absolutely gonna mess up Your gut lining and your gut health. Very, very bad thing. So instead of taking painkillers, like go for go for natural remedies. If you get a cold, you don't need painkillers. You don't need you hopefully like this antibiotics is like literally the last thing you would ever want to consider. Sixth, poor water quality and environmental toxins. This is where things like chloride, fluoride, heavy metals, and microplastics come in. These are not. Usually the first thing people think about either, but they also matter. Microplastics and poor water quality can negatively affect the microbiome, intestinal permeability, and gut function. So if you're serious about fixing your gut, filtered water is not optional. Cutting out any sort of plastic spatulas, plastic cutting boards, plastic water bottles, things with heavy metals like deodorants. Of course, we're always going to be exposed to environmental toxins. We're never going to be able to keep them away fully. That's where it's super, super important to keep your detox pathways open as well. You can do strategic supplements in order to help your body, you know, deal with that as well. That's things that we cover and exact protocols that we cover in depth in my coaching program. So if you're interested in that, that's where you should be heading towards. But just be aware of that, you know, be aware of that. You want your detox pathways to be absolutely dialed in and up and You know, functional or functioning because of the fact that you're always going to get exposed to it. But how can we limit exposure to it as much as we can? Water filter system, you know, avoiding things like this. Plastic spatulas, switch it out to wooden, switch it out to steel. Don't use Teflon frying pans or nonstick frying pans. Use cast iron, use stainless steel. And just get away from as much shit and toxins as possible. You know, polyester clothing, all the things like this. Once again, we cover this and we cover the exact detox pathways, protocols, and how to optimize that and how to clear our system more in detail in my coaching program. So yeah. Seventh, glyphosate, pesticide load, and mold exposure. This is another expert-level point that most people miss. It's not just about what food you eat, it's also what's On the food, what's in your environment, and what your body is being exposed to consistently. Glyphosate and mold toxicity are big contributors to microbiome disruption, gut inflammation, increased permeability. Even bad quality coffee—that's something that people like. I if I get a coffee from a gas station, I'm fucked because of the shit quality. I can only drink the best of the best quality; otherwise, my gut responds reacts instantly. So. Like, getting just your average coffee from the grocery store is terrible for your health. And non-organic stuff, things that have been sprayed with glyphosate, this is like a double-edged sword where you have all these toxins in your system that you're exposed to. The crazy thing about glyphosate, which is not by accident, is it opens up your blood-brain barrier as well. So there's a reason, you know, why they allow to spray this thing. And why they are—they've just released this law where they can use it more or whatever in the U.S. I saw this the other day. It's because if you consume glyphosate and then you're exposed to all these other toxins in your environment, what's going to happen is your blood-brain barriers enters up and all these toxins are gonna—all these heavy metals, these microplastics—are gonna enter into your blood-brain barrier, which is like when it's in there, it's very hard to. Get rid of. And this is, in my opinion, why people get problems in their later years— dementia, Alzheimer's, things like this. There's clear evidence that shows that it's heavy metal buildup in the brain, microplastics, it's toxins, toxins that are being built up in our bodies that is causing all of these things. So try to opt for as local, high-quality, glyphosate-free stuff, because this plus this is a massive problem, not just for your gut health, but it fucks up your health in any or in every single way possible, basically. Grand final, stress. Even if your diet is clean, if your nervous system is constantly stuck in fight or flight, digestion completely shuts down. Stomach acid drops, motility slows, and absorption gets worse. And that's when even high-quality food starts causing bloating. So phase 1, To summarize this, it's not just about removing the junk; it's about removing processed foods, remove artificial sweeteners, remove inflammatory inputs, reduce alcohol, be aware of medication load, clean up your water, lower toxin exposure, and stop eating in a chronically stressed state. That is how you create the conditions for the gut to start healing in the first place. And when we've laid this layer, we can move on to the let's say like. Introducing the supplement part of of this protocol, and yeah, eating stressed. I've talked about this so many times. I don't have to do the deep dive now. If you want to see the deep dive on this, look at my chronic how to fix chronic stress video on my channel. Long story short, as I said in the beginning, you can eat the best of the best food, but if you're constantly stressed and eating in a sympathetic nervous system state, it's not going to be digested. It's going to cause bloating, and it's going to cause massive problems. Now let's move on to phase 2. Once you remove the things damaging the gut, now we move into phase 2, repair. This is where we rebuild the gut lining, support digestion, and start restoring microbiome. This is another place where most people make mistakes. They jump straight into cold smoothies, raw salads, tons of supplements, and aggressive probiotic protocols. But when the gut is irritated, the goal is not to overwhelm it. The goal is to make digestion as easy as possible whilst giving the body the raw materials it needs to repair. So the foundation of this phase is warm, Cooked, easy-to-digest foods. That means things