Nothing changes. Bad leaders get to continue to be bad leaders because we don't want to have those difficult conversations. Sin of apathy. No curiosity. We've already talked about curiosity about this. If you're not asking why. So for instance, if you have a survey that goes out and your engagement scores are 30% lower than they were the last time, and you're not curious as to why that's happened and not keeping to ask the question, like, what is it, the 5 whys? Yeah. Is a way to get deeper and deeper into an issue. If there's just the, well, that's what it is, what it is, that is one of my least favorite phrases in all of corporate because all you're saying is, yeah, I don't want anything to change. I have no influence. It is what it is. Well, then nothing will ever change and crappy will stay crappy. So that's a big problem is that there's not enough curiosity as to the cracks.
