Take me, take me, take me, take me. Sam. Let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me. Take me, let me, let me. Take me. What up, everybody? Should have made sure we have sound. Do we have sound? Leave me a drop a comment down below if we have sound or no sound. Should have checked that earlier. Let me know down below before we have to make adjustments. All right? Phil says we have sound. Perfect. Perfect. I didn't realize that the, like, the. The tab was muted, so that was our problem. All right, so today is session one of the sticker master class. This is honestly a little bit like a challenge, right? It's going to be like, can you actually, like, complete the steps? There's gonna be cool prizes if you complete all of the steps. There's going to be badges, but they're stickers, so how awesome is that? I'm actually going to send you the stickers when you complete each one of the badges. So we got some slides to go over. We're going to cover some important stuff today. I see Tara's here, Digi's here, Donnie's here, Karen's here. Phil's here with all the pun jokes. If you've not met Phil, Phil is full of. He's got all the good puns. So bring it on. Bring on as many sticker puns as possible. So getting right into it. Today's game plan is discover your cash flow community, number one, right? We're going to find trends in that are cash flow trends. We're going to create the Google form, and we're going to launch your sticker form with ad. So if that sounds like a game plan, we will get right into it. I don't know how long this is going to be all full disclosure, but we're going to do in as much detail to cover this stuff as it needs to be. And then there is a VIP session for if you bought VIP after this. So that in mind, this is gonna be part, like, slides, part learning, and then there's gonna. I'm actually gonna demonstrate every single one of these steps that we have to do. So we're gonna pick a cash flow community, we're going to find the trends, we're gonna do the Google forum, and then launch the stickers with ads. I won't actually do that because I don't have the ads manager on this computer, but I'll do it and I'll film it and we'll talk about it later. So if you guys don't know me, my name is Madison I live on a cow ranch in the middle of beautiful central Oregon, and I do this nerdy funnel stuff for fun. So I am a clickfunnels ambassador. There's actually Donnie and Terry from Funnel Hacking live in the photo. A published author. I am entrepreneur. I've got multiple patents. I've been on funnel Hacker tv. I'm a certified funnel builder. I'm all the stuff, right? Uh, but a while ago, I was just like, you. Like, I couldn't figure out this whole online business thing. I spent a lot of money in coaches and courses and. And all of that. And this moment right here was kind of a turning point, right? I had. I'd finally figured out kind of a hidden secret, a hidden gem in terms of a funnel, and I had, like, 187% opt in rate. I'm still like, maybe Russell can give me an award for that. I think it's probably the highest. And when I launched this, if you guys know my story, you know, this is a fishbowl funnel. You know, this is the ultimate softball giveaway. You know, it's how I met Danny and all that. Cover that a little more later. But I launched this funnel, and I launched this community. And about the third or fourth week of doing this, I did a mystery prize Friday, and I went live with stickers. And that was the first thing I had really sold to this group of people. And everybody's like, sticker, sticker, sticker, sticker, sticker. Like, where's the link? Where's the link? Where's the link? Like, and for somebody who had sat on the sidelines and struggled and struggled and struggled. I'd done Shopify, I'd done Print on Demand, which really, if you know anything about it, is just, you know, give Mark Zuckerberg your money and hope that you can make a little bit back and to have this moment happen. After struggling for so long, I made this post on Facebook. And this was actually June of last year, 2023. And it's like, I finally get it. I understand why we play this game of entrepreneurship, right? I finally got it. Like, you get your first sale online, you're like, this is it. Like, I'm just kind of, like, addicted to it. And see, the thing is, they all loved the idea of stickers. That's why they all bought. That's why they all rushed to it, right? But for me, as entrepreneur, it became overwhelming because I had to come up with a new design. It was called Softball Sticker Club. And I was trying to do the linchpin model, and I was trying to get a monthly recurring subscription, and. And it became overwhelming. I really ended up with all of these stickers that nobody wanted. And here I am back to this ground zero point where I feel like I'm a complete failure when it comes to online business. Nobody wants what I want. They slowly stopped paying their subscription, and I finally gave up, and I closed it down. And I'm like, well, it was good while it lasted. Like, I had fun making some of the stickers when it wasn't overwhelming, when it wasn't frustrating. And I'm like, well, I guess it just is what it was, right? And I. And I kind of moved on. I have a SaaS product we're developing, and I'm like, well, that was cool. But I'm like, I'm also kind of a hoarder of stickers. So I'm like, well, I won't throw the stuff away. Like, I had the stickers and I had the mailers, and I had the little. The little cards that go with them to get your discount to buy again. I'm like, I just kind of shoved it all in the garage. I have this, like, TV cabinet in the garage, and I just. Where I make my stickers and all that. I just shoved it all in. I just closed the door, right? And then I'm on one of Russell's lives. He's talking about Trey Llewellyn's coming. He's gonna do ofa E. Com. And I'm like, okay, okay, I'm all in on that. Like, that sounds kind of cool. And I had no idea what it was going to be about, but I was like, I actually made a comment on it. Russell shouted out the comment. I kind of felt like I needed to do something with that. And Tara's like, what, you close off all Singer Club? Yes, I did close. I did. I canceled everybody's subscription, the remaining three people, and I closed it. But we're going to find out what was next, right? And so the OFA challenge came out. I was a little reluctant at first, and Dan Havey's like, have you watched it? And I'm like, no, Dan, I'm doing the whole SaaS thing. I couldn't sell stickers. I couldn't give them away. And he's like, you have to, like, you have to take a look at this, right? So I binged all the content. I watched Trey on 2.5 speed. He's hilarious. And I thought to myself, hmm. I felt like a lot of the moment, like, when I Discovered a fishbowl funnel. And I'm like, what if this could work? So I did the work. I went through the process. I followed X, Y, and Z that Trey talks about, and I launched the funnel, and within a few hours, I got my first order. This is within the. Of the, like, the ad going live. But as I started to go through this process and I watched other people go through this, I realized there's a missing piece that's not taught in of aecompany, especially when it comes to stickers, actually, when it comes to, like, print on demand and all that stuff. But mostly we're talking about stickers today, right? And Russell's like, wait, what? And it all comes because of, like, everything I've learned and the print on demand stuff and the other things I've done. I realized that they don't tell you guys how to make these stickers, don't tell you guys how to find these winning ideas. They just tell you guys how to sell them, but. But not to actually how to find the winning designs. And so that's why this masterclass comes and says Phil. Phil. Thank you, Phil. Inspiration to be a sticker queen for everybody. I don't know. Sticker queen, sticker hoarder. I'm definitely a sticker hoarder, sticker junkie. So that's why. That's why I kind of wanted to develop this masterclass is so that we could actually talk through and you guys can have a better understanding of, like, how do I come up with these ideas for softball stickers? Like, how do I come up with, like, firefighter stickers and all of that stuff? Because that's not what taught. Not. That's not what's taught. Nova E. Com. It's a combination of what I've spent a hundred thousand dollars in coaching and course creation and all that stuff to learn. And it's really combining a lot of these secret ingredients from a lot of entrepreneurs coming up with my own ideas, the experience with the fishbowl funnel. And that's what's coming to sticker masterclass. So Phil said he went out to Fiverr to get some designs. Don't worry, Phil. We'll show you how to do that and use the AI with the process of it, okay? So I gotta warn you guys, we're playing a whole different game, okay? We're not playing the same old game that everybody else is playing when it comes to stickers. Right. If you're in the funnel game, you know? Right. We're gonna do things a little bit Differently. See, the game that everybody else is playing is make 5,000 stickers and put them on Etsy, right? Etsy's a lot like Amazon. It's a search engine. But that's not the game we're gonna play, right? That. That game doesn't set you up for success. It doesn't set you up to win, right? Having a store like this where you have to come up with 591designs or 1345 designs, I mean, let's face it, that sounds pretty dang hard. Like, who wants to do, like, 500 stickers? Like, I'd give up at, like, 5, most likely, right? Instead of the game we're gonna play is highly niched, high hyper focused, and we're come up with one to three winning stickers. If you can do this one to three winning stickers with what I teach you, plus what I have learned from OFA Ecom, you can sell, you know, between hopefully eight to thirty dollars a day in stickers, right? Make a little bit of money. Cash flows itself. You add all the upsells to it. And if, like, if it was mostly, it's 98 passive, you got to fulfill the stickers. When money's coming in, that's not a problem. Right? And so this is how I went down this path. This is why I was so successful. And Tara said you closed softball sticker club. And I did. I closed it in terms of a subscription, and now I just sell one or two winning designs. Here's an example of a design that I absolutely loved. I loved everything about it. Nobody else did. Right. But I didn't go through the process, and I didn't really have the missing steps is what Trey talks about. So I will say I'm not claiming all of this information. It's my own secret sauce on it. But the linchpin for me selling stickers was of AECOM