Sam. Take me. Sa it. Take me. Let me. Let me. What up, everybody? Today is session one, take two of Sticker Master class. For those of you who were unable to join us on Monday. I'm going to see. She should be able to hear me. I can hear me. So let me know in the chat. I see Digi's here. Digi angel is excited and pumped up and ready for this. A little bit of housekeeping. This will be, for the most part, 99.9% the same information that we covered on Monday. Karen's here. She's sitting in Whole Foods. We're just gonna. I've kind of revamped the teaching of it just a little bit, but the core concepts will be everything from Monday. So if you already watched Monday, you got the graphs of it, you have your bestsellers, you have your cash flow community, you've started your Google form, then you're good to go. But if not, then watch and listen. Another thing is these replays will be coming down from the Facebook group at probably end of next week, but they'll go into your membership area, so don't worry about that. It's just as we have other people coming in, we're going to start doing these like every month or every other month teaching the same concept, which is pull my slides up. How to sell your first sticker in seven days. So I see Teresa's joining us as well. So let's talk about why stickers are the simple, simplest, and most profitable products to sell. So you guys all know I'm. I guess I'm gonna start calling myself the Sticker Queen. You guys have named me the Sticker Queen, but my name is Madison and I have a cattle ranch with my family in central Oregon. My beautiful husband and mini Aussie Reba with the cows in the background. It's incredibly beautiful. I am so blessed to get to live this life. But I am also serial entrepreneur, funnel hacker, click Funnels ambassador. I have multiple patents and tons. I've done tons of crazy, wild and incredible things. And there's actually Donnie's in the group and Terry, that's his wife there at Funnel Hacking Live. But at one point I'd given up on my online business. Maybe you are here as well, right? You've, you've tried everything and you simply, you just couldn't figure it out. Well, I had spent upwards of like almost a hundred thousand dollars on coaching programs and different things like that. And I'd done Kathryn Jones sunroom program. And I had a really cool idea that I was like, so excited about that. Nobody wanted. And it's. It's a lonely and frustrating and depressing place to be, right? Where you. You have this dream of an online business, but this. This story, you've been sold through ads that it's just like, turn on a funnel and you'll make money. You find out is really, really hard, right? Well, it got down to this point where my husband asked me. He's like, what do you want? What do you want? And I was like, well, I don't want to give up on, like, click funnels and things like that. But I kept going forward, and I had stumbled upon a concept, and what it allowed me to do is it really allowed me to build a funnel and get a lot of people in a Facebook group. And as I gave my first offer to them, I had them going crazy. I had them going nuts. They were absolutely crazy for these stickers. And it was such a high. It was such a. Like, a moment, like, I've made it. I made this Facebook post, and I said, I finally get it. I understand why we play this crazy game online entrepreneurship. And this is a meme from Russell, if you don't know this story. Russell is trying to break the Guinness World Record for selling, like, however many millions in 90 minutes, right? And he actually failed, which is honestly the funny meme to use now, right, if you know this story. Because while all these people love the idea of stickers, for me as an entrepreneur, it became overwhelming. And really, I ended up with all these stickers that nobody wanted. And it was because I didn't understand the right framework. I didn't understand the core sticker concepts. And it really was sitting here going, I can't continue to put the money into this. I saw my subscriptions to my sticker club going down and down and down. And I finally gave up on an enclosed softball sticker club now. And I kind of had just shoved it, right? I just kind of. I left the stuff in the garage where I made the stickers, and I had leftover stickers and. And tons of different stuff, right? Packaging and gifts and all that. And then I stumbled upon the ofa, the new OFA ECOM Challenge. Trey Llewellyn and Russell Brunson, right? And I thought, I have all of these stickers left over. Maybe, just maybe, I can find a way to get rid of this inventory. Maybe I can just, like, cash out. Like, I can equal out what I've spent on them. And I realized that the secret to success isn't just selling stickers. It's giving people exactly what they want, which is one of Trey's core trainings. In there is an ask campaign, right? So I did the work, and within a few hours of turning on my ads, turning my funnel live, making sure the payments actually worked, I had my first sales, and those came from the people that were my initial focus group. It was at this point and talking to a lot of you guys that I realized there was a missing part that was not taught. No Faecom. They're like, wait, what? And that's where sticker master class came from. So if it's okay with you guys, can I show you the new game to play? How to do it differently and how to make money selling stickers that sound like a plan isn't. Let me know in the chat if everything makes sense. And you want to know how to sell stickers in seven days. We have to start with this concept that we're playing a whole different game, right? See, everybody else is playing this game of indigi says yes, yes, please. Everybody's playing this Game of Make 5000 different generic sticker ideas and all these different niches and post them on etsy with the 7 million other different stickers that are on there, right? But do you want to make hundreds of stickers and simply hope and pray that people want them see these same concepts? Even if you want to play the Etsy game, they this they work, right? Like, who wants to make all these stickers? This is really where I was guilty of. I made stickers for me, but I also tried to sell them to other people, right? Who wants to get. Let's get this bread sticker, and it's a goose. Does anybody want that sticker? It's a bestseller. But imagine if the speak the sticker spoke to you, right? Here is 1300 items in an Etsy shop. Every single one of Those things every 90 days renews at 25 cents. So that there, all its own is like $500, right? A little less than that. 400. 300. 400, right. Every time it renews, even every 30 days or every 90 days. And for me, I'm like, that just sounds like hard work, right? Like, I. I'm gonna sometimes get like, it's hard to come up with three good ideas or five good ideas or five saints, right? So. So the game we're going to play is a highly niched, super focused 1 to 3 stickers. If you could do this and you can do it on repeat, you can make around 10 to 30 to 50 to 40 to $70 a day. And you're not going to have to come up and it's not going to be a full time selling stickers, right? You're going to find a winning sticker and you're going to sell it over and over and over again. It's exactly what I did with softball sticker club. Right? And ironically, this was a design that did not sell. I loved this design. Nobody else did because I didn't understand the core concepts that go into selling stickers that people actually want to buy. Right? That probably should be the name of the. Like this, it's the seven day challenge or that sticker masterclass. Sell stickers that people actually want. And to do that, we have to understand this process, right? So the game plan, you got to understand a cash flow community. You got to find this, right? You got to find these trends that people are already spending money on. You got to use Trey's ask campaigns in the Google form, give him