the CEOs and founders that I work with, kind of trust your gut. You know, if you're having someone handle tasks and duties that you, you know, in your head should be this amount of time and it's taking 3, 4, or 5 times the amount of time to get that handled, you know, trust your gut on that. So that's the first piece of it. And the other one is taking a really solid look at the manual processes in place. Right. Things are being entered in a very manual way. You know, whether you're talking about accounting, HR, onboarding, payroll, all of these things, there's so many systems now that are all cloud-based, all digital, to where you really should be reducing the amount of manual time you put into this. So really taking that assessment of how many hours and minutes people are putting into tasks that really should be Happening a lot quicker.