challenge, so. But we have rules to be successful, right? You got rules to be successful in this master class. Number one, you got to do the work, okay? You got to invest time and or money. You can't cut the steps, and you can't launch too soon, right? If you can do that. When I talk about money, I'm talking under $100. And if you can do that, that's what can help you get your first sticker sale in seven days and continue to make sales every single day. Okay? Sound like a plan? So we're committed to doing the work, showing up, actually doing the steps, investing time and or money. If you don't have the money to invest, you can do the whole time part of it. We're not going to cut the steps. We're not going to just jump ahead to the end. It's part of the reason this is designed the way it is and you can't launch too soon. Almost should lock everything. Like, if we ever. If I made this as a course, I would lock it. You couldn't move on to the next step until you got your batch. Okay, so getting your first sticker sale in seven days. We're going to break this down into two sessions today, and then there'll be another repeat of this session on Friday for those that can't be here. And then we're going to do the second session next Monday at 2:00pm, 2:00pm Pacific, 5 Eastern. So session one today is going to cover your cash flow community. What the heck am I talking about? How do you find one? We all want a cash flow community. We're also going to cover bestseller hacker. This is how you go out and find designs that are already selling. And then let's hear it. That's going to be putting this all together into a Google form, which is the big training in OFA Ecom. Okay. Session two is we're going to talk about mining for gold, the undercover sales funnel. And do you like it? Right. At that point, if you've gone through all of these steps, you should have one to two really good, solid, winning designs that A, your audience has already told you they want that, B, you already have an idea that they're selling. Right. Because we've used themes and concepts. And then with do you like it? You should have a good idea if people are gonna buy it on Facebook app. Okay. These are all set up in the same way. If you're in the monster academy, you'll. You'll kind of get the do you like it? Is similar to a monster testing method. Okay. So this how it lines out. So today you're going to do your cash flow community. If you went through and you were like, all right, I have an hour today. I have an hour for the next 14 days or the next seven days, you spend an hour finding your cashflow community. It's been an hour doing your best seller hacking. And then you need to spend probably 20 to 30 minutes putting the Google form together, which is. Let's hear it. Maybe you guys spend another 20 minutes and watch that. Okay. Once you hit 50 to 100 responses on that Google form, then you can mine for gold. Okay. And then you can mine your gold badge or mine For Gold Badge. Then you're going to build out a basic funnel, remember, and talk about that next week. And then you're going to go through and launch these Dyl, do you like it? Ads. It's simple. This the funnel. Don't worry about it. Don't forget about it. I'll give you a template and click. Funnels is simply going to be just an order form. Okay. It's that easy because we're looking for metrics on the Facebook side. And then we do, we're going to decide on the winner of our ad, like, which sticker is going to be the right winner. And then we're going to launch our undercover sales funnel. And then that will lead us into actually launching ads. Spending about $10 a day going through, giving it time to optimize, analyzing your ads. My goal for everybody is that when you do your undercover sales funnel, you have already gotten a sale. Like, that process will lead you to your first sale. Okay? Because if we do it right and we engage with the people, they're already gonna tell us what they want. We just have to make it and then we just have to sell it to them. Okay? We just got to present them with an offer. So that's the process. And then if not, and we got to run Facebook ads, then we'll go through that next. That next chunk, which is launching your ads, scaling them, spending about three times what your lowest cost or your lowest cost sticker is. Okay? Sound like plan. Everybody with me still? So if you were with us on Black Friday for Danny's thing, you underst. You heard the three rules of stickers. Okay? But I'm going to go over them again if you weren't there with us. Right? Three rules of stickers. Number one, your stickers are not for everyone. And that's a good thing. Okay? This is talking about that super hyper focused niche. Okay? Number two, we're gonna create designs that people want. This starts by actually doing that bestseller hacking. And then number three, we're gonna give them what they already told us they want, which is what we're gonna find out through that Google form. Now, I will say there is a fourth rule that I did not share. You're going to stay away from IP and trademarks. I like to say, I don't want the mouse after me. And that's exactly what you would do if you did the Pixars, the Marvels, the Disney stuff, right? And same with the US Military. And Phil, I can put in a pixel thing to show you guys to set the Head up. That's not a problem. So the big chunk, what we're going to do today is we got to discover our cash flow communities, and I really got to unpack what that means for you guys. Right? This is AKA your niche. What's IP Intellectual property. So these are trademarks, brand names. We don't really want to go off and, like, sell Facebook stickers. So. So your cash flow communities, there's really five different aspects to them in a pixel. A pixel is your Facebook. Pixel is what you put on your website. So Facebook can retarget to people and can go back and know if you get sales so that it can find more people like that. Okay. Your cash flow community has a few aspects to it. Number one, it has a core, AKA a fan. Right. We're going to cover each one of these independently, number one. Number two, it has to have people that buy products. If you have an amazing cash flow community, I'm trying to think of one, but people don't buy anything for it. Then it's no, it's not cash flow apart. Right? There's no. That's not there. It's just a community. Right? It's just you hang out and you have a lot of fun. We want people that are actually out there actively buying products. I don't care if it's T shirts or signs or whatever, but they're buying, they're spending money on this cash flow community. Right. Number the next one is there's a tribe identity to them. Okay. Meaning they gather around. Next thing is gather. They have some type of identity of who they are. This is why it allows us to find these niches really easy. Next is gather. They all meet in one way or another. So this allows us to leverage these people down the road as affiliates, as brand ambassadors. And the last one is that they have pride in what they do. So this is either an occupation or it's a sport or something they've been through. Okay. So that's kind of what goes into this community to really find a really good one is they're buying products. They have a tribe, they have pride, and they gather in one way or another. Right. Gather could also be on a Facebook group, meaning we could target them easier. But at its core, it's all about a fan. And a fan is just somebody who has an enthusiastic admiration, support and loyalty towards a particular brand, product or service. Okay. This is really kind of the first lens. I want you guys to think this through. Why fans? Because we can target them on Facebook. They're in communities. And groups, and they can be polarizing. Now back to Tara's comment. She said, you shut down softball sticker club. And Tara knows me from the monster days, and she knows what I built in my softball community. Got it over to 5,000 people. And it just was a lot of work, right? It was. It was a long days. It was just a lot to do. And so I did. I kind of walked away from the whole softball thing. I had other opportunities, had other things I wanted to pursue. I got, honestly got a little bored from it. And I'm here one day and I actually get a Facebook message, and it's from one of the group members. This is. Granted, it's been six months. I had not done a giveaway for six months. I had not gone live in that group for six months. Probably honestly, realistically longer than that. And this message comes through and it says, can you still buy ultimate softball merch books, stickers, etc. I've missed seeing your posts and videos. Hope all is well. Okay. If you don't build this cash flow community, if you just go after random things, you don't get this. You don't get these people who buy into your dream and the dream you sold them. Does that make sense? Like, if you don't build the community part of it and you just go after the cash flow, then it's a revolving door of Facebook ads. Right. New prior comes in, new buyer leaves. New buyer comes in, new buyer leaves. Right. But when we can do this the right way, and I'm not saying you have to go out and you have to build a fishbowl funnel with a group of 5,000 people. Not at all. But just have that same mentality of community. And it all comes down to what we do, how we serve these people, what we sell. Yeah. Karen said. Exactly. Relationships, right? Go above and beyond. If somebody spends, they buy 10 stickers from me and it's $30. A lot of times I'll expedite that shipping or I'll throw some extra in. I'll throw in an extra sticker. Well, actually, everybody that buys gets an extra sticker. I might throw in ever. All that other softball stuff I had and then that I shut down, I'll throw some of that stuff in. I might. Somebody buys a lot of stuff, I might throw it. Assigned a book. It's taking that next step with your people. So if we're talking about the cash flow course, right. Remember, these are fans. This is where we're going to revolve everything around. So different cash flow Cores come to hobbies. Think crafts, traveling, sports. Pickleball, softball, Soccer. Passions. Family, grandchildren. Locations. National parks, ski resorts, professions. Teachers. Firefighters, Marine Corps. Now, like I said, you got to be careful that there's not intellectual property issues here, that you're not stealing somebody else's logo. Fine line to walk with national parks, obviously, anything that's US Government, but for the most part, you can find a way around these. So to help you guys find this cash flow core, I have a little secret formula. Does anybody want to know the secret formula? Anybody want to