full disclosure of it, and then you got to use stickers. You got to use ads to launch your stickers. Okay? Now rules to be successful stick your ground rules. You got to do the work, you got to invest the time, you got to don't cut the steps, and you can't launch too soon. If you agree scouts honor to abide by these sticker ground rules, then this is what's going to help you make your first sale in seven days. Okay, that all makes sense. Everybody. You guys all got that? So session one looks like find your cash flow community, discover bestsellers, and then let's get some focus group data. Now what we've done on the first session is we actually went through this whole process. We chose dog moms, we found ideas, and we're actually going to go through and look at that data because we have data now for that. Digi says thumbs up all game for this, right? So session two, which is going to be. You're watching this on Friday the 6th, will be Monday. We're going to mine for gold. We're going to learn the undercover sales funnel process, and we're going to do what I like to call the do you like it? Campaign, meaning we're going to actually test to see if people like our ad who are out to, who are buyers, who are people that are not. They're gonna actually see the design, they're gonna see the saying in it. We're gonna test that first before we spend any other additional money on ads. Okay, it looks like this. You find your cash flow community, you find the best selling the things that are already selling. Being a best selling hacker and you create your Google form, you could do that all in one afternoon, right? But I've set this out to be like it's 30 minutes to an hour a day, right? Then you're gonna launch that as a Facebook ad. And there's a training, there's a loom that shows you how to do that, which is gonna allow you to mine for gold. You're gonna build a basic, simple, easy funnel, which is actually just a one page funnel. It is simply just an order form. And then you're gonna be able to launch that with your Dyl do you like it? Ads for your top two designs and we're gonna see which one elicits the best response from the customer. You decide on a winner. And then hopefully through the undercover sticker funnel process, you have already nurtured your audience enough that they are going to be your first buyers. That's the easy way to do that. If not, you got to launch ads and you just go through the process. Right? But we've done it from this approach of people want our product first because we've sold them what they already said they wanted and all we got to do is deliver it and show it to them again. Okay, so three rules to winning stickers. Your stickers aren't for everyone. But don't worry, that's a good thing, right? Think highly super focused niche. We want them to actually think. This was made for me. And I honestly should have put this. There's a screenshot, maybe I can pull it up. Somebody actually commented on the stickers, like, did you read my mind? This is for me. Okay, Number two, you're gonna create a winning design that people actually want, right? There is no more making stickers for you. If you want to make stickers for you, get a Cricut, make them. Or buy onesie twosies off like Printify or something like that. And don't try to pretend to play the game that you're making stickers for people that are just stickers that you want because you didn't do the Google form. Okay, do you want to make stickers for yourself or do you want to make money? I'd much rather make money. And then I can buy whatever I want, right? I can make the stickers that I want to put on my, my own laptop or my phone case or whatever and then that goes through. You got to give them what they already want. Meaning we gotta, we're not gonna reinvent the wheel here. We're gonna Find trends that already work. We're gonna find products that we know already work. And they might say, hey, I want water bottles. We're like, okay, we're gonna give them what they want, even if that's not stickers. And then the fourth bonus rule of the three rules of winning stickers is you're not going to steal anybody's id, ip, intellectual property, or trademarks. You're not going to mess with the mouse, as I like to say, Right? I think the people you don't mess with are the IRS and the Disney Corporation, because they will come after you. Right? So let's find our dream buyers, AKA what niche we're going to go after. And I call these your cash flow communities. Right? Because when you think about it from this aspect of, we're looking for people who have something in common. And if we're able to give them something that they already asked for, then it's simply cash flow. Right? But we're disguising it as a community. So your perfect product is their passion, your passion and your product combined all into one. So there are five Cs of your perfect product. Connection, contribution, commerce, community, and culture. Right? These are the five Cs of a cash flow community. Now, today, we're really going to focus on connection and contribution, meaning connection. Who are they? Contribution, what they value. But then there is also commerce, which leads most us into the bestseller hacker community. Where they gather, allows us to target them on Facebook and culture. What makes them pride, proud? Does that make sense? See, people don't just buy products. They buy feelings and a sense of belonging. So finding your dream buyer is about identifying people who are passionate, proud, and ready to spend on products that reflect their identity. Does that make sense? By the end of this session, my hope, my goal is that you will find a niche audience and connect with them. Okay? So this is why your dream buyer is key to this. Number one, you'll sell more when you connect with your audience. Your products become meaningful when they're tied to a shared passion. And dream buyers come back because they feel understood. Maybe they're simply just gonna tell all their friends about it. Right? But either way, that's a win too. So question. Have you ever bought something because it's felt like it was made just for you? Let me know in the chat. Has anybody bought anything because you felt like, omg, they read my mind with this, okay? And this really comes from this concept of, like, when we connect with a love of an audience, like, what their passions are, what drives them, what moves them forward, right? Your audience feels like understood and valued. Teresa says, that's the only things I buy, right? And they. You trust them because they get you, right? And it's this emotional connection that leads to excitement and loyalty. Lights allows people to, to tell all their friends about this thing they bought, who's bought something and you. Or you bought a program or a course, or you've joined a group and you tell everybody you know about this. Has anybody done that? Maybe. Maybe you're a funnel hacker who goes to get her eyebrows done and talk so much about clickfunnels that the lady that's your anesthetic or esthetician or whatever they're called gets so excited about click funnels that she's gonna join the OFA challenge, right? Like that's the passion. Or we're eating these factor meals. I tell everybody about factor because it's like the best thing. It's the easiest way to get the amount of protein that you need and to lose weight and to actually eat healthy. It's when we really connect with these products that we become the best salesperson that that company could ever ask for. So what kind of things am I talking about specifically with stickers or print on demand products or physical products, right? I want to have us focus is think hobbies, crafts, traveling, gardening. Think sports, pickleball, softball, soccer. Think passions, family, grandparents, mom, dad, Think location, national parks, ski resorts, just travel in general. Now, I will say there's a little bit of like, we gotta watch trademark, right? Names and