I have so many people come to me, well, I'd really like to be the CEO, or I'd like to be this or that, whether they're a C-suite or something else. And it's like that whole idea of the ladder of success is out the window because within months and certainly within a year, I see people developing into the high-level conscious leader where they're making contributions. That they're being recognized and appreciated, and they're being given these new positions and the raises that go along with those, and, and the success that comes along not only for themselves but their organization with that really makes it undeniable that, you know, you don't have to wait for the right person to notice you. You don't have to climb that ladder. You can, you can create your own life just by becoming authentically an empowered you.