know? Okay, here, look. I got in the slides. Anyway, so your secret formula is what you love, and then finding a way to monetize that as a cash flow community. So if you love your cat or Tara loves her dogs, then. Or her chickens, then put that together, make that your cash flow community. Make that your core. My passion was to help young girls learn how to get college scholarships. So I took softball, and then I built around that because I knew that they wanted products to show off their pride, to show off what they've done to get the accomplishment. Teresa says grandparents, totally. So you can build that around a cash flow community that can become that. You can also do your profession, right. Firefighters. Firefighters. You get a little cheeky into it, right? Word is like, cops need heroes, too. It's actually a sticker I'm going to sell, and we'll talk about that during this. This whole masterclass. And really, this comes down to three steps. Stay in your lane. Then you can expand and grow, and then you can reach sticker domination. So when we talk about stay in your lane is me is really focusing on finding something that you know that is uniquely you. Right. That I'm not going to be able to come into your sticker niche and say, oh, oh, like, let's say Donnie, right? I have no idea about horror movies. Halloween is not really a big thing. I dressed up as PT Barnum for Funnel Race. That's like, the biggest thing I've done for Halloween for years, right? So I can't come into that lane of either wrestling or horror Halloween because I don't know anything about it. But he's the expert at it. He knows, like, what things make sense. And it's like, when you stay in your lane, you know the puns, you know the sayings, you know the elements, you know what matters, because these are your people. So when you're just starting out with stickers, find your passion and stay in your lane with them. Now, for example, I grew up. My dad's a Firefighter. He's second generation. I know about the fire service. I know about firefighters, know about paramedics, know about nurses. So that's the next thing that I could expand down into. I don't directly have firsthand knowledge of it. I'm not a firefighter, but I know enough like that could be my next step. And that's why it is. I've focused on softball. I know softball. Same with baseball, soccer, and volleyball and basketball. I can kind of fool myself into that. But here's the problem. When you don't stay in your lane, you sell a sticker like this, Okay, I should. I should have only done two and two, right? Doddy says definitely the people he's going after afterwards. I can't wait to see the stickers, the horror stickers and the wrestling stickers. So, for example, on the left is a sticker that's actively being sold right now on Redbubble. Okay. That's supposed to be a heart rate, a heartbeat, an ekg, basically. Look at it compared to the one on the right. I looked at this and I said, oh, my gosh, that's not right. It's like fundamentally wrong. Right? It doesn't even drop down below for what really would be like the S part of it. So you can see like a nurse is going to look at that and say, well, that's not right. Are they going to buy something like that? That shows that the person who made it knows absolutely nothing about their profession. Can you guys see, like, the part of that is like, this is how you stay in your lane. It's like, this is the benefit of it. Because you see on the right, there's the normal ekg, like, that's what the, what the left should look like. So if you're at this point, you're struggling, you're like, I have no idea what to, like, what am I going to base this around? So we have a cattle ranch. We have 64 acres. This is actually one of our cows and her calf from last year. And when we bought this place, I had had PBR bucking bulls and they were in Oklahoma, so I didn't have actually have them here. And when we, when my parents and I bought this, this ranch in central Oregon, the, the people had been leasing it before us. They raised these high end Angus and Hereford cattle. Like, this is, this is one. She's never going to be eaten. Her calf is not. Was not eaten. Is not going to be eaten. The calf's like a $9,000 bowl. We raise them for genetics. Okay? So don't worry about it there. None of these are ever going to be hamburger, okay? But when we, when we got this place, it was leased by another people. And this is kind of the guy that showed me how. Showed me about these cows, showed me about the money in them, the. The breeding them for their genetics, not for me. And we have a little bit of a joke about him. He's this guy, right? He knows absolutely everything about the feeder cattle market and, and these cows and their genetics and what they are great, great, great, great great grandmother sold for. But he has no common sense. He cannot carry on the conversation about the weather, about the mall, about cars. It is either cows or it's fishy. So I bring this. I'd like. I tell you guys this story because if you're thinking about, like, I'm struggling, I don't even know what my cash flow community would be like. You're this person who, when you're at a party and nobody wants to talk about cows, like, if you're that bought into something, that's your cash flow community, right? What will you talk about for free? What? Like, unfortunately, I don't know how we could sell funnel stickers. Maybe there's a way. But like funnels or cows or softball or skiing or crafting, right? Like, what do you talk about for free? What would you like if somebody came up to you and said, okay, Madison, Here is. Here's 30 minutes for a TED Talk. What are you gonna talk about? Well, I'm probably gonna talk about something business wise. I'm talking about how you sell stickers, how you build a SaaS company, how you go all in. If all he knows is cows, then go to where the cow people are. Yeah, exactly, Right. Unfortunately, as cow people do have to interact with normal people. So that is one of the unfortunate things. But I would be uniquely. Me and my friend Matt, we'd be uniquely skilled at making cow stickers, right? Ranch stickers. Holy cow. There's our first pun. Maybe it's our second pun. But if you had a TED Talk, what would you talk about? Right? Terrorists can talk about dogs. Donnie's gonna talk about how he lost so much weight doing wrestling. Right? We all know what that is. The same thing. The other way you can also ask it is like, what do you nerd out about? Like, what do you get super excited about? Like, what do you watch documentaries on? Like, my husband loves military history, so he'll watch. He loves history in general, but he'll watch all these documentaries about World War I. Well, that's his cash flow community, right? My mom loves her cats. She'll tell you all about her cats. That's her cash flow community, right? So she's uniquely skilled to go down that path. Tell about your doodle idea. Oh, I'll show you how I came up with the doodle idea, Tara, because I was using this exact framework. So the other part of it is tribe identity. Right? And the reason that this is so important is it's because how they're identified by other tribe members and because we all want to be found by our people. That allows us to buy merch, allows us to find each other. I remember going to funnel hacking live and being in the Portland airport, and I saw somebody with a clickfunnels backpack, like. And I'm like, that's my person. Like, they're going there. They're a funnel hacker. Maybe you guys. Maybe you guys saw this post by Russell. It was at this point where it was at the Netflix Jake Paul versus Mike Tyson. And Russell showed this photo, and he said, mike Tyson's a funnel hacker. If you were on the fence about that fight to begin with, like, I was. I was like, maybe I'll watch it. I saw this. I'm like, I'm all in on Tyson. So Karen says food. You're also addicted to Young and the Restless. Young and the Restless. That would get you a little bit of a trademark infringement. But maybe you could find a way around that where you didn't reference the show and maybe you referenced some of the things that are said or. Right. Like you would know what to say that would resonate with other people without having to say Young and the Restless. The other thing is, who's heard of friendship bracelets? Taylor Swift, right? They all have these friendship bracelets, and they all wear them and they all trade them and they. They make them before they go to a concert because you see somebody walking down the street, maybe you even saw the thing that came out. It was a big deal that Prince William was wearing a friendship bracelet. Like, he's a swifty, right? He. His daughter made it for him, and he's wearing a friendship that made, like, front page news, right? Are you guys kind of starting to see, like, how this comes together, like, the importance of this? So how can we leverage this tribe identity? Well, if we know that these people all gather, they all want to be spotted by their other tribe members, then we can make shirts like this or stickers like this, right? Sell products like this. I'm in my baseball mom era, which I Think also relates back to Taylor Swift. I'm not as big of a Swifty as I used to be, but you guys can start to see how we can play into that tribe identity. Now. I've kind of known this, but I hadn't thought about it in this way until actually Trey said this. We're not selling products, we're selling communities. I mean, he actually said this about another group of people, somebody else who was trying to sell stickers. And it's like, you're not selling a bow hunting sticker. You're selling a community that goes with it. So that's how, by selling this concept of community, like, I'm one with you, that's how I was able to get this person to remember. Not only just remember, who's remembered a Facebook ad you saw six months ago and didn't buy or did buy, right? I have a hard time remembering if I bought something and like Black Friday came out, there's some courses, and I'm like, did I buy that? Do I have that? I don't even remember. But here's somebody six months later that was like, can I still buy your stuff? Right? So if you want, if you're struggling, you're like, well, do they have a tribe identity? Do they buy stuff? Right? Like, is there a book on Amazon? Are there T shirts? All their Shopify stores are there Etsy products, right? This guy, like, we know right now, he's a Jeff Gordon fan. He's a NASCAR guy, right? But he stands out. And other. Right? They are the most creative with their race gear. Okay? That's the tribe, and that's going to lead us into the next point, which is gather. And we really have to make sure that our cash