logos and things like that. But also think professions, teachers, firefighters, the military. So same thing with the military, right? Watch trademarks. So really the secret formula is when it's your love mixed with a product that tied to a community that is a secret formula, right? Your passion, softball, tied with a product, softball, sticker club. Your profession tied to a product that allows you to show that off. See, products become a way for customers to showcase their identity and their pride. And really it comes down to is like, how are we identified by other tribal members, right? Because see, we all want to find our people in this process. Let's take this example. Maybe you saw Russell Brunson's post when it was the Tyson Paul boxing match, and he said, mike Tyson's a funnel hacker. If you had no interest in that fight like I did, you were like, well, I'm rooting for Tyson now. He's a funnel hacker. Or the other example is like, when I first went to to fhl, it was in Orlando and we actually drove to to Portland to the airport. We're waiting to get on this flight to Orlando. I see a guy with a funnel hacker backpack on, and I'm like, that's. Those are my people. Right? That's what we want to connect with. With these people. We want to kind of. Or with these products. We want to get into that mindset. Here's another example of it. If you are a swifty, maybe you've heard about friendship bracelets, right? These people make thousands of these bracelets and they. They bring them to the shows, to the concerts, to trade them, Right. The big thing was Prince William's. Prince William was wearing a friendship bracelet that his daughter made. Right? Like that's how swifties connect. See, they aren't buying the item. They're celebrating who they are. They're not buying an item. It's celebrating who they are, what they're passionate about. And they allow it to. And that allows them to tell other people. So what's one product that you've seen that expresses somebody's identity? Let's take a minute. I want you guys to write it in the chat. What is one product that you've seen? And you can't use the funnel hacker T shirts. Let me know what is one. What's one product? And I know there's a little bit of delay on this, so I'm gonna give you guys a little bit of time to put this in the chat to say what? Can you think of one product that. That you've seen that expresses somebody's identity? Book club member. Yes. Totally. Can't do softball Sticker club. If I already told you guys that we see these products all around, books in general. Absolutely. Football shirts. Totally. Right. We like football things. A great example, because I had had in the slides and I actually took it out was if anybody saw this, that in Brazil, the. I think it was the Green Bay packers and the Philadelphia Eagles were going to play. And the. The stadium they were going to play in was actually the rival teams colors were green. Well, if you know anything about American football, you know the Green Bay packers are green and the Philadelphia Eagles are Kelly green. Karen says country music festival Nashville T shirts. Yes. So both those teams wear green as their primary color. And the NFL was going to make it so that they didn't wear green. They wore other colors because of this rivalry that that stadium did not allow green in it. Right. Like that's the level that we're looking for. So think a dog mom or dog lover buying a doodle mom sticker isn't buying A sticker. They're celebrating their role as a proud doodle parent. Right? A mom buying this believe in yourself softball book is not buying a book for her child to read. She's buying motivational and inspirational stories to help her daughter become a better athlete. Okay? We've seen how we can really lean into something deeper, and it's what do they value? So really, we got to understand what our audience values to create products that reflect those value that align with their passions, emotion, and identity. And this is why it's important that you are in that passion. Right? That's so you can stay in that lane. So why is contribution so key? Why is it one of the Cs, right? Because it builds emotional connection, that inspires loyalty. It makes your products feel personal and meaningful. It encourages repeat purchases and that word of mouth advocacy. Now, I want you to think about a product that you love. What made it feel special to you? And I want you guys to type it in the chat. So, like, for Teresa, what. What was it about those books for Digi football shirts, right? What was it about it? Karen, what was it about those musical music festival shirts? Or maybe what was it about click funnels that made you feel special? What was it about a Tumblr? What was it about a Christmas ornament? See, all of this revolves around not just stickers, right? These core concepts relate to anything that you sell online. So can you think about a product that you love and what was it about it that made you feel special? Or how did it make you feel like more connected to it and let you guys put it in the chat? So it's like I said, I know there's like a 15 second delay. So see, when we think about products, yeah, Teresa says helps us connect to others, products that evoke pride, humor, or sentiment. Right? We want to tie into some type of emotion because it's that emotion that will make them tell everybody else. So how do you discover what your audience values? Well, number one, you are one of them, right? Like, at the core, I think the people that have the most success is because you are one of them. Karen said she had the best time at the festival, right? So every time she sees that shirt, she's reminded of those times, like that fun that she had there, those memories. That's what we're looking for. Like, that's why this is a next level of we're not just doing a transaction, we're making a connection, right? And we can understand this and we understand what matters to them because we are one of them. Like I can go out and I can sell stickers to. We'll take CrossFit, for example. I'm not a CrossFitter. I can sell them stickers. Will I be as successful as if I'm making firefighter stickers? Because I'm third generation. I'm a daughter of a second generation firefighter. Like that, that's a big pride in our family. No, Right. The other part of this is we know what they already buy, right. We're looking for things that already sell and that's what we're going to really cover in, in the next section of this. And Karen says making, wearing the shirts makes her so happy. Exactly. Right. Like that's next level psychology of just. We're not just selling stickers, we're selling emotion, we're selling connection. Right. And the third thing is we ask them directly on surveys and polls. This goes back to selling them what they're already asking for. Now there is a fourth one. It's a slightly more sneakier method. You stalk them on social media, right. You look at what they post, you look at what they buy, you stalk them on Instagram, right. And we're looking for products that, that evoke emotion. Right. Pride, humor, sentiment meets together. That's the success point. So what is one thing that your dream, my dream buyer might proudly display? But you for like Teresa, because I know you talked about grandparents, maybe it's like proud grandma, right? This is like the, the whole science behind my child is an honor student at Sunny Hills elementary, right. Like it's the same reason that people put things on their car, that wear them on their self, that even tattoo them on their bodies, right. Sorry for the dog barking in the background. What is one thing your dream buyer might proudly display? Give you guys a minute. See, when we can do this groundwork, then it really is going to allow us to have a better understanding of how we shape what we're selling. And it goes into more than just the products, right. Is everything from the story hook, story offer. So it is everything