like this: bone broth, slow-cooked meats, soups, stews, cooked vegetables, well-cooked rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes, soft fruit like applesauce or stewed and baked fruit. There's an example of, you know, eggs and mashed banana baked together to make it easier on the gut. You know, stews. Risotto is one of the best things you can do. Bone broth, you know, long cooked rice, stews, sourdough. You get the point. Cooked ground meat, pho, eggs, cooked potatoes, banana pancakes, sourdough. Also, you get the point. This is how that should be looking. Easy to digest stuff, nothing that overwhelms your digestive system, just plain simple stuff. This matters because the gut lining needs raw material to heal. One of the best ways to provide that is through collagen, gelatin, glycine, proline, and glutamine-rich foods like bone broth, connective tissue meats, shanks, oxtail, and collagen supports. So introducing things as beef gelatin and collagen peptides is also definitely on the table and a reasonable thing to do here as well. But you know, eating here as well, meat, bone broth, rice also cooked in bone broth, and then some extra bone broth on the side. Like a lot of things like this is going to be an absolute game changer here. Warm, easy to digest food is going to be a game changer. In this case, it's even cooked carrots. These are foundational for repairing the gut barrier. So this is step number 1. And then the second thing is to reintroduce beneficial bacteria carefully. Start with sauerkraut, fermented vegetables, yogurt, raw kefir, and sourdough. But you want to be cautious. And you— if, if your gut is messed up and you have SIBO and you have massive problems, introducing this can cause, can cause a lot of problems. So you have to do that like— you have to make this a very step-by-step, um, you have to take away all the things that damages— damage— that are damaging it, then you have to reset, then you can reintroduce. So people usually go to this initially, then they get massive problems with, you know, Rinny stalls and just having to go to the toilet multiple times throughout the day, and it's just diarrhea, and it's just a mess all over the place. So you have to do it very, very strategically. Once again, in my coaching program, we have super, super detailed protocols and frameworks on exactly how to do this to make sure that you, you, you know, make it as easy and healthy on your gut as possible. Yeah. Now I'm just running you through the kind of fundamentals and the overview. Third piece, supporting digestion upstream. A lot of bloating is not just a food problem, it's a digestion problem as well. If stomach acid is too low, food isn't broken down properly, that creates fermentation, gas, and bloating once again. So eat slow, eat outside, ideally in the sun, ideally grounded, chew properly, sit down. Worst thing you can do is eat in front of a screen, eat in front of blue light exposure, which is causing oxidative stress, and on top of that you're eating stressed, rushed. Terrible. Warm meals over cold meals. Apple cider vinegar, bitters, ginger, arugula before meals to stimulate digestion and stimulate stomach acids. So super, super important. Best thing you can do, like the top of top, top-notch protocol is eating outside, eating ground dead, and eating like in a chill, chill state. Yeah. Repair means making the body feel safe enough to heal. So phase 2 is all about rebuilding the gut lining, restoring beneficial bacteria, supporting digestion, reducing irritation, and giving the gut the raw materials and environment it needs to properly repair. So that is phase number 2. Now let's look at phase number 3, the last one. This step most people ignore, but it's what determines whether bloating comes back or if this is something that sticks. Gut health depends heavily on lifestyle rhythms. That means consistent meal timing, eating in a calm state, managing stress, getting enough sleep, because stress hormones can damage the gut lining and disrupt digestion as well. Even something simple like going for a 10-minute walk after the meals can dramatically improve digestion as well. Your gut heals when your body is in a parasympathetic state, not when you're rushing between meetings. Some other things that can massively heal the gut as well is like things as targeted red light protocols on the gut and You know, the more sun exposure you can get, the better. But once again, we dive a bit more in detail on these things on the on the action actual protocols in in my coaching program. What happens when you fix the bloating then? Well, when your gut finally stabilizes, a lot of things improve. Bloating disappears, energy becomes more stable, brain fog improves, cravings drop, and even body composition will improve because the gut controls nutrient absorption and metabolism. And once digestion works properly, our body starts working properly too. So if you're constantly dealing with bloating, don't just keep cutting foods or trying random supplements. Fix the root cause—your gut. Follow this three-phase protocol: remove the damage, repair the gut, and regulate your lifestyle. And then your digestion will completely change. I'm gonna reiterate this. Back in the days, this is also like two or three years ago, I had the perfect workout plan. I was listening to all these roided up bodybuilders and fitness influencers. I was doing everything right. I had the perfect macros. I was trying to lose weight here, but I was eating like roughly 1,800 calories or something, absolutely starving myself, and nothing happened. I wasn't losing anything. Energy just went to the shitter. Everything was in the shitter. I was dependent on caffeine to get through the day as well. I had massive brain fog, energy crashes, and I was trying to run my business or build my business at the same time that I was working a corporate job at one of the biggest banks here in Sweden. And now fast forward when I don't even care about how I look, to be honest. I do, you know, 3 to 4 random workouts per