flow communities gather at places, right? That we have someplace we can go to get in front of them, that we can leverage people to become brand ambassadors, right? That's the key that really makes this thing multiply. I'll go back to this. This is. Her name's Rainey and she's a teacher in Oklahoma. And she, in my softball community, I think, didn't hardly buy anything. I think she bought maybe one or two things, but she invited like 900 people. Like, I don't even think her town has 900 people. Right? She became a brand ambassador of what I do now. The same day she sent this message, I sent her a link to my Amazon book. I was like, hey, I got the books on Amazon. She bought 16 of them. Okay? This is almost like Grant Cardone saying to the guy, like, he's tried to sell this guy everything, every single thing he had until he sold him, like, a $50,000 offer. And the guy bought, Right? Like, we don't know what offer our people want. But remember, we're selling communities, not products, right? So if we're selling communities, there has to be some type of community to begin with. And when we can do this the right way, we can leverage people like Rainy to become brand ambassadors for us. So that's the other big thing, right? Because now if they all gather in one place, you can. You can imagine, like, she's going to open, like, look at this cool sticker I got. Look at this softball sticker. Or she's going to have it on her Tumblr or something like that. And other people are going to ask about that. The other thing is, if they gather, it allows us to target them. Allows. If it's all in a Facebook group or. Or even Facebook interests are just places people gather. Facebook's just gathered us all together. If we're all fans of Russell Brunson, Facebook has just put us all in that bucket. Okay. We're wrapping up our cash flow community course pretty soon. So the next one is pride. This is one of the really key things. Do they want to show off their connection? Do they want to show off their community? There is some that may not want to show it off, right? That's why you would want to stay away from eating disorders or anything like mental illness. And people don't want to show that off, but they want to show off that their son's in the Marine Corps. They want to show that off. They'll buy products, they'll buy stickers, they'll buy T shirts, they'll buy flags. There's another thing. I saw this post, and it actually said, so what's. So what is this sticker all about? And if you don't know what this sticker is, it's the iaff, The International association of Firefighters. It's a professional firefighter unit. And my whole life growing up, we always had one of these on our car because my dad was a paramedic, but he was a member of the iaff, and it really was. He always said, because if you ever got pulled over by a cop, you would get that kind of that brotherhood, right? You would get that benefit of the doubt a little bit. So, like, you. Because they were all identified, right? Like, that was a. Just a giant sign that I am one of you. Okay? That's what we're looking for. If we can find this community that we are uniquely special to talk about. Right. Only us can serve these people. Only us can come up with these ideas. Like, Tara's got a doodle. I have an Australian shepherd. I mean, the Australian shepherd is awfully cute, but am I gonna be connected to doodle people? No. Let's have an Aussie. It's not even an Aussie doodle. So not only am I not gonna really. When it gets a little hard, or maybe it doesn't go as smoothly or the new has worn off of this idea, am I going to still be committed to doing it? Probably not, because it's not my true passion. It's not something that I am uniquely skilled to help people with. Right. I'm not super, like, I'm all in on doodles. No. Because I'm like my Australian shepherd. But Tara would be like, man, this doodle sticker is the best. I'm going to keep running the Facebook ads this because I believe in this. Okay. So that's kind of what I want you guys to think about when we talk about cash flow communities. It's like, what would you talk about for free? What could only you talk about? And then let's now find out if there really are products, and then we'll. You'll know, most likely know you're like, hey, there's a tribe identity. There's a movement behind this. Yes. Okay, so this is going to lead us into our next section. So does anybody have any questions at this point? Any questions about cash flow communities? Also, if you have an idea which one you're going to target, then drop it in the chat, drop it in the comments, let me know. What are you thinking? I think we're thinking Karen might be able to talk about some sayings from Young and the Restless. I think you do something about, like, soap operas, kind of like. We'll look at that. We'll look to see about that. Anybody have. Of course, Phil's going after skiing. See, I know nothing about skiing. I've been snowboarding a handful of times. I'm not going to be able to come into that niche. Right. That's also how it allows you to really lean into that. Of course, Tara's got dog groomers. I also think Quilters. Yes. I think you can also go into dog parents. I just know, like, with other things we've done, the dog groomers might be slightly harder to target, but you could target them to sell the products themselves. Right. To sell their own stickers to their. Or give away their stickers. Kind of like the marketing angle. Of it. Karen says hot sauce, of course, because she's got. She's the hot sauce queen. And I think the thing with there is like, you can play into that too hot. Right? Like the warning signs. You can do lots of cool things with that. And for a lot of you guys, these might lead into your other sales of your products. Okay. But we'll talk about that when we talk into session too. But this is what you guys all came for, right? Is best seller hacker. Now this really is one of the big areas that I found is missing of a. Right. And I was actually Karen and I were talking about this. I'm like, ofa E Comm is great if you already have a product. If you don't or you're not super in love with it or maybe it's a little harder to sell, then this is where that training really kind of falls short. But I love. Don't we tell Trey this, right? Because I love him. And the training is by far one of the best trainings that there is out there. So Donnie says, I want to stay away from ip, but I want to make stickers off famous or popular sayings that they've said in wrestling horror films. Yeah. I think once you see, like what is out there, by doing the bestseller hacking of it, you'll kind of get an idea of where you can go. And the key to this, we don't want to steal other people's ideas. Kind of like funnel hacking. We don't actually just go out there straight up and copy or design hacking that Katherine has. We really want to see, like what is already selling in different forms. Then we want to take the themes, the sayings, the colors, and really even to some degree, the products. But we're gonna just focus mostly on stickers. But if we can take the themes and what's in it, we take the sayings. We can take kind of inspiration from the colors. Even if it's on a T shirt. If it's on a T shirt, it's most likely going to sell on a sticker. Right. Because we can sell that sticker for cheaper than the T shirt. And if not, then we can do print on demand T shirts. You could do canvases. If you find something that maybe really just resonates with people on a shirt. So what if there's no stickers in the search? Well, this is where we get into a little bit of that Red ocean, blue ocean. Right. Maybe you are the first to even think about putting stickers for Young and the Restless, say, or for Wrestler Saints. Or maybe, like, I found out the people who are, who you're targeting, they don't love stickers. It's just not their thing, right? So a couple weeks ago, I thought, can I make myself this challenge? And I had not, I did not have an idea that I was going to sell this masterclass. It just kind of came about. And those of you guys that are in the monster Academy, you know about this, right? Is could I tap in 30 days what I sell my stickers in a brand new niche that I know nothing about now. Actually want to let me pull this up? I wasn't going to share this, so I did. Favorite thing we like to do is a spinny wheel, right? I chose a spinny wheel and it landed on CrossFit athletes. And I've never done CrossFit. I'm not really a fan of it. And so I thought, well, let's give it a go, right? And I came up with a really cool design. I fell in love with this sticker idea. It says every woman should know how to clean. Okay. Right. And she's doing like a clean. It's an exercise. So I'm like, I'm going to run my. The just the format. I'm going to teach you guys right here. The framework of this and so says what saying would you buy on a sticker? Burpees would not recommend is that every woman should know how to clean. No. Okay. I think actually every woman should know how to clean is only 16.9%. So imagine this is why all of this is so important. And I found this saying off of doing. What we're going to talk about in just a minute is really listening to your audience. Okay, now here's the other thing. I always ask this question. We're going to get into the Google forms at the end, but just to hit this point about what if there's no stickers in that niche? I have 39% of people say they buy T shirts, only 23% say they buy stickers. So when I was running this 30 day sticker challenge, I'm like, I think it's on my Instagram. If you want to go and check out the reels of it. I'm like, houston, we have a problem. Like, we found out that our people don't want stickers. And most importantly, what came down to is this 23% that said when I asked how much does the price, it says, I don't buy stickers. Okay. But this whole thing came down to it. Even if we're at like, no I won't buy stickers. 