from how. What is that hook that is going to be for that person? What is this story behind it? And then obviously the offer is a free sticker or it's 60% off, right? What sticker would a proud grandma buy? Well, let's. We'll look at that when we go into the research part of it. Like that's the beauty of it is we can get an understanding from other products that people are buying. They ate and survived the hottest sauce. They ate the hottest sauce. Hot sauce. And Survived. Absolutely. Right. So how do we find our cash flow passions? Right? How, how do we find something we can monetize? Well, if you guys were with us on Monday, you heard this story about that my family lives on a cattle ranch, right? And we have this guy that actually was here when we bought the place and he had his cows here. He leased the ground. And he is a savant. He is rain me and of cows. And he is the guy at the parties that says when you're at a party and nobody wants to talk about cows, right? Because he knows all of the stories, he knows all of the genetics and all the things, right? So really the question is, what will you talk about for free? Like if somebody said you have to do a TED Talk, what would it be on? What would you be able to talk about for free? And I'm going to give you guys a few, few seconds to write that in the chat and let me know what would you do your TED Talk on for free? All right. Hopefully you got some time to think about that. If you're willing to share, you can put in the chat. Karen said being kind to yourself, that is like talk about maybe that's like a next level of something Karen hadn't thought about. So maybe, maybe instead of hot sauce, maybe she, maybe she's better off to focus on like self care things of like meditation and all of that. Now this also goes to. What do you nerd out about? Like, what do you, what like do you spend hours thinking about? Right? Like I talked about. I don't know if I talked about it in on Monday, but I talked about it when I broke down. For those of you guys that have the profitable sticker upsell, the profitable sticker niches upsell, I talked about military history and that my husband loves military history and he will come up with like the most randomest things to be like, did you know that back in. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you're like, no, I did not know that. Right? But that's his passion. Like Tesla something he loves. And there's actually a sticker and see if I can pull it up. And it is this guy. And this guy sells these stickers on social media because he does these, these posts about this and he, he sells this merch and these stickers that go to see if I can. Oh, here is called the quack bang sticker. And it is all because the US Military, they went, I don't even know what, like this is how much I've really Listened to it, right? I don't even know what war it was, right? I think it was Iraq or Afghanistan. And they. The. The enemy got used to them talking. Them throwing in grenades, so they threw in rubber ducks, right? And this guy tells this whole story about this, and. And he also talks about military history, so he's created a following, right? And he sells these stickers. Now, would any of you guys thought that selling a rubber duck as a grenade sticker would be like, a profitable niche? Anybody think that? But see, you just gotta find the right passions. You got to find the right identity. But for those people who love military history and love the story behind it and the emotions that it evokes, this works for them. No, it wouldn't work for me because I wouldn't even know what, you know how to do, what the quack thing, like, right? The story I told, I don't even know how the quack thing comes together, right? I don't even know what war it's for. But for those people, that's like a proud moment, right? So that goes back to, like, what do you nerd out about? And it really is what becomes your passions and your ideal audience's passions. That is what is your cash flow community. Because, see, we're not selling products, we're selling community, right? Same thing. I'm in my baseball mom era. That is not only something that identifies her, it's something she's celebrating. And it is obviously a shirt that's selling on Etsy right now. I told you, as I shut down the softball sticker club, I had, I think, over 1200 people in a Facebook group last the summer of 2023. And it just became a lot. And I shut it down. And then I tried to move them to a newsletter. Some people got lost in, like, the whole process of it. And I got this Facebook message, and this lady had never really bought anything from me, but she was one of the most active group members, and she said, can I still buy ultimate softball merch? This is six months after I have gone live in that group, after I have posted anything in that group. And she said, can I still buy the merch? The books, the stickers, etc. I miss seeing your posts and videos. Hope all is well. That wasn't just because I sold a T shirt or a sticker or a bracelet, because I sold a community. And we were one. We collected our passions to be into one, right? That's really the power of all of this. This NASCAR guy, NASCAR is the perfect example of this, right? Is Selling stuff and selling an identity, Selling a passion and wanting everybody to know that you're a Jeff Gordon fan. Because really, it is how they show off their connection. And do they really want to show it off? Right. Same thing. Marine Corps bombs. They're incredibly proud that their son is in the Marine Corps. So they want to put it on their car. They want to put a flag on their house. The other example is. So what's this sticker all about? What's the sticker for? Does anybody know? If you're here on Monday, you should know. It is the International association of Firefighters. It is the professional firefighter union. And as a kid growing up, remember I told you my dad was a. Was a paramedic. He was also a firefighter. My grandfather was a firefighter. My great uncle was the fire chief. Long lines of, like, my grandma would say the fire service, right. Like, they would do firefighter picnics and stuff like that. Like, it was. It was a gig. Don't. Sorry. I mean, it was a social group back in the 50s, right. That they all gathered around that idea that, like, that identity. And when I was a kid, Teresa said, firefighter Teresa got it right. Teresa was here on Monday. When I was a kid, we always had these on our vehicles, and to this day, still do, because my dad always said that, like, if you ever got pulled over by the cops, they would, like, give you a little bit of professional courtesy. So that is, like how you can share your identity with somebody. People sell those stickers all day, every day. Right. We do have a warning, though. I know. Right after we did talk about police officers. So there's three steps to sticker domination. All right? Number one, you stay in your lane, right? Then that allows you to expand and grow, and then that allows you to really get into sticker domination. Now we talk about staying in your lane. It really is because you know the puns, you know the sayings, you know the elements, and you know what matters, because these are your people. Does that make sense? Because here's the example of it. There on the right is a normal ekg, Karen says, a brotherhood of sorts. Absolutely. There on the left is a sticker somebody is trying to sell on redbubble. I am not joking about. This is an actual sticker that somebody's trying to sell. Now, anybody who is a nurse or an EMT or a doctor knows that the sticker on the left is not correct. Is somebody who is trying to emulate a heartbeat, a heart rhythm, right? But as you can see on the right, we're missing a few things, right? We're kind of there but you know, the got the QRS and it doesn't really dip down for the S. So that person's got some issues. Right? That's why we stay in our lane. Because you could easily make