What would you say to busy people who think they don't have enough time to get in shape? You always have time for your priorities. So that's simply a matter of what are you prioritizing? If you actually wanted to get in shape, if you actually had a clear vision, a clear goal, you would do anything in your power to allocate some time towards that. You would also very, very quickly understand that it doesn't take a lot of time. 30 minutes a day working out, probably 5-10 minutes worth of doing some habits to speed up your recovery and your stress levels. And that's simply all you need. Making sure like you're usually eating or cooking food either way, right? So just about making some adjustments to that and understand that inputs are usually less than you think, and you just have to set your priorities.