36% even. It's on their saints. And then this was the other worrisome thing. They're like, none of them. I don't like any of them. Right. So what? You could take this one of two ways, right? Like, if you don't find any stickers in your. When you do this research and you're like, number one, maybe you're the first one, and you got a total like, blue ocean. But even at the end of it, if that's not True, you've spent 20 to $30 on a Facebook ad and you've actually got data that you can go through and say, all right, this is not it. Maybe I need to sell T shirts. And that's totally fine. You can take this same framework and the same methodology and sell T shirts. Okay. Does that make sense? So don't. Don't be worried if you don't find stickers. Okay, so how do we do this? Well, I go and search in three places. To start with, I look on Etsy, I look on Amazon for specific merch by Amazon. And then the third one is redbubble. Okay? And we're gonna walk through. I'm gonna. We're gonna go over this, and then we'll actually do an example of this. I will say honorable mention, our Meta Ads library and Shopify stores. And there's actually a couple Shopify stores in particular. And then this is what I'm looking for. This is the whole goal of this section, is I wanna find about four sayings now in that Google form. You'll see there's an. Actually an answer down below for other. And that's really the magic of what Trey's training talks about, is that you can allow people to put in their own. That's how I got to. With the example of CrossFit. All of those other little chunks is because I had people that added their own. Okay, so when we go through, we do this search, Phil says, note about the stickers. It's about the message for the community. 100%. Right. But all of these sayings should connect back to that community, that identity, that who you are. Right. The pride in it. I thought with the sticker one, if you watch. I gave this example during Danny's Black Friday was why What? Why run when you could fly? And it was for the butterfly. I thought that was going to be win. Right? Instant Athlete. Just add water. Little Miss swims a lot. Making waves and turning heads. The winner of this actually was Instant athlete. Just add water. Okay. But I went through and I found that through this process of the Google form, like I said, the sayings that we're going to find when we do our best seller hacking is what's what we're gonna put in this part right here. Okay so particularly for Etsy is number one. Don't be fooled by non sellers sponsored ads and high reviews. What we're really looking for is this little thing at the bottom of the page and it is going to tell us when it was last listed. Here's a little secret on Etsy that a lot of people don't know. If you never played the Etsy game, every time something sells or every 90 days when your listing expires, it creates a brand new listing meaning it charges you it's 30 cents again. But that's how we get this number here last listed on Most likely with 142 favorites. It has sold in the last well since the 18th and I pulled that one today and just pulled a random one. It was actually was the Marine Corps mom sticker. So on Etsy when I go through and next after this we're actually gonna go through this and do this. For example for swimming I went through and looked at swimming, swimming gifts, swimmer T shirts and then utilizing the Google form or the Google, the Google sheet that I have, it actually goes through and I can put that stuff in so that I can actually keep track of it and just kind of helps me to find what I would like that can utilize it later. Right. I can always come back to it. Now this is our form right here. Let me pull screen back up. I have scenes, I have themes, I have elements, I have products and that's just the link to the Google form just to make it easy on me. Now let's go through here again and actually for fun see if I can remember what it is. Let's just go through here and spin the wheel. Oh Karen, I'll show you in a minute. Cool. Pet lovers. This one's super easy for me, right? This is in my lane. Okay, so what I'm going to do so I have Etsy up over here and probably pretty much already can guess, right? It already knows about me but I could always come through here and do an incognito window. Let's go Etsy.com. all right, so when we're thinking about dog lovers we can do obviously a couple things, right? I could go through here and go dog mom. I'm gonna go full screen on this so you guys can see. Alright, so a lot of what we have is obviously we have some customized things up here. Anytime that Etsy says here, it says ad by Etsy. Just because it's an ad does not mean it is not a bestseller. Right. For the most part they are making money on that. It's so they're running the ad. Okay, there's some foolish people like me who might run Etsy ads and not make sales. But for the most part, especially when we bundle this one together with the number of force of reviews. Now if it has no reviews, that's a red flag. Okay, so if we go over here to life is better with a dog or two or life is better with my dogs and what I'm talking about here, for example, right in demand, 32 people bought this in the last 24 hours. Okay, so let's go back actually slide that guy over here. When you do these trains like this, always a juggle with the number of windows you have to do. Okay, so we're going to say dogs or we actually had pet parents, but that's okay. Let's go like this. Okay. Ah, something with the IM with the max. I don't know why it always does that. Okay, so life is better with my dogs. That's the saying of it. So I want to come over and you guys all have access to this Google sheet as a template. And so obviously we have freeze that row. So we have sayings. What are the themes here? Well the theme here, it's pretty simple. The elements we have dog prints. Now this one might be a little unique because if we scroll down here, if I can get this to go down, this actually allows for customization. Not all of these I would say is best if you can to customize them because for a lot of you guys, especially when we're trying to figure out like simplicity, you're going to buy these from like Vinyl disorder, you're by 25 or 50 of them at a time. That doesn't work to have it be completely, to have it completely customized. So Karen, I found all of these sayings up here using this same process. So if we get close out of that, so over here on Etsy, remember Etsy is always going to open it as a new tab for the most part. So obviously for the most part, unless I'm real committed to making these at home with my Cricut, maybe things like that, I am going to stay away from things that are personalized. So that one is obviously personalized. But like dog mama, right? So I can put geez, I can't spell Today. So this one is like, I could say script font. It's got a heart with a paw. It's on a sweatshirt. I think this one was a sweatshirt as well. And then let's keep looking through here. And remember, we do want to go down here. It's in Demand. It's in. Six people have bought it the last 24 hours. I scroll all the way down to the bottom. It was listed on December 2nd, and it's had about 1800 favorites. So this one, even though it's an ad, is in super high in demand. I will say don't be fooled by these things down here. Right. Dogs make my life better. People may not actually be buying that. That's just Etsy suggestion. Now, the other thing is Etsy is going to default to most relevant. You can also go to newest. So here's one that's customized. That one doesn't have very many, you know, doesn't have very many reviews on it. I would definitely probably stay away from that one. When we're looking at recents, we want ones that have sold over and over again. So dog mom. We could also put that over here and say slash dog mom, paw in hand. Right. All I need is coffee and my Malibu. Now you might want to come through here and say, all I need is coffee and my dog. Now, that one, you could get super niche down and be like. Like, we could target coffee and people that also love dogs. So can we take those sayings then? That's not stealing. We're simply going to use this as inspiration, and we're going to be changing enough of the design that I would not consider it stealing. It is no different than going off of somebody's funnel and like, funnel hacking them. So obviously, if it's all I need is coffee, that's been used tons of different times. But yes, if you get. If you're really worried about it, then I would twist. You would twist it a little bit. Right. But for the most part, I don't worry about it. I would just stay away from like, your. Your names of, like, Marvel and Captain America, those types of things. Okay, so we have over here all of the coffee. Different types of coffee. I'd probably stay away from the Starbucks design. I have sold. I'm telling you guys the dirt. Now, if you're gonna sell something that's slightly trademarked, like I sold. Do I have a copy here or not? I think they're all in the. The. In the garage. The softball girl. But I changed it a lot. But it was still the Starbucks thing. That's not something I've ever ran as a Facebook ad. There's always something that's hidden behind like an OTO in my funnel page. Okay. So you do have that option which will give you a little more protection. All right, so Stella's first Christmas, we could do something like puppies first Christmas. Obviously I'd probably stay away from Christmas just because it is also we heard there is cake. It's seasonal. Right. You paused here. How lucky I am that to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. I love this one. Treat dealer. I love that one. Right. But here's where you get into something that like, you may love and you may find out your Google form will. Will actually tell you if it is something that is is a good idea or not. We have in our dog mom era. Now the other thing we can do is we can go top reviews and see this changes things a little bit. So we obviously have in our dog mom era. Dog mom era. I can't talk right now. I'm doing dog Mom. That was a tick tock trend. But if it's Christmas now, that wouldn't work to use now. I think you. You totally could. If I would just rather like, let's set up something that sells every single day and then that could be a special that you branch off with at just Christmas time. But by all means, you can definitely do seasonal things. This is the time to do them. So let's say I can't talk right now. I'm doing dog mom. Shit. Okay. Actually, I didn't finish Sonic coffee mug. This had a treat on it. This was also a shirt. Just words. So like, it was just words. That's something we want to actually. We want to use. Right? We want to know that it's just words. Actually, that actually has just a paw print. The. The treat dealer one. And it's just words. And it's awfully. I'm only talking to my dog today. Yes. See now this is something, let's say simple because I cannot spell today. I always get on these slides and I can never spell. Tara says, I'm only talking to my dog today. Now the thing with that is like, that's a perfect example of somebody actually coming through and being like, all right, here is adding one. And that's the benefit of the Google form is you can have people actually add their own sayings into them. So this one's obviously pretty simple. It's pretty easy. The more people I meet, the more I like my dog. Yeah, exactly. The other thing