the wrong saying the wrong design. If you're trying to say, you're gonna look and just say, oh, you know what's really. I did some research and I think that cattle ranchers are really popular. So you know what I'm gonna say? I'm gonna put some Yellowstone sayings on stickers. Well, most cattle ranchers know that Yellowstone is drama, right? It is a Hallmark movie for men and I've got. I've ruined it all. I've ruined Yellowstone for all of you guys. Now that's not real life. So if we're going off of what we see on TV and we don't have that full understanding because we're not a community member, we're not a tribe member, we're just kind of trying to put a cloak on and fake it till we make it. That's where we're going to end up with something like this. And we're going to say I don't understand why it doesn't sell. I did the survey, I did the steps. Well, you might see a fate. There might be a fatal flaw in that that you just don't realize that that s part of that ekg that rhythm needs to go down and where it's at currently it's not going down enough. So the next part about this, the next section is what I call bestseller hacker which what we're going to do, we're not going to reinvent the wheel, right? If you've heard the saying a lot about this is that the pioneers are the people with the arrows in their back. I would much rather follow in a path of somebody who has already paved the way. I don't need to reinvent the wheel here. I don't need the arrows in my back. I simply want to find what's working and adapt it to a new form. So this is what we're going to look for is what is already selling in different forms. So think about books on Amazon T shirts, Shopify stores, Etsy products. And we're gonna look for themes, scenes, colors and products, right? We're gonna look for. For commonalities. What is a big thing if. If every shirt that we see is in blue, every shirt on NC is in black, should we sell a shirt in gray? No. Right. Because of what is selling right products, themes, sayings, colors. So what if there is no stickers in the search? Well, I think this is like Karen says, you got to do your research 110% right? Until the example of it is this, this sticker right here and it's CrossFit. I, I did, I thought I was gonna be real smart and I could say I could sell more stickers in a brand new niche in 30 days than I can in my softball niche. And I said I'm gonna do a 30 day challenge, I'm gonna spin the wheel and you can actually go back. I've done like four videos, I've done five days of it. You gotta glitch, Matt over here. I don't know what's going on. Hopefully it'll settle back out again. But, well, I can always post the recording too. So it should be, should be saving on my hard drive. But I actually thought, can I do a 30 day sticker challenge? And I chose CrossFit and I actually was so confident in my designs that I, I made the designs too. I spent like a day doing these designs as well and just being like so confident in the saints. Well, I come to find out nobody in CrossFit actually wants stickers. They want T shirts. And if you actually go back on my social media posts, there's one that says, houston, we have a problem. Because I looked at the data, right? I didn't need to spend time on stickers because my people wanted T shirts, right? So you may be the first one who ever has made a sticker for a cattle ranch or a team roper or a bull rider or a swimmer or whatever. But it also might because nobody wants stickers for that niche. And so you have to do your research like Karen said. All right. And our research that we do is focusing mostly on the big three, Etsy, Amazon and redbubble. Specifically Amazon. We're looking at Merch by Amazon. Now there's a couple honorable mentions and we might have time today to go over. Our honorable mentions is Meta Ads library and Shopify stores. Now what we're looking for, and you guys have access to this inside your members area is a Google sheet that has sayings, themes, elements and products. And you can also add in there a little section for photos too if you want. You could also do this as a trello board if you want to get super fancy with it. So the sayings is what's going to go into this part of the Google form, which is what we're going to cover in the next section. So what sayings do they want on their stickers? These are exactly taken from the products that we find. If they are shirts or their necklaces or their coffee mugs or their jewelry boxes, we're looking for themes and sayings that people are already buying. Okay? And they're gonna go on the Ask campaign. Now my biggest one is Etsy Hacker. Now I will have to say with Etsy Hacker, there's a couple things you cannot be fooled by non sellers, right? You have to watch out for sponsored ads and you're going to see high reviews. A lot of times can be not on this product. Oh my gosh, I'm not sharing my screen. Okay, did you guys get to hopefully. Did you guys see the screen? Oh my gosh, we have gone crazy over here. Right? These. I'm going to just rewind back. Etsy, Amazon and redbubble, those are our key things. Okay? Honorable mentions, meta ads and Shopify stores. These are the sayings, these are the themes. And you have this as a Google sheet, okay? And those sayings are going to go into the Google form. So Etsy Hacker, don't be fooled by things that are not actually selling, but they seem like they're selling, they're sponsored ads or they have high reviews because those high reviews can go for different products. And the biggest thing we're looking for is when was it listed? I'm going to show you guys where that is at. And we also can see how many items are in the cart, like how many carts the item is in and how many times it's been favorited. Those will lead us into hints about things that are actually selling. So we're also going to look for on Etsy search terms like not just swimming. We're looking at swimming gifts or swimming T shirts. Right. On Amazon we're looking same thing, swimming gifts. And we also look at merch by Amazon. Merch by Amazon is Amazon's print on demand. You could also look at books that are selling. What are the themes of those? And on redbubble we're going to look for stickers. We're looking at the top of that list. You can also look at T shirts. But I think redbubble does a really good job of showing you stickers. Now if you're like, I have no idea about a niche. I have no idea what would be selling right now. Wander Prints. Wonder Prints does a lot of personalized print on demand. They make signs and obviously ornaments and things like that. They have a whole section of hobbies and occupations and things like that where you can see gifts for pet lovers, dog lovers, cat lovers. Like, you could go through and see what is on Wonder prints. Like what are the sayings that they're doing? Look at their Facebook ads. Right? So we're going to go over that in just a little bit. We're going to go through the whole process and show you guys the whole process. And then we're going to break this down and show the link. No, Teresa said sticker mule. I think sticker mule is more something where you can go and buy stickers. I actually like vinyl disorder, but we're gonna talk about that more in the next lesson, so. All right. And then of course, we're gonna do the Google form, right? We're calling this a Google form fishbowl funnel. Because in the OFA Ecom, I think this is one of the most genius things I actually, thanks to Tara Tang, give Tara props. Terrace in this group. Tara pointed me towards a school group, a school community, and it's ran by Trey Llewellyn. So yesterday I was actually able to get on a call with Trey and talk to him about stickers and creating a school community. And if any of you guys want a link for that, I can definitely drop a link to his group. It is so amazing. You get incredible access to Trey. And we talked about Ofa Ecom and he said, man, we should have you on OFA Ecom. Like, I gotta tell Dante