Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck describes the discipline required to reach goals: riding a bike for four and a half hours, running 21 km in the rain, working out every morning, all while not wanting to. Success means doing the work anyway, every single day, regardless of how you feel.

Do I want to work out every single morning when I wake up? Absolutely not. Did I want to sit on the bike for four and a half hours yesterday? Absolutely not. Did I want to run 21k in the rain three days ago? No, absolutely not. But I'm doing it anyways because I understand that if I'm not putting in the work, I will not achieve my goals. It's very, very simple, and it's more of a principle for me because I know that if I do the work, if I do what's required, I will achieve. My goals. So instead of letting this bitch voice inside of me dictate my habits, dictate my actions, dictate my future, and dictate if I'm going to reach my goals or not, I'm taking matter into my own hands and putting in the work every single day, regardless of how I feel, because that's what's required.