Is like, you can also do like, I like three people and my dog. There's a couple different ones. Like, you can play around with that. So now the other thing is like, we can search dog mom, gifts. Cat mom, Dog mom. We're looking at tumblers. I just want to drink wine and pet my dog. Now there is another thing, and I'm on an incognito window. So let's drag this window back over. There's a tool called Salesam. Right. And I probably have to log into it. Hopefully this is the right account. Nope. Nope. Okay. But this. What this will allow you to do is it'll actually show up the search volumes so you can see. And so what I. Karen, what I actually do is I. And I'll show you guys. I'll make a video about sales Samurai so you guys don't have to watch me try to guess my password and I'll post it up in the group. I search by most relevant. But I also look at top reviews and newest. And when we come to newest, we definitely want to make sure, like this one dogs because people suck. That's a. Newest, because most likely it's only been listed once. Because if it's newest, that'll also be the things that are just. That have just been listed today that have never sold, but they're also going to be the things that sold three times today. And these. These reviews will get you because they're for all their products that have. Have been sold. So just know that. Just. You just got to kind of be aware of that. Okay. So professional patience teacher. I'm just kind of scrolling through here. Fetch this. Right. We're kind of seeing. We're going to avoid things that are personalized just for now, unless you have the capacity to make the stickers yourself. But I think we have a pretty good list for Etsy. I think we've covered a lot of them. Now the other thing you can do is you can come over here and search for stickers. I work hard so my dog can have nice things. Now this one, we would want to change that up a little bit. Proud, proud mom. Proud parent of a dramatic dog. Right? Proud parent of a dramatic dog. And I work hard so my dog can have nice things. This will really give us a really good idea of the most popular things, especially since we're really leaning into stickers. I. That's Bluey, Obviously, I would stay away from Bluey. This one, if we're talking about, like, what is the appeal to this one right here? Okay. What is going to elicit community about this. This is just a dog, but this one is probably other than it is a lab. A Labrador. Right. But for the most part I'm not going to see this one and instantly relate to like I only, I'm only talking to my dog today. Does that make sense? Are you guys kind of starting to see like how you can actually go through and find designs that we know are already selling because the data tells us that they are. Does that make sense to everybody? Sorry, can't Dog Spy. Right. There's tons of different options here, physically here, mentally at home with my dog. Okay. We're actually getting too many. I really would say only choose about three or four. Okay. So you see on Etsy we're gonna search like the overall theme. We're search like the theme with gifts at the end of it and like what they identify themselves as with like T shirts or sweatshirts, hoodies. All right, now on Amazon, this is a little bit different. On Amazon we're looking for something with like our cash flow community with gifts at the end of it or searching Merch by Amazon. Now to open that, we're look over here on Amazon. And so I'm going to search Dog Mom. And Merch by Amazon is just Amazon's print on demand. And Karen, of course you can get, you're gonna get the replay of this. It's not a problem. So you see a lot of them are Dog Mom. We can also come up here and make sure we're doing best sellers staffing Mom Proud Bully Mom, My healer and I talk about you. Aussie mom, Best dog mom ever. Right? If people are buying these shirts, they are going to be buying your sticker. Now the other thing we want to look for on Amazon is this best seller ranking. And I believe this is, this is popping up because I have an app called Book Bolt, Book Beam, Bookbeam. And that's going to tell me that rating. I want to kind of keep it around 200,000. So if I get rid of the Merch by Amazon part and I just say Dog mom bestseller, Dog people pens. Right. So look, this one sells quite a bit. This one I was assume sells a lot actually. I work hard so my dog can have nice things. That's one we already pulled. Let me go full screen so you guys can see this. Sorry, I can't. I have plans with my dog. I was told there would be dogs. I like big mutts and I cannot lie. Tell your dog I said hi. Right. Those are all things that we could include in Our stickers, right? If they're buying pins with this on it, with these sayings on it, they're most likely going to buy stickers. They maybe just have not seen a sticker that says, I like big mutts and I cannot lie. Okay. And I was just looking to see. There's also for cat people, parents, tons of offensive crayons, tons of different things here. Right. And we got people given tons of reviews about them. So if we go back to our Google form here, we can also add this one down here. Okay. And we go back here to Amazon. I can't get up right now. My dog is on my lap. Maybe doesn't work so much for a Tumblr. This could also work for a coffee mug. Best dog mom ever. It's pretty simple just to scroll through these. You could do this one right. Every meal you bake, every snack you make, every bite you take, I'll be watching you. Right? There's kind of a play on the song. In this house, we narrate the dog's thoughts. If you have a dog, you have a dog house you like. You get that? That's right. Reserved for the dogs. Might not work for sticker so much. Right? Like, but here's like this one Dog mom, which is like the fists. You could do that as a sticker. Right? What we're doing is we're simply going through here and we're looking for suggestions for ide. You can also look for stickers just to see what's selling here. There's the dog with the heartbeat. There's. I'm only talking to my dogs today. Antidepressants, Dog Mom. See, here's people. This is like that. That tribe identity. What makes. What Karen asked. What makes you say something won't work for a sticker? I think it was something about the. This is the dogs. I don't know, like that. That would fit on a human water bottle unless it was a dog water bottle. But you know what? I've been proven wrong before, so that easily could be. It might work. Living that dog mom life like this is just showing us that exactly what we talked about, we showed with the IAFF sticker and the Marine Corps sticker is people putting this on their cars, right? Frenchies, the antidepressant. Like, that's selling quite a bit. All my kids have paws, right? Like, you guys, are you getting kind of the point of this? Like, dogs make me happy people. Not so much. I think, honestly, for this one, we have a lot of really good ideas already. Now the last place that I look is called redbubble and redbubble is a print on demand service website. Right. And a lot of what they have is they have stickers to begin with. So I'm going to look at what are the stickers that are selling and what is the top of that list. A lot of the times I don't love the stickers, but that is probably just me. Okay, so we over here to redbubble. They also have shirts and other things like that. But we search up dog mom sticker and here we can go by bestseller. Easily distracted by books and dogs. If you are somebody who is into reading right now we can narrow down talking it and kind of a little bit more into ads. But now we can narrow down, right? We can go from pets to books. People who also have pets, who also like pets and who also like books. Right. And that's where maybe an easily distracted by books and dogs makes sense. Oh my God. Screen's bigger. Yep, not a problem. Right. Easily distracted by books and dogs. Be the person your dog thinks you are. See, hold on, I see a dog doodle mom. Here's that one again. Physically here, mentally at home with my dog. There's dog mom. There's kind of the play on the Adam one. Obviously these would all kind of be like personalized. Be the person your dog thinks you are. There's one Tara could sell to dog groomers. Inhale, exhale. Dog mom. Who rescued who? Dudes before dudes. Ozzy mom, Coolest pug mom. Like really the opportunities are endless, right? Are you guys starting to see like that that there is tons of different options? Unfortunately not that I have currently found is the fact of being really able to tell how many of these have sold on redbubble. Redbubble is more someplace that I will go just to kind of like double track that I'm on the right trend. So Karen says, are you looking at price or exactly what is on top of this of the top sellers for something like this? I am only looking for the concepts because I know that when I do my Google form I'm going to ask price in that that's one of the key things. And we're going to talk about that in just a couple of slides. So but for here, for Etsy, for Amazon, for redbubble, I'm looking strictly for ideas only concepts, designs, themes, things that I'm seeing repetitively. So if I'm seeing pause repetitively, even something like on this one, if we go back up here to the top and I'M seeing labs. I'm seeing doodles. Right? Doodles are tubs. I know doodles are incredibly popular. If I'm seeing themes like that, I'm seeing like dog mom with the paws. I seen, you know, some of the dog breeds. Then I can kind of take that into mind and being like, all right, maybe I really need to focus in on doodle moms. And Tara's like just taking probably notes frantically on this. Don't stop retrieving. Right. I'm the big time what I'm looking for here. So I'm just looking for themes. Okay. Any, any questions at that point? At this point before I get, I just get too excited. I just get rolling on these things and I don't sometimes don't always pause to ask questions. All right, well, you can always drop them in the chat at any time and we always go back to them. So that is redbubble. It's not my favorite place to go, but it's going to give you a pretty good idea of stickers overall. Okay, now this I will see is some honorable mentions. Okay. Which is Shopify hacking. It just seems like there are that are they're so popular. Perhaps it's too saturated. It could be. But I think also you have to remember that when we're showing things to people on a Facebook ad through a funnel, they probably not even thought that it's even a possibility. Like they may not even know if we think about how many. I think there's probably 30 or 40 or maybe even 100 million people that like dogs or, or dog parents or rescues on Facebook. They