Lucas Wilhelm Hedenbäck eats once a day starting at 1 PM: grass-fed beef, rice, honey, and a banana. He skips calorie counting, arguing that food quality matters more than macros. His routine includes a pre-workout snack of dates and butter, then beef and watermelon after training.

This is what I eat in a day to get into the best shape of my life. I'm fasting in the morning, so meal 1 is at 1 PM. Organic rice, grass-fed beef, raw local honey topped with Celtic sea salt, and a banana on the side. After that, I'm having a pre-workout snack. Dates, butter, black coffee, more local honey, and salt. Time for the workout, and today we're outside for a functional push day. And of course, making sure we're getting some grounding in at the same time, which is absolutely crucial. Post-workout and second meal of the day is gonna be half a watermelon, more grass-fed beef, And more local honey. Now, third and last meal of the day is pasture-raised eggs, even more beef, and some sauerkraut for gut health. Calories and macros, don't know, don't care. I'm still sticking to my principles. Quality whole foods, that's the most important thing.
