For the chef and Richard, the first order for them to overcome this was to do what I like to call the 3P Risk Assessment. I think it's really important that we understand where our liabilities are and what we do every day. We do risk assessments for every single process and foreseeable situation. But for every aspect of the business, we have to be able to rate the situation's effect on the business. The probability it will occur and break it down into 4 different categories. This risk assessment, being able to kind of clarify what the category is, what is the detriment to the business, and then how likely is it to happen. Being able to rate that, you're able to put things and color code them into aspects of what you need to deal with and prioritize what you need to do with first, second, third, and fourth.