maybe have not even thought that there's a dog mom sticker or there's a doodle mom sticker. So really that's the benefit of playing on a funnel in a Facebook ad, not the game like we talked about with you. Just making thousands of Etsy stickers is because on that front, yes, it is saturated, but that shows us that there's a demand and if we can find our people in another way, then that's a win win for us. So back to Shopify hacking. So Shopify Hacking. Shopify, if you don't know, is a online store platform where you have your own store. For example, this one sells a lot of personalized products. But this will give you a really good idea, especially if you watch their ads on Facebook. What niches, like what cash flow communities are they really focusing in on? So this one here, the year I found my missing piece. Well, that is something that you could play into. People who are newly engaged or people who are just, you know, they're newly married or, you know, you can start and see, like how you can take this in different ways and take. I wouldn't go through here and try to recreate Wonder prints and compete with them, but find themes, right? Also, if you're like, is my cash flow community really something out there? If it is on this list, and this is obviously much bigger than what I just took a screenshot of, because there's hobbies and occupation occasions and different things like that. If they're selling into it, especially if they're running ads to it, then you know, you're good when it comes to this. So it is W A N D E R Prince. Let me put in the chat. Let me double check that I get the thing right. And they sell. Almost everything they sell is print on demand because that is how they do their. That's how they're able to do the customization of it. So you guys can go back to that at a different point. But for right now, that's the link for Wonder Print. All right, now, now that we have our Google form or we have our sayings, right, Where'd they go? They're right here. Now we can make the Google form and really probably want to go through here is we're going to have to narrow this list down a little bit, unfortunately. So one thing we do is we can always go over to our friend Mr. Chatgpt and say, you are a dog mom who loves to buy dog stickers. Which of. Well, we go full screen. Hold on. Which of this list are your top four? All right, so it came up with, life is better with my dogs. I can't talk right now. I'm doing dog mom shit. I work hard so my dogs can have really nice things. And I like big mutts. I cannot lie. Which. That one I just find is just. Just hilarious. But you know what I do love? I do love me. The puns of it. Let me zoom that in a little bit too. So does that race Taboola? No, it doesn't. They're for two different things. I have not tried this on Taboola. Trends actually was something I was thinking about, but I just don't have. I just haven't tried it. So we would have to see. And maybe we can do do that in one of our VIP calls or something like that. We can try that and see which one people would prefer or like. So now that we have our top four sayings, what we're going to do is I Have already prepared this for you guys. It is in the, the membership and what it is, is the, the OFA Ecom Google form. But I put my own spin on it. I actually think, actually think I have a few more slides with this. I got. I see. I just get too excited. Just get too excited. So now that we know our cash flow community, we know who we're going to target. We have a good grasp on a number of different sane ideas. Now we got to do. Let's hear it. And what I'm talking about this and my little newsletter guy. And these are actually the stickers you guys are going to get when you post in the group your, you know, like the link to your Google form, what your cash flow community is. These are actually the stickers you're going to get. I did use AI to do them pretty quickly today, this morning. So this concept is how we're going to find out from our ideal audience about like which ones do they actually like. And like I said, I have to full disclosure, this idea was the game changers. One of the smartest things I've ever heard. I can't believe I never thought of it. From Trey Llewellyn in the OFA Ecom. Okay. And I've, I've told Trey this, like this is a game changer because what it allows you to do is what saying do they want what they buy? Do they buy stickers? How much would they pay? And would they buy their sticker if it had their saying on it? Those are the five questions that I always go with. Now if you have maybe you've already designed stickers like I had, I had a bonus question a lot of times, which is which one of these mock ups would you buy? But by all means, don't get hung up on this. Don't get stuck trying to come up with these designs and launching like remember I did with this one, come up and spend an hour or two or three trying to come up with this idea, only to find out that that's not what people want. This bonus question is only if you already have the designs, if you have the designs already or if you have maybe four or five stickers you've tried to sell, then do something like this. But for the most part just go with these five questions right here. Because the rest of the training, what we do in session two, once we have that concept that sane, that really like that really good product that people would buy, then we can work on designs and then we can go back through and do a couple different testing to where we can actually decide on do they like design A or do they like design B? Okay, see, Trey's Google form is great, but it's missing one key piece. So you remember I told you guys that I met Danny Walsh about a year, almost two years ago. It was in spring of 2023. And he talked about this concept of a fishbowl funnel. And I was on the call, Dan Haven, Andrea, and I was sitting there, and at the point, I tried to sell a course about teaching kids how to get recruited, and it was called highlight hacking. And I had failed miserably at it. And I listened to what Danny said, and I thought that might work. I'd also sold some canvases, and I had a hard time with Facebook ads, right? They're incredibly expensive, and I really. Some of them, I had a couple of them I screwed up on a couple of them, got lost in the mail, and ultimately I lost all the profit in a very, very slim margins. And so when I listened to Danny and I said, like, if I didn't have to pay Mark Zuckerberg for an audience, then I could totally, like, I could sell more of these canvases. Like, I have a product I know people want, right? At least that's what I thought at the time. And I was like, I just need a group of people. So I went through, Listen to training. I built my first fishbowl funnel, and this is the post I made. I'll go full screen on it so you guys can see. It is. I'm put in the geek out group. And I said, I launched my first fishbowl funnel, and I have eight people opted in. So seven people in my group. And that was the first day, right? If you had just eight people of your ideal audience, that'd be a game changer for your business, right? Like, especially if you've never sold anything online, if you had eight people who would buy your stuff. Who told you exactly? I'm getting ahead of myself now. Who told you exactly what they wanted to buy? That could be a game changer, right? All you have to do is make the sticker, even if it wasn't your favorite sticker. Okay. What I realized the magic of this was is that for somebody who had failed, who had tried everything online and couldn't just get anything going to get 100 group members in six days. If you go back, that's the 22nd of May, here's the 28th of May, and I said, congratulations, I just hit my hundredth group member. All because the fishbowl funnel I know the game changer that was for my business and for me as an entrepreneur, as somebody who has tried absolutely everything online and couldn't get momentum to do webinars and have nobody show up at. Even my dad, he watched the third one, he didn't even show up for it. But to have this change in philosophy, right? Just this one small tweak that changed everything I thought of in terms of my business by just knowing one thing. So while I was putting this presentation together, it actually hit me, and I am like, what if we took and we made Frankenstein's monster? Could we leverage what we know works well? But to supercharge this Google form, this Google form is amazing. And if all you did and all you got from this training, or if all you got from the OFA Ecom training, or if you got. You paid your hundred dollars and all you did was that, that this form here, you learned how to do this, it would be worth your money. It'd be worth 10 times that money. Okay, but could we supercharge it? See, the reason that Trey's form works is because it takes input from your. From your customers and. And it asks the questions, right? It allows you to survey them. It's a focus group, and really they're going to tell you what they want. But the reason a fishbowl funnel works is because people want to win stuff and they want to give you their real info. And this is where I say that the. The Google forms, just missing it slightly. Okay. Because it still does. You offer a chance to win an Amazon gift card, but what if we combine Trey with what. What the monsters do, what we teach a monster academy, which is a fishbowl funnel. That is the ultimate way to make money, right? Because we got to turn it up a little bit. We'll put a few little hacks in there, tweaks in there. But I'm getting ahead of myself, and that's going to come in our undercover sales funnel training. Okay, but that's just a teaser. What's ahead, just so you know. So let's create the OFA Ecom form. Okay? So like I said, I have put this in your members area. If you don't have access to the members areas, just shout, just let me know. But when you bought this, you would have access to it. So welcome to our dog mom sticker survey. And I'm going down here and say, hey, dog moms, we need your input on types of stickers you'll see in our upcoming collection. Fill out the quick survey and you'll be automatically entered to win an Amazon gift card. All right, I'm gonna put this guy over here. And actually, we have chat gbt. Okay, so now all you have to do is. This is already set up for you, right? How do you show your love for swimming? Oh, we gotta say for your dog. Okay. Stickers, tumblers, T shirts. This allows me to know, like, is my ideal audience actually getting the products that I'm trying to sell them? Do they want them? What saying would you want a sticker? You can choose below or patron in Life is better with my dogs. Can't talk