Parents: Finding Providers and Services in Marketplace

Finding Providers and Services in the Marketplace Log into your EMMA account on the Dashboard. Go to the left menu and click on Marketplace. Then on the page, click on the Find Provider link to search for a specific provider in the Marketplace. When using the Find a Provider search bar, choose the student from the drop down menu to specify the recipient of the service. Once you have identified the student in the drop down, you can select the provider using the drop down menus or search for the provider in the search bar. When you locate your provider, choose a location from the drop down to start adding a service to the selected student's account. Review the provider services, choose the quantity needed and click Add to Cart. Please note you can only reserve services up to your available account balance. Click on the Shopping Cart icon located in the top right corner, review your selections and then click on Reserve Funds. Once you click on the Reserve Funds button, you will be taken to a screen where you where you need to grant permission to the service provider to access your contact information. You must select the yes box and then click Confirm to authorize the provider to reserve your funds for the specific service you have requested. When funds are reserved, the provider can submit payment for services without further parent approval. This concludes our presentation.
