I'm not gonna lie, some days are a struggle. Some days it's hard to wake up. My body hurts, my mind's fatigued. But you know what? The pain I'm feeling is temporary. If I quit now, the regret will live on forever. And how should I expect to change if I can't push past when it gets hard? Seriously. So of course I'm choosing the pain of discipline. I'm gonna do what I know I have to do, regardless of my feelings. And this is the mentality it takes to push past your limits. Always remember, pain is temporary, but regret— that shit lives on forever.