he's got to have you on. I'm like, well, Dante already said he wanted to have me on. He said, all right. He said, would you say that Ofa Ecom is what allows you to sell stickers? And I said, successfully, yes. Right. I didn't tell him that he's missing a key part of it and showing you guys how to actually find winning designs. But it is true. And it really comes down to this concept, right. That he talks about, which is an ask campaign. It's a big part of his framework. Right. And we're going through and we're actually looking to see what sayings do they want, what would they buy? Do they even buy stickers? Some people don't even buy stickers. How much would they pay and would they buy their sticker? And sometimes you can throw in a bonus question that says, would you like, do you like any of these mock ups? Trey is so smart. Not hard on the high sea there. Oh, we love you, Karen. We love you, Karen. Yes. And Digi says watched his five day challenge a couple of weeks ago. Yes. Trey is the genius in all this, and we got to give him his props, right? But we also know that his fish, his Google form is missing one thing, one key piece. See, when I was on this call, I kind of given up on my online business dreams. I was just hanging out in the CF Geekout group, if you know Dan and Susan, Dan was part of it. Dan's not a part of it anymore, but Susan and Andrea, right? And I was talking about ecom and different things like that. And, and there was. Came a day and Dan said, hey, can you come on this call? This, this guy maybe. Does anybody know Danny Walsh? You heard of him? Anybody heard of him? Maybe one or two. You guys have. He said, this guy's going to come on and he's going to talk about how he sold $3 million selling fishing tackle. And Dan Havey, I call him Uncle Dan. He said, I know nothing about Ecom, so can you just come on the call and you can ask all the questions? I'm like, I, I can do that, Dan. I can do that. And so I'm sitting here listening to this call and you got to remember, I had. I'd sold some print on demand canvases and I really struggled being like, I love these, these, there's high value in them, it's high profit margin. But I'm spending every single penny on Facebook ads, right? I'm giving Mr. Zuckerberg 99.9% of my profit. And heavens forbid an item gets ruined, doesn't show up, or I screw up in the design of it, I have to make another one. I am sunk in that process. And so when I heard this story, I heard this framework, I thought if I controlled my own group, then I could sell them. I just need an audience, right? Like, people love my stick, they love my canvases, they just didn't know about it. And so I launched a fishbowl funnel. I went through the whole process and it was the first time I'd actually gotten people to listen to me online, right? The first day I had eight opt ins and seven people in my group. And I tell this story that one of the, like second or third people in my group, he said, what time's the kickoff call? What time's the kickoff party? I was like, I didn't think anybody was coming to the kickoff party because nobody had ever come to my webinars before my five day challenges or any part of this. So I was used to the only people showing up being my dad. But it was this framework that changed everything for me when it came to building A community. And within six days, I got my hundredth group member. That is nuts, right? From nobody listening to me online to 100 members in six days. The next six days, I added another hundred members, and six days after that, I added 500 members. So I got 800 members relatively quickly. And so I know Trey's training works. I know the fishbowl funnel works because I've perfected it with Danny. And I thought, could we create Frankenstein's monster, Take what is taught in ofa ecom, take what we teach in the monster Academy and leverage what we know works to supercharge this. See, the reason that Trey's funnel is a survey works is because you ask the questions from the customers, right? You get their input. The reason a fishbowl funnel works is because people want to win stuff. They'll give you their real information. They'll actually do steps that you tell them to do. So trade plus monsters equals undercover sticker funnel. But that we're going to talk about next week. So there's just an open loop for that. Next, I want to talk about the Google form, right? So you can post it in groups, send it to your email list, or like I like to say, launch it with ads. So I like to add a little fuel to the fire. So what I do is I spend between 10 and $50 and get 75 to 100 responses. I run traffic ads to my Google form. Teresa says tray plus monsters is a winner, right? Teresa is one of our monsters. And I do a crazy ugly ad. This is attention swimmers, right? I directly call them out. There's a couple key parts about this. We're going to talk about this more on Monday in the undercover sticker funnel. It's ugly, but it works. And the easiest way to do this, you simply ask ChatGPT. Make this post for me. Help me come up with the creative right in the Google form. I have given that to you guys. It is in your. It's in the course membership area. I've given you a template for it. You can go through the whole process with it. So now what I want to do is I want to do a little bit of a. I want to talk a little bit about a case study. We'll show you guys what we came up with last week or on. On Monday. And we're going to kind of examine it just a little bit. We're going to mine for gold next week. But I want to talk a little bit about the process, right? And I want to point out one key feature when it comes to this. So let me. I got to stop sharing some reason that didn't. Duh. I was like, that's not the right page. It is the right page. Okay. So last on. On Monday we talked about. We came up with an idea. We did the research to it, which was dog moms. Right. And so one of the things that I thought would. Would be a big hit is I like big mutts and I cannot lie. But as we can see, only 10 people out of 114 liked that. How many. How many do you think? How many of you guys think that I would have made that sticker if I had not had the Google form process? If I had not committed to trusting the process. And if you guess 11 out of 12 times I would have done that or 12 out of 15 times or 15 out of 13 times or whatever. I would have made that sticker. I would have gotten 10% of the market compared to. Hold on. Gotta find my mouse. If I did the sticker of life is better with my dogs. That is 50% meaning that is over almost 6. It's almost 58 people. It is 58 people. It's almost 60 people would prefer to have that same. Okay. That's the power of doing the work when it comes to that. Yeah. You thought it would have been more. I did too. Right. The other thing and. And I want to kind of. I'm gonna get a little too deep onto this. Is same thing with T shirts. Right. They want. They'd rather have T shirts and stickers. And this like I said, we're going to go into more of this is like when we mine for gold is really setting up a flow to actually go through this process. Right. This same for CrossFit. People did not want. A few people wanted it. Every woman should know how to clean. Right. Most people wanted burpees not recommended. They didn't even really want the design. That design. Actually nine of them didn't even like any of the designs. Right. But like I said, I'm getting too much into mining for gold. So let's go through and let's take somebody put something in the chat, put a niche in the chat and we'll go from there. Last time we spun a spunny a spinny wheel. But the first person to put a niche in the chat. Well, we will. We'll use that one. Oh, you should be fighting to see to have me pick your sticker design for you and setting it all up. Who is going to be first if nobody chooses. Well, I'll choose one for myself. We will do one. We'll do a spinning wheel. We are waiting. Anybody got one, drop it in the