Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck argues that short nature breaks between meetings are the most leveraged task for entrepreneurs. Continuous stress keeps your nervous system in fight-or-flight mode, blocking muscle growth and productivity. Regular resets prevent accumulating stress debt and boost energy, health, and output.

This is one of the most leveraged tasks throughout the day for me as an entrepreneur. When you're sitting in front of a screen all day, it's very important to go out in nature and get some resets, give your nervous system some rest. A nervous system that is constantly stuck in fight or flight will never be able to build muscle, perform, and be as productive as possible. So it's super important to get some resets in throughout the day. Whenever I have some, some time between meetings, between calls, I'm I'm going out, resetting my nervous system, making sure that I'm not accumulating too much stress throughout the day. One of the worst things that can happen is getting yourself into a stress debt. And that happens when you're stressing your body too much without giving it the proper recovery that it needs, without giving your nervous system proper resets. And that is gonna leave you in a big stress debt, which is not good for your productivity, For your health, for your well-being, for your energy levels, for anything, right? So go out, get some resets in nature, and you're gonna be working better, working more productive, be healthier, feel better. Trust me.
