One of my best hacks to have sustained energy levels throughout the whole day is going out for some short nature breaks. So I'm out here with the dogs right now, going for a short walk, just visiting this beautiful place. Why does this work wonders? Well, it's because it's going to help you to just calm your body down and reset your nervous system. And a stressed-out nervous system that is constantly activated will not be able to keep going forever. Simple equation. So getting some resets in, taking some calculated rest and some calculated breaks from constant stimulation is actually one of the things that are gonna do so that you'll be able to perform and continue to push for a lot longer. So have some calculated breaks within your schedule, and it's gonna help you to not just perform better, but more effective throughout the day as well.
