How To MAXIMIZE Your Health (Superhuman Protocol)

In this vlog‑style conversation, Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck and friends discuss practical ways to boost health and energy. They start with a brief note on coffee detox and the hidden microplastics in disposable cups, then move to a contrast‑therapy session (sauna followed by ice‑bath) that they describe as a vascular workout. The group talks about recovery, habit‑stacking (combining grounding, sunset watching, and ocean swimming to soak up minerals), and the theory that modern humans accumulate a positive electrical charge that fuels inflammation, which can be neutralized by direct contact with the earth. Lucas explains his simplified model of mitochondrial energy: food provides roughly one‑third of ATP, while grounding and sunlight supply the remaining two‑thirds. A quick meal preview (sweet potatoes, eggs, chicken, yogurt sauce) illustrates a “light diet.” The participants also mention a spontaneously recorded podcast where Lucas shares more health‑optimization tips for entrepreneurs, promising a link in the description. Throughout, the tone is informal, enthusiastic, and motivational, encouraging viewers to adopt these habits for better energy and longevity.

To believe that everything was possible. What are we thinking?
Morning coffee. It's not the end of the world if you're constantly detoxing, but you probably shouldn't be drinking out of paper disposable cups every single day, just so you know. A lot of microplastics and shit in it, so be aware of that. But once again, if you're constantly detoxing, it's not the end of the world. Just try to control as many variables as possible when it comes to these things, and you're gonna be good.
Cheers!
Well, I can't do anything.
All right, all right.
Another day on our way to the gym. Yeah, a bit of full body.
We'll see.
Then we're gonna go do some recovery. That's that's the biggest priority today, especially for for this big boy.
Bad bad time with recovery at one percent and twenty percent last two days.
That's that's terrible.
It's horrible.
Yeah, so some some sauna and some ice bath is gonna is gonna save me.
Hopefully.
Yeah, hope so.
It's gonna be good.
Let's go.
Natural muscles, Stockholm, Sweden.
Everything was possible. That was cold.
Cold.
Shit. Refreshing.
Yeah.
Little contrast therapy session done. Going back and forth. Going from the plunge or from cold exposure to hot exposure, sauna, ice bath, is one of the healthiest things you can do, in my opinion. What happens when you go into the sauna is that your blood vessels open up, and then when you go into the plunge after that or to something cold, they clamp together. And then back to the sauna, open up, and then clamp together. So this acts as kind of a workout for your blood vessels, and it's amazing. So whenever have the chance, make sure to do some contrast therapy. How are we feeling, boys?
Feeling good, feeling relaxed, to be honest. Long session today.
Feeling like a new man?
Feel like a new man.
Got a good pump.
Nice and clean.
Let's go! Back at the crib, bro.
But I'm also getting your— the podcast we shot, getting you ready, bro. True. That's good.
Yeah, that's gonna be— if it's done, me and Seb did a podcast the other day, uh, it was pretty good. I'll link the podcast in the, in the description. We just spontaneously put up the camera and, and had a good chat, so definitely you should check that out. Right, Seb, what do you say?
It was really good. It was a really, really good podcast. We kind of touched upon a lot of stuff when it comes to things you need to make sure you have in place if you want to optimize your health. Lucas shared some tips and tricks on how I can optimize my health as an entrepreneur. So it was really good. It was nice. And I think we should probably make another one as well later down the line.
Yeah, for sure. We're probably gonna get another one done because the first one was really good. So yeah, just some deep work, pushing through that. We're gonna probably grab some some dinner or see make something for dinner soon as well. So that's the plan for today.
It's murder on the dance floor, but you better not kill the groove. Hey, hey, hey, it's murder on the dance floor, but you better not steal the moves. DJ gonna burn this goddamn house down.
Good one. Improving goes pretty fast to improve in this one.
Yeah, good exercise.
Yeah, still one of my favorite ones.
Yeah, very good for chest, but also shoulders. Try it out.
Mobility maxing. Yeah, in this one.
Getting bro right.
Food has arrived.
Sweet potatoes, eggs, chicken, and a yogurt sauce.
So this is what we like to call habit stacking. Grounding, watching the sunset, swimming in the ocean, soaking up some minerals at the same time. Magnesium from the ocean and sodium and everything. Now this is, uh, this is one thing you want to like do. Habit stacking is is actually a very, very good thing. You wanna make sure that you can kind of tick as many boxes as possible by doing one activity. And for example, right now me and Anton are watching the sunset, making sure our light diet is dialed in. We are in circadian rhythm, of course. We are grounding, we are in the ocean and soaking up some minerals as well. So 3 very, very important boxes ticked off in one go.
Fantastic. Yeah, right. Good stuff.
Good stuff.
Received the orders from the man himself. There it is.
Big boy.
Yeah.
Oh, but it's really nice. Very, very beautiful beach we found here as well. Not a lot of people for now. It's maybe it's some people here watching the sunset, but some surfers out there as well.
Pretty big waves.
It's amazing. This is life. This is life, right, Tantan?
Living the life. Nothing to complain about. Beautiful paradise.
Yeah, tropical paradise. After this, we're gonna go home, grab or eat some dinner. Steak and papaya on the menu, then some colds, and then today's a wrap.
Yeah. That's about it. Cool.
Why we even want to be doing this in the first place is because of a couple of reasons. Number one, health is energy. We as humans in nature are supposed to be negatively charged. Earth has a positive charge, and if If we know anything about magnetism or whatever, plus and minus, what happens? Well, they attract. But let's say plus and plus face each other, what happens to them? Well, they do the opposite of attract. And through our society today, through radiation, Wi-Fi, 5G, low-quality food, we are building up a positive charge in our bodies. Positive means, in our bodies, means inflammation. And I would argue that this is the root cause to probably all modern-day diseases or problems. This is the root cause, but then it just displays in different forms in different people. And when we are grounding, what happens is when we then have direct contact With earth, we soak up what's called free radicals from, from the surface of the earth. So whether that's grass, soil, sand, water, and these free radicals act as kind of a magic pill for our bodies because they decharge our positive charge into earth. So all the bad stuff that is being built up within us, earth just sucks out of us and puts us Back into this negative charge, how it's supposed to be in nature. So that's that. Number two, we have to understand that energy. What is that? Well, it's happening in our bodies, in our mitochondria, through something called ATP. I don't know how to dive deep into that because you're gonna lose it if I try to explain all the biochemistry behind it. But to support our mitochondria and to support ATP, there is There's a couple different ways we can do this. It's number one, through food, but that's only a third of the energy that your body is able to make, and that's only a third of what your kind of full potential is. So we have to understand that just eating good is not everything you can do for your health. 2/3 of your energy comes from things as grounding, Soaking up energy from the earth. It's like charging the battery and then also from the sun. So having your light diet locked in, soaking up sunlight, that's where 2/3 of our energy comes from. And that's 2 things that actually also fires up and powers our mitochondria, not just food. So shift your focus more towards trying to dial those things in Yes, food is also very, very important, but making sure that you're grounding, eating good quality food, and also getting proper sunlight—that's how you will be able to make as much ATP in your mitochondria as possible, which means that you are going to have the most amount of energy possible. So hope that hope that helps you, and hopefully that also explains and really, really. Shows how important these things are for us as well. Any further questions, shoot in in the comments or send me a DM and I'll try to explain a bit further. That was just a rough explanation.
What's out in the city? This thing. That's what's up.
