Two musicians discuss how timing makes or breaks a band. One's record sat unreleased for two years due to production problems, missing the peak market moment for their genre. Bad timing can kill momentum even if the music is good.
This. This was like a couple of years in the making. If our record was put out when it was supposed to be put out, we would have been right in the mix with all the other, you know, banging bands at the time. But since there was so much feet dragging, a couple of mistakes made with producers and all this kind of shit, we were. We were two years out. It was like it was done like a year and a half before nine, 11. I mean, or at least a year. Yeah.
Isn't it amazing how time timing is such a massive piece to all of this? Such. It's everything in regards to the music industry, in regards to, you know, obviously, you know, executing, getting things out, but then the time timing of the market and the wave that might be happening in regards to that genre.