chat. It's okay. It's okay if you change it by the weekend. On the weekend. Okay, I'm gonna give you guys five more seconds and I'm gonna ch. I'm gonna go to the spinny wheel or I'm gonna ask Chat GBT to give me a random one or I'm gonna choose one for myself. Karen says I would. We'll drop it. Karen need a niche. All right, Digi says ask Chat gbt. Not a problem. We will go with that one. I need you to pick a sticker niche. That would be something like a profession hobby that people would be proud to wear as a shirt sticker. Tell their friends it needs to have emotional connection and a pride or passion around it. Give me your best niche idea. Resilient caregivers. Okay, Caregivers. All right, so the first place I always like to go is Etsy, right? So I'm going to look for care giver shirt, caregiver. I'll be there for you. Now this is one where we would have to look at the trademark for friends, right? Warm, compassionate, caring, dedicated, fun, reliable, loyalty. A caregiver. A true great caregiver is a pearl. Rare, precious, hard to find, impossible to forget. Thank you for all you do. Now, remember we talked about, don't get fooled, all of these here, those are all ads. Every single one of those is an ad. Now we get down here and what we're also getting now is we're getting what Etsy thinks is best for us. This is why we want to use an incognito mode. Because we don't actually want to have Etsy have the AI about us, right? The machine learning about us. We want to look for top reviews. Add, add, add still caregiver, kind, dedicated, essential, supportive, empty, multitasking, committed, Caregiver, Caregiver as a dictionary source. It's me. Hi, I'm the caregiver. It's me that's really into like Taylor Swift song we have personalized is going to be hard to do unless you want to like, really get dedicated to like making them yourself. Look at me being the best caregiver. Now let's look at something like this one. So if we look down here, it has four favorites. It reset on the 30th, meaning it was most likely bought on the 30th. And we want to obviously avoid all of these other ones that are in here. So let's go back and look at, we have caregiver shirt. Let's look at caregiver. Not smug, just a mug. Add, add, add other caregivers. You. It's that same one as using like a dictionary first, you know, dictionary description of a caregiver. Back, body hurts. Back and body hurts. That's obviously like bath and body works. Caregiver daily affirmations. Only the strongest women become caregivers. Now, this is one. This has 36 favorites. This is an idea, right? This is a niche that's going to be kind of hard. It's going to be a little tricky to really, I think, actually come through with. I don't understand why Chat GBT thought that this was like the perfect niche, but for some reason it did. So this is my, my Google form that I have here, right? I got sayings, themes, all of that. I'm gonna come through here and say sometimes they'll actually have the, the saying there, so you can actually just grab it. But the saying is only the strongest women become caregivers. And just for sanity's sake, I'm gonna go like that. Okay? Etsy always opens up in a new tab, just so you know. And obviously we have this one, right? So we have the caregiver description and we're gonna have a hard time having it say the person's name. So here's one thing you can do. Take that, go back here, chatgpt and say, can you write this out for me? So if you were a caregiver and you. You got a sticker that said only the bravest women become caregivers, do you think that's going to have an emotional appeal to somebody? Yes. No. You can write in the chat. Do you think that would have an emotional appeal? Anybody? Yes. No. Indifferent. So Digi says maybe profession would be the first descriptive word easily could be get. Got to get a. Trying to get that to put over there. Okay, there we go. If you didn't know you can do this with ChatGPT, you can have it just write it out for you. So we're going to come back and it's going to write that out for us? No, I think when we get into caregivers, I think that there's probably a gen that's a generic over. I think we might also get into. We're not getting into like maybe more nurses or people like that, and it's just not giving us that. So, Karen, we'll do hot sauce in just a minute. Caregivers because superheroes. Super. Because super badass, awesome miracle worker isn't an official job title. Now the other thing we want to look at is sometimes our reviews can be for different products. So that's always just something to watch. Obviously there's like a little cat design there. I'm a supervisor because magician, but I see because I'm not a magician, but I see how you can get confused. And this one last sold on August 2nd. So this one is not coming. This one's not cycling through as well. Alrighty. So we can go like this, put this one like this. Actually gonna put this all on one line. And I'm actually just going to for right now just put just the first little part of it. All right. Now what we would also do, we have a couple from Etsy. Let's go to Amazon gift. And Amazon's a little bit better about allowing you to choose best sellers. So in case my child is a new drink the same one. Because Badass Miracle worker is not an option. And let's add that to our list. Where'd our list go? Bad ass. Just say title. Is that what it says? Badass Official job title. Okay. And remember we just want like four to five of the top selling of kind of like sayings. Right. We don't want to overwhelm more people. We also want to give them the option to put their own saying in. So this one says, you can't scare me, I'm a caregiver. You can't scare me, I'm a caregiver. Okay. So that has allowed us to do we have like four of them there. That would be a good start for our Google form just so we can go through and like do hot sauce and a couple other examples. We also put caregiver here. World caregiving is a work of the heart here. We're also going to go for best selling. This will give us a pretty good idea. Some of these I don't, I don't love all of them just because I just, I just don't love them. This one said making a difference in the lives of others. I will say that this part right here is just choosing from the data because this is not a passion niche of mine. So this is not something that like even when it came to dogs like we went and we found a whole bunch of them because that's more of a passion of mine than even this part of like caregivers. So let's dive a little deeper and let's go into hot sauce gifts. So this is obviously giving us different sauces for the fire you will feel later. I put Hot sauce on my hot sauce. I think that's one that you said, Karen, you had found. So we may have to go to Hot sauce shirt. Not never enough hot sauce. Hot Sauce Boss. I think that's a pretty good one. It's in five carts. It came through renewed on the 26th. Sometimes it's totally cool to utilize things that are ads because they're putting. They're spending money on ads. Right? Never enough. That's barbecue sauce. So let's go through here and say hot Sauce Boss. It would actually be a pretty easy design to make too. Oh, there's a whole shop called Hot Sauce Shirt. They only have three sales though probably not the best. So we may want to actually go to use something like Hot sauce lover. Hot people like hot sauce. It's in 12 carts. Let's see. I put hot sauce on my hot sauce. Can't eat without some heat. So obviously we're seeing Hot Sauce Boss come up a couple times. Hot sauce on everything. Probably definitely want to come over here and look for top reviews. So we got. I put hot sauce on my hot sauce. Maybe not the best one, but you never know. This might be like the design, the shirt design of it. Let's look for Hot sauce shirt. I put hot sauce on my hot sauce. On Amazon, you're also going to want to avoid bestsellers or yeah, it's not. You want to look for bestsellers, you don't