PEP Assessment Upload Guide | Step Up For Students

Welcome to our Step by Step Guide for Uploading Personalized Education Program or PEP Assessment results. In this video, we will walk you through the entire process of submitting your student's Norm Reference Test or statewide assessment results onto the Step up for Students platform. You'll learn how to log into your Step up for Students account. Navigate to your Students Profile how to Access the My Students tab Upload assessment documents to the Additional Documents section. Tips on handling file size issues and acceptable file formats, as well as confirming successful uploads and troubleshooting errors. Now let's begin. All students who refunded the Personalized Education Program or PEP Scholarship are required to upload their Students Norm Reference Test or statewide assessment results. An approved A list of the assessments by the FLDOE can be found at this link. To begin the upload process, navigate to apply.stepupforstudents.org Log in by using your username and password on the Students profile. Click the My Students tab on the left menu of your dashboard. Once you've arrived on this page, locate the section titled Additional Documents. Under the Additional Documents section at the bottom of the page, you can upload your assessment documents. By selecting Upload, you will be prompted to select the school year for which you are providing the assessment. Upload files cannot be password protected, nor can they exceed 5 megabytes. After clicking Upload, your File Explorer or finder will open. This allows you to attach the assessment documentation. Please ensure that the document is on the list of acceptable file types. Once you have submitted the test results, you will see Upload successful, then click Confirm to continue. Upon completion of the upload, the document name will be displayed on the screen. You may delete a document by selecting the red Delete button. If the file you are uploading exceeds 5 megabytes, an error message will appear to reduce the file size. Consider the following Compress the images if your document contains any images, compress them. Remove unused elements by deleting any unnecessary formatting images or fonts. Try saving the document in a different format that uses less space in Word. Use the Reduce file Size option when saving the file.