right now. I'm doing dog mom shit. I work hard so my dogs. My dog can have nice things. I like big mutts, and I cannot lie. Right. The rest of this part of it is this other. It should have already gone with the template. But just in case it's just the extension that's in the OFA ecom. I can do a little small, little loom about that too. So if you buy stickers, how much do you pay? And I want these all you can see, these are all saying required. So I always have my lowest one be the lowest price I am willing to charge for my stickers. And this is why when Karen asked, do I look at price? I don't. Because I know where I want to price my stickers at based on asking this question. Now, for example, there will be some people that will always choose the bottom. If I had one penny, they would choose one penny for the most part. If I know that people would pay $5. And now I'm going to sell them a $3 sticker. That's a win, right? I'm not charging double what the sticker price is. And then the last one was, if your chosen sticker chosen saying was on a sticker, would you buy it? Heck, yes. No, I don't like stickers. Or maybe. Okay, so all you have to do is basically change out this section right here. How easy I've made this out to be for you guys, change out some of the words. I tried to get it every place where you have to put something in. I tried to put the little brackets in. But just so you know, there may be a few things, like, I'll try to update the template if I can, but this one says sticker. So just always read through everything. And now all I have to do is I hit the preview button. I put my email address in here. I like stickers. Life's better with a dog and 399. Heck yes. Okay. And now my. My submission's been made. But how in the heck do people see it? How do people even find out about it? Well, you are in luck. There's a few more slides. Okay, any questions on that before I move ahead? I can make a further in depth training talking about that too, if anybody has questions. Okay, now you can post this in groups. Remember, we're looking at communities where people gather. If you have an email list. And see, Karen's an OFA ECOM champ, so she already knows all about that. If you have an email list, you can send this out to your email list. Especially if you. Maybe you have, like, Phil has podcast people. He could post about it on his podcast or you can launch with ads. Now, when I did Danny's Black Friday, Karen was like, how did you. What group did you post this? And I'm like, karen, I used some ad money. And just because I like to add a little fuel to the fire, I like to go fast. I don't want to wait around. I don't want to hope that it's going to work. I want to know fast. It's kind of that saying, like, I want to fail fast with this. Oops, I went too far. The wrong button. I didn't know I could tab on buttons like that. Oh, that's cool. Okay, Learn something new every day. So what you can do is you do 10 to $50 a day. The goal is we really want to get to about 75 to 100 responses. That's going to give us a really good pool because if we can get, you know, say 100 responses and we can get 30 people to like our winning design, they said that they would buy it for $3 or more, and they buy stickers, and if their design was on a sticker, they would buy it right now. That's 30 customers. We don't have to pay Zuckerberg to get those customers again. And Donnie's got to head to training, but catch the rest of the replay. Thanks, Donnie. Great having you here. Remember, we're gonna do it again on Friday, and then we'll do session Session two on next Monday. And have you bought the extra bonuses? I should have said the beginning. They'll be popping up in your accounts over the next evening and tomorrow during the day. So I'll make a post about that separately, though. All right, so we want to do is we'll spend a little bit of money on ads so that we can actually find out fast which one of these designs works. And like I said, I'm going to actually do this. I'll send you guys, I'll record a loom showing you how to do that. But what we want to do is we want to do a traffic ad to our Google form using Facebook. Facebook has different campaign objectives and what the campaign objective is. It used to be clicks, but it's now called traffic. Now the reason we have to use traffic instead of running them to say a click funnel survey is because currently we need that functionality about being able to say other to put your response in. That's the gold in this really. And that we don't have the functionality to do that in like type form or in a Google on a click funnel survey. So that's why we have to use a traffic ad. Because we're not going to be able to use that conversion data to be able to say elite. Because if we're just simply running them to Google, we can't add our pixel there. But don't worry, we're going to talk about pixels, we're going to talk about all that down the road. So this is by far one of the simplest ads you will ever run. As an entrepreneur, it is simply a traffic ad. Now what I always do is I always want to make sure that I have a really big photo that stands out. I have tried this a couple different ways. My CrossFit one did not get nearly as much traction as my swimming one did. Remember, there's this huge things attention swimmers and fans, right? We're calling out that cash flow community. We're calling out exactly those people. Take our quick survey and enter to win a 50Amazon gift card. You're like $50. It seems expensive. You can make it 20, right? Most of these people have probably never won anything in their life and they will be the best day ever when they win this. Okay, so this is going to be our photo. We're just going to come through here and it's, it's ugly, but it works and it's totally fine for it to be ugly. Right now all we're going to do is we say, hey chatgpt, can you now make a Facebook post for the survey for swimmers to help create amazing stickers they will love and that will spit you out a Facebook copy that. Then you can come through here and add into your Facebook ad. And I'm going to add an extra training that's going to walk you through that step by step. So you guys can see that in a loom how I do that. So with that being said, it's been an hour and 38 minutes for the first part of it. I thought we were going to be here about 45 minutes because we were flying through it. But as you guys have seen, we have gone from finding a cash flow community. We then found out, are they buying stuff? If they are buying stuff, what are they buying? What other things are they. What other things are they purchasing? Sayings on T shirts, on coffee mugs, on tumblers, themes that go along with them. Now we're going to use a Google form and fishbowl funnel, maybe to be determined. We got a couple. There's a. There's a. There might be a special training with that come down the road. We got to test something. And now we're going to find out our ideal audience and we're going to ask them what they want. And all you have to do at this point. Remember I told you there was three rules of stickers. It's okay for your stickers to be different. They're not for everybody. Right? Give them what they want. That's all we have to do now. I don't know how I did that, but that was awesome. Right? We just got to give them what they want. They're going to be different. We're going to stand out, be hyper focused. We're not playing the same game everybody else is playing. We're simply going to give them what they want. Makes sense. Sound like a plan. Everybody good with that? All right, so with that being said, we're gonna run this training back in live again. So if you missed something on Friday, I'm gonna do it again at the same at 2pm Pacific. This is how I think we're gonna do it on Friday. For the new people who are going to come through, full disclosure, I didn't expect this to go off like this. This has been amazing. It's been a quick turnaround. So thank you guys for being here. Thank you for being understanding about. Some of the things you bought are not in your accounts yet. This is literally conceived on or come together on Friday and basically put together over the last about 36 hours. So, homework. Thank you for reminding me, Karen. Homework. I need you guys to post in the group your cash flow community. What are you going after? Right. Then the three to four sayings that you found to get your bestseller hacker badge and then to post the link for your Google form. I'll make a whole post about this in the group. But that's the goal, right? So if you can go through that process. Remember we talked about it and I don't know if I can get back to the slides or not. It's gonna be a long way back. We'll see. We'll see if we get there. We're making progress. I'm not showing you guys this because there's just like people get motion sickness with it. Okay, so as fast as you can, do community, cash flow, bestseller, hacker and put your Google form together. Remember I've set this all up so you guys can do this as quickly, giving you all the resources to do this. There's a template of the Google form in your membership area. There's also the Google sheets. You can keep track of the ideas you find. There'll be the replay. You can watch it at any time. The faster you guys can do those three things, get those badges, the faster you can mine for gold and then we can launch the other parts of it. Okay, but remember, we're not going to skip steps. We're going to go in the framework of it. Do the checklist, do the items, and from that point then we get to have fun. Find the designs that when use AI to help us to create those designs so we don't have to design them ourselves. And then ultimately the fun part which is launching them for sale. So that's the challenge. Right? First, badges you need to get cash flow, community. Who you going after? Best seller hacker. Find those products that are already winning. And let's hear it. Create the Google form, right, utilizing trace training. If you don't have it in OFA Ecom, I will drop a link, but that should be in your clickfunnels account. Okay, sound like a plan I am going to do in about at the top of the hour, 15 minutes, the VIP call if you bought the VIP. If not, I can drop a link for it. It'll be on Zoom. You can come ask any of your questions. Plus it comes with a lot of really cool bonuses. An extra VIP day where you can go through and say, hey, I didn't have these questions or I didn't here's what I got or here's where I failed or why is this not working? So all of that is coming up. But with that being said, I will see you guys all in the group post. Can't wait to see what you're doing and I'll see you guys again on Friday.