want to avoid ads. So fire. You had me at taco. It's obviously plain and the Taco Bell sauce, but like hot sauce is my favorite food group. And I think the really cool thing about this concept is when you're going to ask on the Google form, are they wanting a shirt? Do they want a Tumblr? Do they want a sticker? You're going to get some data that might be like, oh, these people actually want T shirts. So then you make T shirts for them, right? Yes. I really do need all the sauces. Should I put hot sauce on this? Right. This is kind of cute. Should I put hot sauce on this? This one might be hard to. To like display. To really get that concept across on the Google form. Now. It's pretty. It's selling pretty good spelling selling pretty good in novelty T shirts. It is merch by Amazon, meaning it's Amazon's print on demand powered by chilies. Right. Like here's you get into the hot sauce beats kind of maybe it's one that's a little harder to explain on the Google form. Fire Spicy. Let's Go over here to Red Bubble. I think putting I put hot sauce on my hot sauce is probably one of let's go. Bestseller hot sauce on everything. Sorry for the dog barking. If you can hear him, just add hot sauce. Now, I have not found how on redbubble to actually see how many times it's been sold. I think when they utilize these. These reviews is for the product of stickers. It's not that exact sticker. Spice is life. Right. We can also use that one. And that one we might come to find out is like. We find out. It's like, hey, that's just one we like. I got hot sauce in my bag. Extra hot. Smoking the good stuff. Hot sauce is my love language. We also have to take into account on redbubble we might have things that people just don't love the design of them. Right. But it might be a good saying. And that's the beauty of doing all of this. Now, like I said, we can also go to Meta Ads Library. What this will allow us to do is to look at all the ads that are currently out there. So hot. Let's just say hot sauce for now. This is going to obviously be super broad and we're not seeing anything. Hot sauce T shirt and I'm cultured. If it doesn't come with hot sauce, I'm not eating it. Right. The thing where we're looking at these, we're looking at when did it start running on? Because we don't want something that just started today. Right. It's the same thing with like the ads that are on Etsy. We want something that has been running for a while. So the longest one is May 17th, which is a gourmet gourmet cookie one. This one's October 1st. Spicy original barbecue sauce. Karen said she found mostly hot sauces. These people have been running ads for. For a little bit a hot minute, pun intended. So if it doesn't eat more sauerkraut doesn't come with hot sauce. Now the last thing we can do is there is a way to do this and I might have to think on a minute and it is like there's a way to how to. Okay, so we're gonna say hot sauce shirt and then we're going to put site my shopify.com so we have crippling hot sauce. These. We won't have any idea if they're actually selling or not. Life's too short for shitty hot sauce. That's the same one. We'll obviously go over here to images and see them. A little bit better. These obviously are brands. Sriracha Addict, Jungle Fire. That's obviously a brand. Needs more hot sauce. That one's probably a pretty good one. Needs more hot sauce. So now what we would do is we would come through and we would make the, the Google form. We're just going to change out those answers. I already have that in the membership area for you guys. All you gotta do is click the template of that and I'm gonna slide this over. This is a Canva template. Oops, hit the wrong button. And I will put this in the membership area as well. And what I do is I do these like attention. So how I would do this for hot sauce because it's a little easier for hot sauce than carrying. And I'm gonna actually go over here to elements is you could go something like this. We could also go something like this. Also go something like this. Looking for. Well obviously one something that you will still be able to see. See. So I'm going to take this and say hot sauce fans, I probably would make this red with white. Just kind of depends on your background. I probably would make all of. Let's make these white. We also make them red too. And I really want them to stand out. So I think we're gonna have to make them white. And these are just the background effects on these. Change out the color of them. And I always like to say I tell them how much it's going to be in the gift card. That's obviously like kind of, that's kind of like one of the fishbowl hacks. Right? We want to tell them, you know, kind of like what, what you can win here. Right. And Karen says when I make a sticker, should I put Mamba on it? I think what you do and we're kind of talk about this more in like our undercover sticker funnels is I think that your sticker leads to the introduction to your, your, your, your hot sauces. So if you can send them a trial, like if they can buy like a, as an order bump, they come through and they get a sample pack of hot sauces. I think that's the benefit of how you introduce the hot sauces and using this as like the ultimate low ticket entry form, I think that's really kind of like the benefit of that. So I think the hard thing when we come to our own brands is if people don't understand. I remember Catherine Jones. I learned this from her and when she taught us how to pitch our frameworks in her sunroom sessions and she talked about like my thing was called highlight hacking. You want to teach kids how to make recruiting videos. She's like, nobody understands what highlight hacking is. She's like, only you understand that. So unfortunately, Karen, nobody understands Mamba. They don't know what that is. So you have to educate them on that. So that's why when we lead with brands that people are not super familiar with, obviously, like click funnels and Nike and Amazon, like we all know those, or at least in this realm we all know those. When it comes to other brands and they don't know what they are, we don't want to have those barriers or those things get in the way. So with that being said, definitely think about the branding comes second. We want to eliminate as many barriers and roadblocks as there is in this whole process. So hopefully that made sense. Like I probably wouldn't put Mamba on this. She said, when I have put a Google form survey in a group I joined, I was kicked out and I wasn't even promoting Mamba, just questioning about their love of hot sauce. It's hard. Groups are hard, right? They are. So many people have caught onto the spamming of a group. That's why I like to use a Facebook ad because you're going to get data and it's at least from like buyers, right? Because we're going to most likely target people using Facebook ads to, to get them to buy our stickers. So that's why I like to use Facebook ads that loom is up in the group and you guys can go through that step by step. But this is kind of the process, right? This is the, the work in it. You got to go through and find those. And Karen, I'll obviously send over all of this in a Facebook message because you got just kind of, we just went through and did it all for you. So now you gotta do is just do the Google form, launch the ad and that's my process, that's what I prefer to do. Groups are hard. People have caught on to spammers and bots and all that stuff. So with that being said, this is session one for your homework. You need to go through and find your cash flow community, find the best selling products, grab those sayings, those themes, things that make those things bestsellers, and then put together your Google form and launch the ad so that you can get data so we can move on to step two, which is obviously finding the winners, finding what works, and obviously selling our first stickers using our undercover sticker funnel.