week. Of course, not super random, but you know, three sessions per week. I'm prioritizing true health and I'm prioritizing well-being over the aesthetics. And I have sky-high energy. I have zero brain fog. I have laser-sharp focus. I have sky-high libido. And a crazy physique comes as a byproduct of that because I understood that true health is internally. And when we fix true health from the inside. A good physique will come as a byproduct. That's why, once again, like I take the approach that I do with all my clients because of this this fact. It's because just having a dial-in training plan and nutrition plan, it will only get you so far. A lot of people do already have that, but if you don't fix these other things with regards to your health, you're not going to get anywhere. That's why the Superman Protocol, my coaching program, is is not a fitness program. It's like a performance and a health protocol. And we can just take some some examples here. Once Ludwig, you've seen in my in most of my videos. Ludwig is one of my best friends. We're working out together. This was Ludwig the summer of 2024, and this is Ludwig the summer of 2025. So this is one year after we properly started working together. I got him to switch up his diet. He had been training for like roughly ten years at this point. Bloated, holding onto water, brain fog, bad energy level or mental clarity—all these things. A year later, after we've dialed everything in, like completely different body composition, training less but just doing the right inputs. So this is one example. Then we have Tonda as another example, a business owner from the Czech Republic, you know, had been training for multiple years. 4 months between these pictures. This is not by just having the perfect workout plan, the perfect nutrition plan. It doesn't happen just by dialing in those 2 variables. It happens by dialing in The whole puzzle, because health is complex. It's not just training and nutrition; it's everything as we've talked about. It's fixing this. It's fixing gut health, so the food that you're eating is actually going to the right place. You're better. You can have the shittiest workout plan in the world, but if you're truly healthy, you're gonna get jacked. You can have the best workout plan in the world, but if you're not healthy, you're not gonna get anywhere, anywhere. Same thing here, Luca. 40 days between these pictures, dialing in digestion, dieting. You can just see holding on to water retention, bloated. 40 days later, I posted this here as well. 40 days, 1st, 17th of Jan and the 28th of Feb, right? This is insane. This doesn't happen if you just have a good training plan, nutrition plan. It doesn't. It happens when you dial in your full health because then a crazy physique will come as a byproduct. Ian or Noel, 10 kgs up on the scale, same leanness. Hormones went from low, low hundreds to high hundred or to high like 600, 700s here. Crazy. Alex as well, he's weighing heavier in this picture compared to this after 1.5 months between these pictures. Bloated, Good, good base, good physique, but not matching the ambitions that he had for himself. One and a half months later, literally 45 days, absolutely jacked, looking crazy sharp. This is a healthy physique. This is a non-healthy physique. Or Miguel that looked at my other gut health video a couple weeks back and decided to to join the protocol. This was the first check-in. Literally a week later, this was Miguel. He also sent this: I removed the foods you told me to cut out, started adding some good things. Biggest win: noticeable less bloating and overall inflammation compared to last week. Not 100% yet, but improvements are significant. Nutrition changes are working. The quinoa is consistency and improving sleep quality week by week. Literally, I think the crazy thing is it's not even a week between this. It's like 5 days or something. Bloatad, inflamed. The only thing Miguel wanted was to feel energized and feel good again. A few days later, by doing the right thing, completely different body composition: leaner, less bloating, looking sharper. This once again, it doesn't happen by just having the perfect training plan. And this is just a few examples. Then we have some other ones: Joel, business owner from from Sweden; Thomas, a 40-year-old dad from Sweden as well; Landon, business owner from the U.S. All these guys have hectic work schedules. They don't have time to be in the gym five to six days a week and just have like do as all these roided up bodybuilders and fitness influencers are are telling them. No, these are professional guys that want to maximize the ROI out of their health. They want to be strategic with their time, and they want to focus on the most leveraged things, which usually in most cases is not just the training and nutrition; it's all these things around. That's exactly why I take the approach I do with my coaching clients. So if you're interested in that, if you're interested in interested in exploring the Superhuman Protocol and how it works more in detail, you can check the first link in the description to apply. We're gonna run through; it's a free assessment call. We're gonna run through your situation and see where you're at, see what goals you're you have, and see if the Superhuman Protocol is something for you. That's my one-to-one coaching program where we do twice a month one-to-ones. You have a full in-depth laid-out roadmap from the day that you come in to the day that you're done that covers everything around health. So it's literally impossible not to get into the best shape of your life and become the healthiest version of yourself by executing and following it. It's literally impossible, literally impossible. But once again, I want to highlight this: if you're just someone that wants a diet training plan and diet nutrition plan, this is not for you. This is for you If you're a high-level guy, you have limited time on your calendar. You don't want to mess around. You don't want to do this five to six day crazy workout routine.
